Levitski zakonik 4

1 Jahve reče Mojsiju:

And Yahweh spake, unto Moses, saying:

2 “Ovako kaži Izraelcima: 'Ako se tko nehotice ogriješi o bilo koju Jahvinu zapovijed te učini što je zabranjeno činiti:

Speak thou unto the sons of Israel, saying—When any person, shall sin by mistake, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall do any one of them, —

3 Bude li to pomazanjem posvećeni svećenik koji pogriješi i navuče tako krivnju na narod, onda za grijeh koji učini neka prinese Jahvi jedno grlo krupne stoke, jednoga junca bez mane, kao žrtvu okajnicu.

If, the anointed priest, shall sin, so as to bring guilt upon the people, then shall he bring near for his sin which he hath committed a choice young bullock without defect, unto Yahweh as a sin-bearer.

4 Neka junca dovede pred Jahvu do ulaza u Šator sastanka; neka juncu na glavu položi svoju ruku i onda junca zakolje pred Jahvom.

And he shall bring in the bullock unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, —and shall lean his hand upon the head of the bullock, and shall slay the bullock before Yahweh.

5 Zatim neka pomazanjem posvećeni svećenik uzme krvi od junca i donese je u Šator sastanka.

And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock, —and bring it into the tent of meeting;

6 Onda neka svećenik zamoči svoj prst u krv i tom krvlju neka sedam puta poškropi prednju stranu zavjese Svetišta, pred Jahvom.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and sprinkle of the blood seven times, before Yahweh, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.

7 Potom neka svećenik stavi te krvi na rogove žrtvenika za miomirisni kad koji se dimi pred Jahvom u Šatoru sastanka. Svu ostalu krv od junca neka izlije podno žrtvenika za žrtve paljenice što se nalazi na ulazu u Šator sastanka.

Then shall the priest put of the blood upon the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting, —and, all the [remainder of the] blood of the bullock, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting,

8 Iz junca što ga prinosi kao žrtvu okajnicu neka izvadi: loj što omotava drobinu, sav loj što je oko drobine;

And all the fat of the sin-bearing bullock, shall he heave up therefrom, —the fat that covereth over the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

9 oba bubrega i loj što je na njima i na slabinama, privjesak s jetre; neka i njega izvadi s bubrezima;

and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them which is upon the loins, —and as for the caul upon the liver, upon the kidneys, shall he remove it:

10 onako kako se uzima dio iz vola žrtve pričesnice. Neka ih zatim svećenik sažeže u kad na žrtveniku za žrtve paljenice.

just as it is heaved up from the ox of the peace-offering, —and the priest shall make of them a perfume on the altar of ascending-sacrifice,

11 Kožu od junca, sve meso od njega, njegovu glavu, njegove noge, drobinu i njegovu nečist

But, as for the skin of the bullock and all its flesh with its head and with its legs, —and its inwards, and its dung,

12 - svega junca - neka iznese na čisto mjesto izvan tabora gdje se pepeo izasiplje i neka ga spali na vatri od drva; tu na pepelu neka se junac spali.'”

he shall take forth the entire bullock—unto the outside of the camp, unto a clean place unto the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, and shall burn it up on wood in the fire, —upon the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, shall it be burned up.

13 “Ako sva izraelska zajednica nehotično pogriješi počinivši štogod što je Jahve zabranio pa tako postanu krivi a ne budu svjesni krivnje,

And, if the whole assembly of Israel, shall make a mistake, and a matter be hidden from the eyes of the convocation, —and so they do something, whereby they depart from any of the commandments of Yahweh as to things which should not be done, and become guilty;

14 onda, kad se sazna za učinjeni prijestup, neka zajednica prinese jedno grlo krupne stoke - jednoga junca bez mane - kao žrtvu okajnicu. Neka ga dovedu pred Šator sastanka.

and the sin shall become known, which they have committed therein, then shall the convocation bring near a choice young bullock as a sin-bearer, yea they shall bring it in. before the tent of meeting;

15 Tu pred Jahvom neka starješine zajednice polože svoje ruke juncu na glavu. Neka se onda junac zakolje pred Jahvom.

and the elders of the assembly shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock before Yahweh, —and shall slay the bullock, before Yahweh;

16 Neka zatim pomazanjem posvećeni svećenik donese krvi od junca u Šator sastanka;

and the anointed priest shall bring in of the blood of the bullock, —into the tent of meeting;

17 neka svećenik zamoči svoj prst u krv i sedam puta poškropi prednju stranu zavjese, pred Jahvom.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and shall sprinkle of the blood seven times before Yahweh, upon the face of the veil;

18 Neka zatim stavi krvi na rogove žrtvenika koji se nalazi pred Jahvom u Šatoru sastanka. Svu ostalu krv neka izlije podno žrtvenika za žrtve paljenice što se nalazi na ulazu u Šator sastanka.

and, some of the blood, shall he put upon the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting; and, all the [remainder of the] blood, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting;

19 S junca neka skine sav loj i sažeže ga u kad na žrtveniku.

and, as for all the fat thereof, he shall heave up therefrom, —and make a perfume at the altar.

