Levitski zakonik 14

1 Jahve reče Mojsiju:

And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,

2 “Neka ovo bude obred za gubavca na dan njegova čišćenja: neka se dovede svećeniku;

This is the law of the leper in the day of his clensing: that is, he shall be brought vnto the Priest,

3 neka svećenik iziđe iz tabora i obavi pregled. Ako ustanovi da je gubavac od gube ozdravio,

And the Priest shall go out of the campe, and the Priest shall consider him: and if the plague of leprosie be healed in the leper,

4 neka naredi da se za čovjeka koji se ima čistiti uzmu dvije ptice, čiste i žive, cedrovine, grimiznog prediva i izopa.

Then shall the Priest commaund to take for him that is clensed, two sparrowes aliue and cleane, and cedar wood and a skarlet lace, and hyssope.

5 Neka zatim svećenik naredi da se jedna ptica zakolje nad živom vodom u zemljanoj posudi.

And the Priest shall commaund to kill one of the birdes ouer pure water in an earthen vessell.

6 Potom neka uzme živu pticu, a onda zajedno živu pticu, cedrovinu, grimizno predivo i izop zamoči u krv ptice što je bila zaklana povrh žive vode.

After, he shall take the liue sparowe with the cedar wood, and the skarlet lace, and the hyssope, and shall dip them and the liuing sparowe in the blood of the sparowe slaine, ouer the pure water,

7 Sada neka sedam puta poškropi onoga koji se od gube čisti, a onda ga čistim proglasi. Poslije toga neka pusti živu pticu na otvorenu polju.

And hee shall sprinkle vpon him, that must be clensed of his leprosie, seuen times, and clense him, and shall let goe the liue sparowe into the broad fielde.

8 Onaj koji se čisti neka opere svoju odjeću, obrije sve svoje dlake i u vodi se okupa. Tako neka je čist. Poslije toga neka uđe u tabor, ali sedam dana neka stanuje izvan svoga šatora.

Then he that shall be clensed, shall wash his clothes, and shaue off all his heare, and wash himselfe in water, so he shalbe cleane: after that shall he come into the host, but shall tary without his tent seuen dayes.

9 Sedmi dan neka obrije sve svoje dlake: kosu, bradu i obrve; neka obrije sve ostale svoje dlake. Pošto u vodi opere svoju odjeću i okupa se, neka je čist.

So in the seuenth day hee shall shaue off all his heare, both his head, and his beard, and his eye browes: euen all his heare shall he shaue, and shall wash his clothes and shall wash his flesh in water: so he shalbe cleane.

10 Osmoga dana neka uzme muško janje bez mane, jedno žensko janje od godine dana, također bez mane, tri desetine efe najboljeg brašna zamiješena u ulju za žrtvu prinosnicu i jedan log ulja.

Then in the eight day he shall take two hee lambes without blemish, and an ewe lambe of a yere olde without blemish, and three tenth deales of fine flower for a meate offering, mingled with oyle, and a pint of oyle.

11 Svećenik koji vrši čišćenje neka ih stavi pred Jahvu na ulazu u Šator sastanka s čovjekom koji se ima čistiti.

And the Priest that maketh him cleane shall bring the man which is to bee made cleane, and those things, before the Lord, at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.

12 Neka zatim svećenik uzme jedno muško janje pa ga s ono ulja u logu prinese kao žrtvu naknadnicu. Neka ih prinese pred Jahvom kao žrtvu prikaznicu.

Then the Priest shall take one lambe, and offer him for a trespasse offering, and the pint of oyle, and shake the to and from before the Lord.

13 Neka janje zakolje ondje gdje se kolju žrtve okajnice i žrtve paljenice - na svetome mjestu, jer žrtva naknadnica kao i okajnica pripada svećeniku: vrlo je sveta!

And hee shall kill the lambe in the place where the sinne offring and the burnt offring are slaine, euen in the holy place: for as the sinne offring is the Priests, so is the trespasse offring: for it is most holy.

