1 Kraljevima 15
1 Osamnaeste godine kraljevanja Jeroboama, sina Nebatova, zakraljio se Abijam u Judeji.
And in year eight-teen of the king Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat he became king Abijam over Judah.
2 Tri je godine kraljevao u Jeruzalemu; njegova se majka zvala Maaka, a bila je kći Abšalomova.
Three years he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Maacah [the] daughter of Abishalom.
3 On je hodio u svim grijesima što ih je njegov otac činio prije njega, i njegovo srce nije bilo potpuno odano Jahvi, Bogu svome, kao srce njegova praoca Davida.
And he walked in all [the] sins of father his which he had done before him and not it was heart his complete with Yahweh God his like [the] heart of David ancestor his.
4 Ipak, zbog Davida, dao mu je Jahve, Bog njegov, svjetiljku u Jeruzalemu, podigavši sinove njegove poslije njega i sačuvavši Jeruzalem.
For for [the] sake of David he gave Yahweh God his to him a lamp in Jerusalem by raising up son his after him and by establishing Jerusalem.
5 Jer je David činio sve što je pravo u očima Jahvinim i za svega svoga života nije odstupio ni od čega što mu je zapovjedio, osim onog što je učinio Uriji Hetitu.
That he had done David the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh and not he had turned aside from all that he had commanded him all [the] days of life his only in [the] matter of Uriah the Hittite.
And war it was between Rehoboam and between Jeroboam all [the] days of life his.
7 Ostala povijest Abijamova, sve što je učinio, zar to nije zapisano u knjizi Ljetopisa kraljeva judejskih? A bijaše rat između Abijama i Jeroboama.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Abijam and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah and war it was between Abijam and between Jeroboam.
8 Potom je Abijam počinuo sa svojim ocima. Sahraniše ga u Davidovu gradu; na njegovo se mjesto zakralji sin mu Asa.
And he lay down Abijam with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David and he became king Asa son his in place of him.
9 Dvadesete godine Jeroboamova kraljevanja nad Izraelom postade Asa kraljem Judeje.
And in year twenty of Jeroboam [the] king of Israel he became king Asa [the] king of Judah.
10 Kraljevao je četrdeset i jednu godinu u Jeruzalemu; njegova se baka zvala Maaka, a bila je kći Abšalomova.
And forty and one year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Maacah [the] daughter of Abishalom.
11 Asa je činio što je pravo u očima Jahvinim, kao i njegov praotac David.
And he did Asa the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh like David ancestor his.
12 Protjerao je iz zemlje posvećene bludnice i uklonio sve idole koje njegovi oci bijahu načinili.
And he made to pass away the male cult prostitutes from the land and he removed all the idols which they had made ancestors his.
13 Sam je uklonio svoju baku s dostojanstva velike kneginje, jer bijaše načinila gada Ašeri. Asa je sasjekao njezina gada i spalio ga u potoku Kidronu.
And also - Maacah mother his and he removed her from queen-mother that she had made an abominable image to Asherah pole and he cut down Asa abominable image her and he burned [it] in [the] wadi of Kidron.
14 Ali uzvišice nisu bile uklonjene; ipak je Asino srce bilo privrženo Jahvi svega njegova života.
And the high places not they were removed only [the] heart of Asa it was complete with Yahweh all days his.

And he brought [the] holy things of father his (and [the] holy things *Q(K)*) [the] house of Yahweh silver and gold and utensils.
16 Bio je rat između Ase i Baše, kralja izraelskoga, u sve njihove dane.
And war it was between Asa and between Baasha [the] king of Israel all days their.
17 Izraelski kralj Baša navali na Judeju i stade utvrđivati Ramu da spriječi svako kretanje judejskom kralju Asi.
And he came up Baasha [the] king of Israel on Judah and he built Ramah to not [surely] permitting [any] escaping and coming to Asa [the] king of Judah.
18 Asa tada uze srebra i zlata koje je preostalo u riznicama Doma Jahvina i u riznicama kraljevskog dvora i dade ga svojim slugama te ih posla Ben-Hadadu, sinu Tabrimonovu, sinu Hezjonovu, aramejskom kralju, koji je stolovao u Damasku, i poruči mu:
And he took Asa all the silver and the gold which remained - in [the] treasuries of [the] house of Yahweh and [the] treasures of [the] house of (the king *Q(K)*) and he gave them in [the] hand of servants his and he sent them the king Asa to Ben Hadad [the] son of Tabrimmon [the] son of Hezion [the] king of Aram who dwelt in Damascus saying.
19 “Neka bude savez između mene i tebe, između moga i tvoga oca; evo, šaljem ti na dar srebra i zlata: hajde, raskini savez s izraelskim kraljem Bašom da bi otišao od mene.”
