1 Kraljevima 10
1 Glas koji je u Jahvinu Imenu stekao Salomon dopro je do kraljice od Sabe; zato ona dođe da Salomona iskuša zagonetkama.
And [the] queen of Sheba [was] hearing [the] report of Solomon to [the] name of Yahweh and she came to put to [the] test him by difficult matters.
2 Došla je u Jeruzalem s golemom pratnjom, s devama koje su nosile mirise, nebrojeno zlato i drago kamenje. Došavši k Salomonu, porazgovori se s njim o svemu što joj bijaše na srcu.
And she came Jerusalem towards with a retinue numerous very camels carrying spices and gold much very and stone[s] precious and she came to Solomon and she spoke to him all that it was with heart her.
3 Salomon joj odgovori na sva pitanja; nije mu bilo skriveno ništa da joj ne bi umio objasniti.
And he told to her Solomon all words her not it was anything hidden from the king which not he told to her.
4 Kad kraljica od Sabe vidje mudrost Salomonovu, dvor koji bijaše sagradio,
And she saw [the] queen of Sheba all [the] wisdom of Solomon and the house which he had built.
5 jela na njegovu stolu, odaje njegove i dvorane, otmjenost njegove posluge i njihova odijela, njegove peharnike i paljenice koje je prinio u Domu Jahvinu, zastade joj dah.
And [the] food of table his and [the] seating of servants his and [the] standing of (servants his *Q(K)*) and clothes their and cup-bearers his and burnt offering[s] his which he offered up [the] house of Yahweh and not it was in her still breath.
6 Tada reče kralju: “Istina je bila što sam u svojoj zemlji čula o tebi i o tvojoj mudrosti.
And she said to the king truth it was the word which I heard in own land my on words your and on wisdom your.
7 Ali nisam htjela vjerovati što se pripovijeda dokle god nisam došla i vidjela na svoje oči; i doista, ni pola mi nije bilo rečeno: ti nadvisuješ u mudrosti i blagostanju slavu o kojoj sam čula.
And not I believed the words until that I came and they saw eyes my and here! not it was told to me the half you have added wisdom and good to the report which I heard.
8 Blago tvojim ženama, blago ovim tvojim slugama koji su neprestano pred tobom i slušaju tvoju mudrost!
How blessed! [are] people your how blessed! [are] servants your these who stand before you continually who hear wisdom your.
9 Neka je blagoslovljen Jahve, Bog tvoj, komu si tako omilio da te postavio na prijestolje Izraelaca; zato što Jahve uvijek ljubi Izraela, postavio te kraljem da činiš pravo i pravicu.”
May he be Yahweh God your blessed who he delights in you to put you on [the] throne of Israel because loves Yahweh Israel for ever and he has appointed you to king to do justice and righteousness.
10 Dade tada kralju stotinu i dvadeset zlatnih talenata, mnogo miomirisa i dragulja. Nikad više nije bilo takvih miomirisa kakve je kraljica od Sabe dala kralju Salomonu.
And she gave to the king one hundred and twenty - talent[s] of gold and spices much very and stone[s] precious not it has come like the spice that again to abundance which she gave [the] queen of Sheba to the king Solomon.
11 Pa i Hiramovo brodovlje, koje je donosilo zlato iz Ofira, dovezlo je odande mnogo sandalovine i dragulja.
And also [the] ship[s] of Hiram which it carried gold from Ophir it brought from Ophir wood of almug much very and stone[s] precious.
12 Kralj je od sandalovine napravio ograde za Dom Jahvin i za kraljevski dvor, i citre i harfe za pjevače; nikada se više nije dovezlo toliko sandalova drveta niti se vidjelo do danas.
And he made the king [the] wood of the almug support[s] for [the] house of Yahweh and for [the] house of the king and harps and lyres for the singers not it has come thus wood of almug and not it has been seen until the day this.
13 Kralj Salomon dade kraljici od Sabe što je god zaželjela i zatražila, a povrh toga kraljevski je obdari. Potom ona krenu i sa slugama vrati se u svoju zemlju.
And the king Solomon he gave to [the] queen of Sheba all desire her which she asked besides [that] which he had given to her according to [the] hand of the king Solomon and she turned and she went to own land her she and servants her.
14 Zlato što je dolazilo Salomonu svake godine bilo je teško šest stotina šezdeset i šest zlatnih talenata,
And it was [the] weight of the gold which it came to Solomon in a year one six hundred sixty and six talent[s] of gold.