14 Potom neka svećenik uzme krvi od žrtve naknadnice, pa neka njome namaže resicu desnoga uha, palac desne ruke i palac desne noge onoga koji se čisti.

So the Priest shall take of the blood of the trespasse offring, and put it vpon the lappe of the right eare of him that shalbe clensed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.

15 Poslije toga neka uzme log s uljem i izlije na dlan svoje lijeve ruke.

The Priest shall also take of ye pint of oyle, and powre it into the palme of his left hand,

16 Zamočivši svećenik svoj desni prst u ulje na svojoj lijevoj ruci, neka uljem sa svoga prsta obavi škropljenje pred Jahvom sedam puta.

And the Priest shall dip his right finger in the oyle that is in his left hand, and sprinkle of the oyle with his finger seuen times before the Lord.

17 Od ulja što mu preostane u ruci neka svećenik, po krvi od žrtve naknadnice, pomaže resicu desnoga uha, palac desne ruke i palac desne noge onoga koji se čisti.

And of the rest of the oyle that is in his hand, shall the Priest put vpon the lap of the right eare of him that is to bee clensed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote, where the blood of the trespasse offring was put.

18 Ostatak ulja sa svoje ruke neka svećenik metne na glavu onoga koji se čisti. Tako će svećenik nad njim izvršiti obred pomirenja pred Jahvom.

But the remnant of the oyle that is in the Priests hand, he shall powre vpon the head of him that is to be clensed: so the Priest shall make an atonement for him before the Lord.

19 Neka svećenik poslije toga prinese žrtvu okajnicu i nad onim koji se čisti neka obavi obred pomirenja za njegovu nečistoću. Napokon neka zakolje žrtvu paljenicu,

And the Priest shall offer the sinne offring and make an atonement for him that is to bee clensed of his vncleannesse: then after shall he kill the burnt offring.

20 a onda neka svećenik žrtvu paljenicu i žrtvu prinosnicu podigne na žrtvenik. Kad tako svećenik nad njim obavi obred pomirenja, neka je čist.

So the Priest shall offer ye burnt offring and the meat offring vpon ye altar and the Priest shall make an atonement for him: so he shalbe cleane.

21 Ako bude siromašan te ne mogne to priskrbiti, neka uzme samo jedno muško janje za žrtvu naknadnicu i neka se ono prinese kao žrtva prinosnica da se nad tim čovjekom izvrši obred pomirenja. I neka uzme samo desetinu efe najboljeg brašna zamiješena u ulju za žrtvu prinosnicu, jedan log ulja,

But if he be poore, and not able, then he shall bring one lambe for a trespasse offring to be shaken, for his reconciliation, and a tenth deale of fine flower mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, with a pinte of oyle.

22 k tome dvije grlice ili dva golubića - prema svojim mogućnostima - jedno za žrtvu okajnicu, a drugo za žrtvu paljenicu.

Also two turtle doues, or two yong pigeons, as he is able, whereof the one shalbe a sinne offering, and the other a burnt offring,

23 Osam dana nakon svoga očišćenja neka ih donese svećeniku na ulaz u Šator sastanka pred Jahvu.

And he shall bring them the eight day for his clensing vnto the Priest at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation before ye Lord.

24 Neka svećenik uzme janje za žrtvu naknadnicu i log s uljem pa ih prinese pred Jahvom kao žrtvu prikaznicu.

The the Priest shall take the lambe of the trespasse offring, and the pint of oyle, and the Priest shall shake them to and from before the Lord.

25 Neka se onda zakolje janje žrtve naknadnice, a svećenik neka uzme njegove krvi i neka njome namaže resicu desnoga uha, palac desne ruke i palac desne noge onoga koji se čisti.

And he shall kill the lambe of the trespasse offering, and the Priest shall take of the blood of the trespasse offring, and put it vpon the lap of his right eare that is to be clensed, and vpon ye thumbe of his right hande, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.