A covenant [be] between me and between you between father my and between father your here! I send to you a gift silver and gold come break! covenant your with Baasha [the] king of Israel so he may go up from on me.
20 Ben-Hadad posluša kralja Asu i posla svoje vojskovođe na izraelske gradove te oni pokoriše Ijon, Dan, Abel Bet-Maaku, sav Kineret i svu zemlju Naftali.
And he listened Ben Hadad to the king Asa and he sent [the] commanders of the armies which [belonged] to him on [the] cities of Israel and he struck Ijon and Dan and Abel Beth Maacah and all Kinnereth with all [the] land of Naphtali.
21 A kada to Baša dozna, presta utvrđivati Ramu i vrati se u Tirsu.
And it was when heard Baasha and he ceased from building Ramah and he remained in Tirzah.
22 Kralj Asa sazva sve Judejce, bez izuzetka, i oni odnesoše kamenje i drvo kojima je Baša utvrđivao Ramu, i kralj Asa utvrdi time Gebu Benjaminovu i Mispu.
And the king Asa he made proclamation to all Judah there not [was] an exempt [person] and they carried off [the] stones of Ramah and wood its which he had built Baasha and he built with them the king Asa Geba of Benjamin and Mizpah.
23 Ostala povijest Asina, sve njegove pobjede i sve što je učinio i gradovi koje je utvrdio, zar to nije zapisano u knjizi Ljetopisa kraljeva judejskih? A u starosti bolovao je od nogu.
And [the] rest of all [the] matters of Asa and all might his and all that he did and the cities which he built ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah only to [the] time of old age his he was sick feet his.
24 Asa je počinuo sa svojim ocima i sahranjen je sa svojim ocima u gradu Davida, svoga praoca. Njegov sin Jošafat zakralji se mjesto njega.
And he lay down Asa with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David ancestor his and he became king Jehoshaphat son his in place of him.
25 Nadab, sin Jeroboamov, postade kraljem Izraela druge godine Asina kraljevanja Judejom i vladao je dvije godine Izraelom.
And Nadab [the] son of Jeroboam he became king over Israel in year two of Asa [the] king of Judah and he reigned over Israel two years.
26 Činio je zlo u očima Jahvinim. Hodio je putem svoga oca i oponašao njegov grijeh na koji je navodio Izraela.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he walked in [the] way of father his and in sin his which he caused to sin Israel.
27 Baša, sin Ahijin, iz kuće Jisakarove, uroti se protiv njega i ubi ga u Gibetonu, koji pripada Filistejcima i koji su opsjedali Nadab i sav Izrael.
And he conspired on him Baasha [the] son of Ahijah of [the] house of Issachar and he struck down him Baasha at Gibbethon which [belonged] to the Philistines and Nadab and all Israel [were] laying siege on Gibbethon.
28 Baša ga ubi treće godine Asina kraljevanja Judejom i zavlada mjesto njega.
And he killed him Baasha in year three of Asa [the] king of Judah and he became king in place of him.
29 Kad je postao kraljem, pobi svu kuću Jeroboamovu i ne poštedi nikoga od Jeroboamovih dokle sve ne istrijebi po riječi koju je Jahve rekao preko sluge svoga Ahije iz Šila.
And it was when became king he he struck down all [the] house of Jeroboam not he left any breathing thing of Jeroboam until he had destroyed it according to [the] word of Yahweh which he spoke by [the] hand of servant his Ahijah Shilonite.
30 Zbog grijeha što ih je učinio i na koje je naveo Izraela i zbog gnjeva kojim je raspalio Jahvu, Boga Izraelova.
On [the] sins of Jeroboam which he sinned and which he caused to sin Israel by provocation his which he provoked to anger Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
31 Ostala povijest Nadabova, i sve što je učinio, zar to nije zapisano u knjizi Ljetopisa kraljeva izraelskih?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Nadab and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
32 Između Ase i Izraelova kralja Baše vladao je rat u sve njihove dane.
And war it was between Asa and between Baasha [the] king of Israel all days their.
33 Treće godine Asina kraljevanja Judejom postade Baša, sin Ahijin, kraljem nad svim Izraelom u Tirsi i vladao je dvadeset i četiri godine.
In year three of Asa [the] king of Judah he became king Baasha [the] son of Ahijah over all Israel in Tirzah twenty and four year[s].
34 Činio je zlo u očima Jahvinim i hodio je putem Jeroboama i njegovih grijeha kojima je zavodio Izraelce.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he walked in [the] way of Jeroboam and in sin his which he caused to sin Israel.
