Izlazak 40
1 Reče Jahve Mojsiju:
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
2 “Na prvi dan prvoga mjeseca podigni Prebivalište, Šator sastanka.
“On the first day of the first month Nissan ·Miracles (in Aramaic), 1· you shall raise up the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.
3 Ondje postavi Kovčeg svjedočanstva, onda Kovčeg zakloni zavjesom.
You shall put the ark of the testimony in it, and you shall screen the ark with the veil.
4 Potom unesi stol i što na nj spada poredaj; unesi i svijećnjak i svijeće mu pripremi.
You shall bring in the table, and set in order the things that are on it. You shall bring in the menorah ·lamp·, and light its menorah ·lamp· candles.
5 A zlatni žrtvenik za kađenje postavi pred Kovčeg svjedočanstva. Onda objesi zastor nad ulazom u Prebivalište.
You shall set the golden altar for incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the screen of the door to the tabernacle.
6 Stavi žrtvenik za žrtve paljenice pred ulaz Prebivališta, Šatora sastanka.
“You shall set the altar of burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting.
7 Između Šatora sastanka i žrtvenika smjesti umivaonik i u nj nalij vode.
You shall set the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and shall put water therein.
8 Naokolo napravi dvorište i objesi zastor nad dvorišnim ulazom.
You shall set up the court around it, and hang up the screen of the gate of the court.
9 Zatim uzmi ulja za pomazanje pa pomaži Prebivalište i sve što je u njemu; posveti ga i sav njegov pribor, pa će svetim postati.
“You shall take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is in it, and shall make it holy, and all its furniture: and it will be holy.
10 Pomaži potom žrtvenik za žrtve paljenice i sav njegov pribor; posveti žrtvenik i presvetim će žrtvenik postati.
You shall anoint the altar of burnt offering, with all its utensils, and sanctify the altar: and the altar will be most holy.
11 Pomaži umivaonik s njegovim stalkom: posveti ga!
You shall anoint the basin and its base, and sanctify it.
12 Dovedi zatim Arona i njegove sinove na ulaz Šatora sastanka pa ih operi vodom.
“You shall bring Aaron [Light-bringer] and his sons to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and shall wash them with water.
13 Stavi onda na Arona posvećenu odjeću; pomaži ga i posveti da mi služi kao svećenik.
You shall put on Aaron [Light-bringer] the holy garments; and you shall anoint him, and sanctify him, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office.
14 Dovedi i njegove sinove, na njih stavi košulje
You shall bring his sons, and put coats on them.
15 i pomaži ih, kako si pomazao i njihova oca, da mi služe kao svećenici. Njihovo pomazanje neka ih uvede u vječno svećenstvo u sve njihove naraštaje.”
You shall anoint them, as you anointed their father, that they may minister to me in the priest’s office. Their anointing shall be to them for an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.”
16 Tako Mojsije učini. Kako mu je Jahve naredio, sve je tako i učinio.
Moses [Drawn out] did so. According to all that Adonai enjoined him, so he did.
17 Prvoga dana prvoga mjeseca druge godine Prebivalište bi podignuto.
In the first month Nissan ·Miracles (in Aramaic), 1· in the second year, on the first day of the month, the tabernacle was raised up.
18 Ovako Mojsije namjesti Prebivalište: razmjesti njegova podnožja, onda uspravi njegove trenice, zatim postavi priječnice i podiže stupove.
Moses [Drawn out] raised up the tabernacle, and laid its sockets, and set up its boards, and put in its bars, and raised up its pillars.
19 Zatim raspne Šator nad Prebivalište, a povrh njega stavi pokrov Šatora, kako je Jahve Mojsiju naredio.
He spread the covering over the tent, and put the roof of the tabernacle above on it, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
20 Uze onda Svjedočanstvo i stavi ga u Kovčeg; na Kovčeg postavi motke; onda stavi Pomirilište ozgo na Kovčeg.
He took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the poles on the ark, and put the mercy seat above on the ark.
21 Potom unese Kovčeg u Prebivalište; objesi zavjesu za zaklon. Tako zastre Kovčeg svjedočanstva, kako je Jahve i naredio Mojsiju.
He brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the veil of the screen, and screened the ark of the testimony, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
22 Zatim postavi stol u Šator sastanka, Prebivalištu sa sjeverne strane, ali izvan zavjese.
He put the table in the Tent of Meeting, on the side of the tabernacle northward, outside of the veil.
23 Po njemu poreda kruhove pred Jahvom, kako je Jahve naredio Mojsiju.
He set the bread in order on it before Adonai, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
24 Onda smjesti svijećnjak u Šator sastanka naprama stolu, na južnoj strani Prebivališta.
He put the menorah ·lamp· in the Tent of Meeting, opposite the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.
25 I postavi svjetiljke pred Jahvom, kako je Jahve naredio Mojsiju.
He lit the menorah ·lamp· candles before Adonai, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
26 Zlatni žrtvenik smjesti u Šator sastanka, pred zavjesu.
He put the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting before the veil;
27 Na njemu zapali miomirisnog tamjana, kako je Jahve naredio Mojsiju.
and he burned incense of sweet spices on it, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
28 Poslije toga stavi zavjesu na ulaz u Prebivalište.
He put up the screen of the door to the tabernacle.
29 Kod ulaza u Prebivalište, u Šator sastanka, postavi žrtvenik za žrtve paljenice. Na njemu prinese žrtvu paljenicu i žrtvu od žita, kako je Jahve naredio Mojsiju.
He set the altar of burnt offering at the door of the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting, and offered on it the burnt offering and the meal offering, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
30 Između Šatora sastanka i žrtvenika smjesti umivaonik pa u nj ulije vode za pranje.
He set the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and put water therein, with which to wash.
31 Iz njega su Mojsije, Aron i njegovi sinovi prali svoje ruke i svoje noge.
Moses [Drawn out], Aaron [Light-bringer], and his sons washed their hands and their feet there.
32 A prali su se kad su ulazili u Šator sastanka i kad su pristupali k žrtveniku, kako je Jahve naredio Mojsiju.
When they went into the Tent of Meeting, and when they came near to the altar, they washed, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
33 Napokon Mojsije napravi dvorište oko Prebivališta i žrtvenika i postavi zavjesu na dvorišnim vratima. Tako Mojsije završi taj posao.
He raised up the court around the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the screen of the gate of the court. So Moses [Drawn out] finished the work.
34 A onda oblak prekri Šator sastanka i slava Jahvina ispuni Prebivalište.
Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the kavod Yahweh ·weighty glory of He sustains breathing· filled the tabernacle.
35 Mojsije nije mogao ući u Šator sastanka zbog oblaka koji je na njemu stajao i slave Jahvine koja je ispunjala Prebivalište.
Moses [Drawn out] was not able to enter into the Tent of Meeting, because the cloud stayed on it, and the kavod Yahweh ·weighty glory of He sustains breathing· filled the tabernacle.
36 Sve vrijeme njihova putovanja, kad god bi se oblak digao s Prebivališta, Izraelci bi krenuli;
When the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel [God prevails] went onward, throughout all their journeys;
37 ali ako se oblak ne bi digao, ni oni ne bi na put polazili sve do dana dok se ne bi digao.
but if the cloud was not taken up, then they didn’t travel until the day that it was taken up.
38 Jer sve vrijeme njihova putovanja oblak Jahvin danju stajaše nad Prebivalištem, a noću bi se u oblaku pojavila vatra vidljiva svemu domu Izraelovu.
For the cloud of Adonai was on the tabernacle by day, and there was fire in the cloud by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel [God prevails], throughout all their journeys.