20 I s juncem neka uradi kako je uradio s onim juncem žrtve okajnice - tako neka učini i s tim. I pošto svećenik nad članovima zajednice izvrši obred pomirenja, bit će im oprošteno.

And he shall do to the bullock, as he did to the [first] sin-bearing bullock, so shall he do with this, —and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over them, and it shall be forgiven them.

21 Neka odnese junca izvan tabora i spali ga kako je spalio i prvoga junca. To je žtrva za prijestup zajednice.”

And he shall take forth the bullock unto the outside of the camp, and burn it up, just as he burned up the first bullock, —the sin-bearer of the convocation, it is.

22 “Ako nehotično pogriješi glavar i učini štogod što je Jahve, Bog njegov, zabranio i tako sagriješi,

When a prince, shall sin, —and shall do something, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh his God as to things which should not be done, by mistake and shall become aware of his guilt;

23 onda, kad ga obznane o prijestupu koji je počinio, neka kao svoj prinos donese muško jare bez mane.

or his sin wherein he hath sinned be made known unto him, then shall he bring in. as his oblation a he-goat a male without defect;

24 Položivši svoju ruku jaretu na glavu, neka ga zakolje na mjestu gdje se kolju pred Jahvom žrtve paljenice. To je žrtva okajnica.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the goat, and shall slay it in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice before Yahweh, —a sin-bearer, it is.

25 Svećenik neka uzme na svome prstu krvi od žrtve okajnice pa je stavi na rogove žrtvenika za žrtve paljenice. A svu ostalu krv neka izlije podno žrtvenika za žrtve paljenice.

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice; and, the [remainder of the] blood thereof, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice;

26 Sav loj neka sažeže u kad na žrtveniku kao i loj sa žrtve pričesnice. Neka tako svećenik nad glavarom izvrši obred pomirenja za njegov grijeh, pa će mu biti oprošteno.”

and with all the fat thereof, shall he make a perfume at the altar, as with the fat of the peace-offering, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him because of his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

27 “Ako tko od običnoga puka nehotično pogriješi učinivši štogod što je Jahve zabranio i tako sagriješi,

And, if, any person, shall sin, by mistake from among the people of the land, —by his doing anything departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall become aware of his guilt;

28 onda, kad ga obznane o prijestupu koji je počinio, neka kao svoj prinos za grijeh koji je počinio donese žensko jare bez mane.

or his sin which he hath committed shall be made known unto, him, then shall he bring in, as his oblation, a kid of the goats a female, without defect, for his sin which he hath committed;

29 Neka stavi svoju ruku na glavu okajnice i zakolje žrtvu okajnicu na mjestu za žrtve paljenice.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay the sin-bearer in the place of the ascending-sacrifice.

30 Neka svećenik uzme krvi na svome prstu pa je stavi na rogove žrtvenika za žrtve paljenice. A svu ostalu krv neka izlije podno žrtvenika.

Then shall the priest take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

31 Neka zatim izvadi sav njezin loj kao što se vadi loj iz žrtve pričesnice; neka ga onda svećenik sažeže u kad na žrtveniku kao ugodan miris Jahvi. Kad svećenik izvrši nad tim čovjekom obred pomirenja, bit će mu oprošteno.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat from off the peace-offering was removed, and the priest shall make a perfume at the altar, for a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him, and it shall be forgiven him.

32 Ako bi tko htio dovesti janje kao žrtvu okajnicu, neka dovede žensko bez mane.

And, if a lamb, he bring in. as his oblation for a sin-bearer, a female without defect, shall he bring in;

33 Položivši svoju ruku na glavu žrtve okajnice, neka je zakolje kao žrtvu okajnicu na mjestu gdje se kolju žrtve paljenice.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay it as a sin-bearer, in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice.

34 Neka onda svećenik uzme krvi od žrtve okajnice na svome prstu pa je stavi na rogove žrtvenika za žrtve paljenice. A svu ostalu krv neka izlije podno žrtvenika.

Then shall the priest take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

35 Neka zatim izvadi sav njezin loj kao što se vadi loj iz žrtve pričesnice. Neka to svećenik sažeže u kad povrh žrtava paljenih Jahvi u čast. Neka tako svećenik izvrši nad tim čovjekom obred pomirenja za grijeh koji je počinio, pa će mu biti oprošteno.”

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat of the lamb is removed, from the peace-offering, and the priest shall make a perfume therewith at the altar, upon the altar-flames of Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him on account of his sin which he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