26 Poslije toga neka svećenik izlije ulje na dlan svoje lijeve ruke.

Also the Priest shall powre of the oyle into the palme of his owne left hand.

27 A onda neka od ulja što mu je na dlanu lijeve ruke obavi škropljenje sedam puta prstom svoje desne ruke pred Jahvom.

So ye Priest shall with his right finger sprinkle of the oyle that is in his left hand, seuen times before the Lord.

28 Od ulja iz svoje ruke neka svećenik, po krvi žrtve naknadnice, namaže resicu desnog uha, palac desne ruke i palac desne noge onoga koji se čisti.

Then the Priest shall put of the oyle that is in his hande, vpon the lap of the right eare of him that is to bee clensed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hande, and vpon the great toe of his right foote: vpon the place of the blood of the trespasse offring.

29 Ostatak ulja što bude na dlanu neka svećenik stavi na glavu onoga koji se čisti, vršeći nad njim obred pomirenja pred Jahvom.

But ye rest of the oyle that is in the Priests hand, he shall put vpon the head of him that is to be clensed, to make an atonement for him before the Lord.

30 Neka zatim prinese jednu od dviju grlica ili jednoga od dvaju golubića - što je već mogao pribaviti -

Also hee shall present one of the turtle doues, or of the yong pigeons, as he is able:

31 kao žrtvu okajnicu, a drugu kao žrtvu paljenicu zajedno sa žrtvom prinosnicom. Neka tako svećenik izvrši obred pomirenja pred Jahvom nad onim koji se čisti.”

Such, I say, as he is able, the one for a sinne offring, and the other for a burnt offring with the meate offring: so the Priest shall make an atonement for him that is to bee clensed before the Lord.

32 To je propis za onoga koji je gubom zaražen a ne može priskrbiti sve za svoje očišćenje.

This is the lawe of him which hath the plague of leprosie, who is not able in his clensing to offer the whole.

33 Jahve reče Mojsiju i Aronu:

The Lord also spake vnto Moses and to Aaron, saying,

34 “Kad uđete u kanaansku zemlju koju ću vam dati u posjed, a ja pustim gubu na koju kuću u zemlji što je budete zaposjeli,

When ye be come vnto the land of Canaan which I giue you in possession, if I sende the plague of leprosie in an house of the land of your possession,

35 onda onaj čija je kuća neka dođe svećeniku i kaže: 'Čini mi se da je moja kuća zaražena gubom.'

Then he that oweth the house, shall come and tell the Priest, saying, Me thinke there is like a plague of leprosie in the house.

36 Neka svećenik naredi da se kuća isprazni prije nego on dođe da bolest pregleda, da ne bi sve što je u kući bilo proglašeno nečistim; poslije toga neka svećenik uđe da kuću pregleda.

Then the Priest shall commande them to emptie the house before the Priest goe into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made vncleane, and then shall the Priest goe in to see the house,

37 Ako nakon pregleda zapazi da je bolest na kućnim zidovima od zelenkastih ili crvenkastih udubina i pričini mu se da idu dublje od površine zida,

And hee shall marke the plague: and if the plague be in the walles of the house, and that there be deepe spots, greenish or reddish, which seeme to be lower then the wall,

38 neka svećenik iziđe iz kuće na kućna vrata i neka kuću zatvori sedam dana.

Then the Priest shall goe out of the house to the doore of the house, and shall cause to shut vp the house seuen dayes.

39 Sedmi dan neka svećenik opet dođe i pregleda: ako se bolest bude proširila po zidovima kuće,

So the Priest shall come againe ye seuenth day: and if he see that the plague bee increased in the walles of the house,

40 neka svećenik naredi da se povadi zaraženo kamenje i baci na koje nečisto mjesto izvan grada.

Then the Priest shall commande them to take away the stones wherein the plague is, and they shall cast them into a foule place without the citie.

