Levitski zakonik 27
1 Jahve reče Mojsiju:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 “Govori Izraelcima i reci im: 'Ako tko zaželi podmiriti Jahvi zavjet što vrijedi koliko čovjek,
“Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When a man makes a special vow in your valuation of persons to YHWH,
3 neka ti je mjerilo: muškarca od dvadeset do šezdeset godina starosti procijeni pedeset šekela u srebru, prema hramskom šekelu,
then your valuation has been of the male from a son of twenty years even to a son of sixty years, and your valuation has been fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the holy place.
4 a žensku procijeni trideset šekela.
And if it [is] a female, then your valuation has been thirty shekels;
5 A za dob od pet do dvadeset godina neka tvoja procjena bude: za muškarca dvadeset šekela, a za žensku deset šekela.
and if from a son of five years even to a son of twenty years, then your valuation of the male has been twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;
6 Je li dob od jednoga mjeseca do pet godina, neka ti je procjena: za muško pet šekela u srebru, a procjena za žensko tri šekela u srebru.
and if from a son of a month even to a son of five years, then your valuation of the male has been five shekels of silver, and for the female your valuation [is] three shekels of silver;
7 Bude li u starosti od šezdeset godina ili više, neka ti je procjena: za muškarca petnaest šekela, a za žensku deset šekela.
and if from a son of sixty years and above, if a male, then your valuation has been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.
8 Ali ako je tko siromašan te ne može platiti svoju cijenu, neka ga dovedu pred svećenika i neka ga svećenik procijeni. Ali neka svećenik procijeni prema onome što zavjetovalac može dati.
And if he is poorer than your valuation, then he has presented himself before the priest, and the priest has valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing reaches, the priest values him.
9 Ako zavjetovani prinos bude od životinja koje se mogu Jahvi prinositi, svaki takav prinos Jahvi bit će posvećena stvar.
And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, all that [one] gives of it to YHWH is holy;
10 Neka se ne nadomješta niti zamjenjuje za što drugo - bilo dobro za loše, bilo loše za dobro. Ako li se napravi zamjena jednoga živinčeta za drugo, onda će i zavjetovano i ono koje ga je zamijenilo biti posvećena stvar.
he does not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really exchanges beast for beast, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy.
11 Bude li zavjetovani prinos od nečiste životinje koja se ne može Jahvi prinositi, neka se takvo živinče dovede k svećeniku
And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, then he has presented the beast before the priest,
12 pa neka ga on procijeni. Bilo skupo, bilo jeftino, kako svećenik procijeni, neka tako bude.
and the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; according to your valuation, O priest, so it is;
13 Zaželi li ga tko otkupiti, neka doda njegovoj procjeni jednu petinu.
and if he really redeems it, then he has added its fifth to your valuation.
14 Ako tko posveti svoju kuću zavjetovavši je Jahvi, neka svećenik procijeni da li je dobra ili loša. Kako svećenik prosudi, neka tako ostane.
And when a man sanctifies his house [as] a holy thing to YHWH, then the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest values it so it stands;
15 Ako onaj koji je svoju kuću zavjetovao zaželi da je otkupi, neka dometne jednu petinu svoti na koju je procijenjena pa neka bude njegova.
and if he who is sanctifying redeems his house, then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has become his.
16 Ako tko zavjetuje Jahvi dio zemljišta od svoga vlasništva, procijeni ga prema njegovu usjevu: za jedan homer ječmena sjemena pedeset šekela u srebru.
And if a man sanctifies to YHWH from a field of his possession, then your valuation has been according to its seed—a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;
17 Zavjetuje li zemljište za jubilejske godine, neka ostane prema ovoj procjeni.
if he sanctifies his field from the Year of the Jubilee, according to your valuation it stands;
18 Ali ako zemljište zavjetuje poslije jubilejske godine, neka svećenik proračuna cijenu prema godinama što preostaju do jubilejske godine i prema tome smanji procjenu.
and if he sanctifies his field after the Jubilee, then the priest has reckoned the money to him according to the years which are left, to the Year of the Jubilee, and it has been diminished from your valuation.