15 osim onoga što je dolazilo od trgovaca i prodavača-potukača i od svih arapskih kraljeva i upravitelja zemaljskih.
Apart from [the] men of the merchants and [the] merchandise of the traders and all [the] kings of the Arab[s] and [the] governors of the land.
16 Kralj Salomon načini tri stotine velikih štitova od kovanog zlata; za svaki je štit upotrijebio šest stotina zlatnih šekela;
And he made the king Solomon two hundred body shield[s] gold beaten six hundred gold he put up on the body shield one.
17 i načini trista štitića od kovanog zlata; za svaki je štitić utrošio tri zlatne mine. Pohranio je sve u kuću zvanu Libanonska šuma.
And three hundred shields gold beaten three minas gold he put up on the shield one and he put them the king [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon.
18 Kralj je još napravio veliko prijestolje od bjelokosti i obložio ga čistim zlatom.
And he made the king a throne of ivory great and he overlaid it gold refined.
19 Prijestolje je imalo šest stepenica, straga je na njemu bila teleća glava, a s obje strane sjedala bile su ručice, a kraj ručica stajala dva lava.
Six steps [belonged] to the throne and a top round [belonged] to the throne behind it and hands from this and from this [were] to [the] place of the sitting and two lions [were] standing beside the hands.
20 Dvanaest je lavova stajalo s obje strane onih šest stepenica. Takvo što nije bilo izrađeno ni u jednom kraljevstvu.
And two [plus] ten lions [were] standing there on [the] six the steps from this and from this not it had been made thus for all kingdoms.
21 Sve posude iz kojih je pio kralj Salomon bijahu zlatne, i sve posuđe u kući zvanoj Libanonska šuma bijaše od suhoga zlata; ništa nije bilo od srebra, jer se ono smatralo bezvrijednim u Salomonovo vrijeme.
And all [the] vessels of [the] drink of the king Solomon [were] gold and all [the] utensils of [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon [were] gold pure gold there not [was] silver not [it was] reckoned in [the] days of Solomon to anything.
22 Kralj je imao taršiško brodovlje na moru zajedno s Hiramovim brodovljem, i svake treće godine dolazilo je taršiško brodovlje donoseći zlato, srebro i slonovu kost, majmune i paune.
For [the] ship[s] of Tarshish [belonged] to the king on the sea with [the] ship[s] of Hiram one [time] to three years it came - [the] ship[s] of Tarshish carrying gold and silver ivori and monkeys and apes.
23 Tako je kralj Salomon natkrilio sve zemaljske kraljeve bogatstvom i mudrošću.
And he became great the king Solomon more than all [the] kings of the earth to wealth and to wisdom.
24 Sav je svijet želio vidjeti Salomona i čuti mudrost koju mu je Bog ulio u srce.
And all the earth [were] seeking [the] face of Solomon to hear wisdom his which he had put God in heart his.
25 Svatko mu je donosio dar: srebro i zlatno posuđe, haljine, oružje, miomirise, konje i mazge, iz godine u godinu.
And they [were] bringing each gift his articles of silver and articles of gold and garments and weaponry and spices horses and mules [the] matter of a year in a year.
26 Uz to je Salomon sakupio bojnih kola i konjanika; imao je tisuću i četiri stotine bojnih kola i dvanaest tisuća konja i rasporedio ih je po gradovima bojnih kola i kod kralja u Jeruzalemu.
And he gathered Solomon chariotry and horsemen and it belonged to him one thousand and four hundred chariot[s] and two [plus] ten thousand horsemen and he led them in [the] cities of chariotry and with the king in Jerusalem.
27 Salomon je učinio da u Jeruzalemu bude srebra kao kamenja, a cedrova kao divljih smokava što rastu u Šefeli.
And he made the king silver in Jerusalem like stone and cedars he made like the sycamores which [are] in the Shephelah for abundance.
28 Salomon je uvozio konje iz Musrija i Koe: kraljevi nabavljači uvozili su ih iz Koe za određenu svotu.
And [the] export of the horses which [belonged] to Solomon [was] from Egypt and from Que [the] traders of the king they took [them] from Que for a price.
29 Kola se dovozila iz Egipta po šest stotina srebrnih šekela; a konj se plaćao po stotinu i pedeset. Tako ih preko nabavljača dobivahu svi kraljevi hetitski i aramejski.
And it came up and it came out a chariot from Egypt for six hundred silver and a horse for fifty and one hundred and thus to all [the] kings of the Hittites and to [the] kings of Aram by hand their they brought [them] out.