41 Zatim neka zapovjedi da se svi unutarnji zidovi kuće ostružu i da se sastrugani prah baci na koje nečisto mjesto izvan grada.

Also hee shall cause to scrape the house within rounde about, and powre the dust, that they haue pared off, without the citie in an vncleane place.

42 Onda neka se uzme drugo kamenje i umetne namjesto onoga kamenja. Potom neka se uzme druga žbuka i kuća ponovo ožbuka.

And they shall take other stones, and put them in the places of those stones, and shall take other mortar, to plaister the house with.

43 Ako se pošast na kući opet pojavi pošto je kamenje bilo povađeno i kuća ostrugana i opet ožbukana,

But if the plague come againe and breake out in the house, after that he hath taken away ye stones, and after that hee hath scraped and playstered the house,

44 neka svećenik ode da pregleda: bude li se bolest po kući proširila, to je onda u kući zarazna guba; kuća je nečista.

Then the Priest shall come and see: and if the plague growe in the house, it is a freating leprosie in the house: it is therefore vncleane.

45 Neka se kuća poruši, a njezino kamenje, njezina drvena građa i sva žbuka s kuće neka se odnese izvan grada na koje nečisto mjesto.

And hee shall breake downe the house, with the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the mortar of the house, and hee shall carie them out of the citie vnto an vncleane place.

46 Tko uđe u kuću dok je zatvorena, neka je nečist do večeri.

Moreouer he that goeth into the house all the while that it is shut vp, hee shall bee vncleane vntill the euen.

47 Tko u kući legne, mora oprati svoju odjeću. I tko u kući objeduje, mora svoju odjeću oprati.

Hee also that sleepeth in the house shall wash his clothes: he likewise that eateth in the house, shall wash his clothes.

48 Ako li svećenik dođe i vidi da se bolest po kući nije proširila pošto je kuća opet bila ožbukana, neka svećenik kuću proglasi čistom, jer se bolest izliječila.

But if the Priest shall come and see, that the plague hath spread no further in the house, after the house be plaistered, the Priest shall pronounce that house cleane, for the plague is healed.

49 A za očišćenje kuće neka uzme: dvije ptice, cedrovine, grimizna prediva i izopa.

Then shall he take to purifie the house, two sparrowes, and cedar wood, and skarlet lace, and hyssope.

50 Jednu od ptica neka zakolje nad živom vodom u zemljanoj posudi.

And hee shall kill one sparowe ouer pure water in an earthen vessell,

51 Potom neka uzme: cedrovinu, izop, grimizno predivo i pticu živu te ih zamoči u krv ptice zaklane i u živu vodu pa kuću poškropi sedam puta.

And shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssope, and the skarlet lace with the liue Sparrow, and dip them in the blood of the slayne Sparrow, and in the pure water, and sprinkle the house seuen times:

52 Očistivši tako od grijeha kuću krvlju ptice, živom vodom, živom pticom, cedrovinom, izopom i grimiznim predivom,

So shall hee clense the house with ye blood of the sparowe, and with the pure water, and with the liue sparowe, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssope, and with the skarlet lace.

53 neka pticu živu pusti izvan grada na otvorenu polju. Kad tako obavi obred pomirenja nad kućom, bit će čista.”

Afterwarde he shall let go the liue sparowe out of the towne into the broad fieldes: so shall he make atonement for the house, and it shall be cleane.

54 To je propis za svaku vrst gube i šuge,

This is the law for euery plague of leprosie and blacke spot,

55 za gubu odjeće ili kuće,

And of the leprosie of the garment, and of the house,

56 za otekline, lišaje ili pjege.

And of the swelling, and of the skab, and of the white spot.

57 On određuje vrijeme nečistoće i čistoće. To je zakon o gubi.

This is the lawe of the leprosie to teache when a thing is vncleane, and when it is cleane.