19 Ako onaj tko je zemljište zavjetovao zaželi da ga otkupi, neka doda jednu petinu svoti na koju je procijenjeno pa neka mu ostane.
And if he really redeems the field—he who is sanctifying it—then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has been established to him;
20 Ako zemljište ne otkupi nego ga proda drugome, ne može se više otkupiti.
and if he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed anymore;
21 Kad zemljište bude oslobođeno u jubilejskoj godini, neka se posveti Jahvi kao zavjetovano zemljište i postane svećenikov posjed.
and the field has been, in its going out in the Jubilee, holy to YHWH as a field which is devoted; his possession is for the priest.
22 Zavjetuje li tko Jahvi kupljeno zemljište koje nije dio njegove očevine,
And if he sanctifies a field of his purchase to YHWH, which [is] not of the fields of his possession,
23 neka mu svećenik proračuna razmjernu procjenu do jubilejske godine. I toga istog dana neka isplati iznos kao stvar posvećenu Jahvi.
then the priest has reckoned to him the amount of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee, and he has given your valuation in that day [as] a holy thing to YHWH;
24 U jubilejskoj godini zemljište se ima vratiti onome od koga je kupljeno - kome pripada zemljišno vlasništvo.
in the Year of the Jubilee the field returns to him from whom he bought it, to him who [has] the possession of the land.
25 Svaka procjena neka se vrši prema hramskom šekelu: dvadeset gera jedan šekel.
And all your valuation is by the shekel of the holy place: the shekel is twenty gerahs.
26 Ali neka nitko ne zavjetuje prvinu od stoke. TÓa prvina ionako pripada Jahvi - Jahvina je, pa bila od sitnoga bila od krupnoga blaga.
Only, a firstling which is YHWH’s firstling among beasts—no man sanctifies it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] YHWH’s.
27 Bude li od nečiste stoke, može se otkupiti prema procjeni, dometnuvši petinu cijene. Ako se ne otkupi, neka se prema procjeni proda.
And if [from] among the unclean beast, then he has ransomed [it] at your valuation, and he has added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it has been sold at your valuation.
28 Ali ništa od 'herema', od onog što je Jahvi izručeno, bio to čovjek ili živinče ili njegovo baštinjeno zemljište, ništa što je tko Jahvi zavjetom posvetio, ne može se niti prodati niti otkupiti. Svaka zavjetom posvećena stvar najveća je Jahvina svetinja.
Only, no devoted thing which a man devotes to YHWH of all that he has, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to YHWH.
29 Nijedno ljudsko biće koje bude 'heremom' - prokletstvom - udareno ne smije se otkupljivati: mora se smaknuti.
No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.
30 Svaka desetina sa zemljišta, bilo od poljskih usjeva bilo od plodova sa stabala, pripada Jahvi; to je Jahvi posvećeno.
And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is YHWH’s; [it is] holy to YHWH.
31 Ako bi tko htio otkupiti koji dio svoje desetine, mora tome dodati jednu petinu cijene.
And if a man really redeems [any] of his tithe, he adds its fifth to it.
32 Svaka desetina od krupnoga i sitnoga blaga, to jest svako deseto od svega što prolazi ispod pastirskog štapa, neka bude posvećeno Jahvi.
And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock—all that passes by under the rod—the tenth is holy to YHWH;
33 Neka se ne gleda je li dobro ili rđavo; i neka se ne zamjenjuje. Ako se ipak zamijeni, neka je onda i jedno i drugo posvećeno i ne smije se otkupljivati.'”
he does not inquire between good and bad, nor does he exchange it; and if he really exchanges it, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.”
34 To su zapovijedi koje je Jahve izdao Mojsiju za Izraelce na Sinajskome brdu.
These [are] the commands which YHWH has commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.
