Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: There were seven angels with seven plagues, which are the final plagues, for with them the wrath of God will be completed.
2 ⲃ̅ ⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⲛⲑⲉ ⲛⲟⲩⲑⲁⲗⲁⲥⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲃⲁϭⲏⲉⲓⲛ ⲉⲥⲧⲏϩ ⲙⲛ ⲟⲩⲕⲱϩⲧ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲉⲧⲛⲁϫⲣⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡⲉⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ ⲙⲛ ⲧⲉϥϩⲓⲕⲱⲛ ⲙⲛ ⲧⲏⲡⲉ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ ⲛⲉⲩⲁϩⲉⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲉϫⲛ ⲟⲩⲑⲁⲗⲁⲥⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲃⲁϭⲏⲉⲓⲛ ⲉⲣⲉϩⲉⲛⲕⲓⲑⲁⲣⲁ ⲛⲧⲟⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ
I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mixed with fire. Standing beside the sea were those who had been victorious over the beast and his image, and over the number representing his name. They were holding harps given to them by God.
3 ⲅ̅ ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲛⲧⲱⲇⲏ ⲙⲙⲱⲩⲥⲏⲥ ⲡϩⲙϩⲁⲗ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲙⲛ ⲧⲱⲇⲏ ⲙⲡⲉϩⲓⲉⲓⲃ ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ϩⲉⲛⲛⲟϭ ⲁⲩⲱ ϩⲉⲛϣⲡⲏⲣⲉ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲉⲕϩⲃⲏⲩⲉ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲡⲡⲁⲛⲧⲱⲕⲣⲁⲧⲱⲣ ϩⲉⲛⲇⲓⲕⲁⲓⲟⲥⲩⲛⲏ ⲁⲩⲱ ϩⲉⲛⲙⲉ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲉⲕϩⲃⲏⲩⲉ ⲙⲛ ⲛⲉⲕϩⲓⲟⲟⲩⲉ ⲛⲛⲁⲓⲁⲓⲱⲛ
They were singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, the song of the Lamb: “Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God, the Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations.
4 ⲇ̅ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉϥⲣ ϩⲟⲧⲉ ϩⲏⲧⲕ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲉϥϯ ⲉⲟⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲉⲕⲣⲁⲛ ϫⲉ ⲛⲧⲟⲕ ⲙⲁⲩⲁⲁⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲇⲓⲕⲁⲓⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲛϩⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲏⲩ ⲛⲥⲉⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ ⲙⲡⲉⲕⲙⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ⲁⲛⲉⲕⲇⲓⲕⲁⲓⲱⲙⲁ ⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ
Who will not fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you because your righteous deeds have been revealed.”
5 ⲉ̅ ⲙⲛⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲛϭⲓ ⲡⲣⲡⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲥⲕⲏⲛⲏ ⲙⲡⲙⲛⲧⲣⲉ ⲛⲧⲡⲉ
After these things I looked, and the temple having the tent of witness was open in heaven.
6 ⲋ̅ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϭⲓ ⲡⲥⲁϣϥ ⲛⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲉⲧⲥⲁϣϥⲉ ⲙⲡⲗⲏⲅⲏ ⲛⲧⲟⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡⲣⲡⲉ ⲉⲣⲉϩⲉⲛϩⲃⲥⲱ ϩⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲟⲃϣ ⲉⲩⲧⲃⲃⲏⲩ ⲉⲩⲙⲏⲣ ⲉϫⲛ ⲧⲉⲩⲙⲉⲥⲧⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲟϫϩϥ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲃ
Out of the most holy place came the seven angels holding the seven plagues. They were clothed with pure, bright linen and had golden sashes around their chests.
7 ⲍ̅ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲟⲩⲁ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡⲉϥⲧⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲍⲱⲟⲛ ⲁϥϯ ⲙⲡⲥⲁϣϥ ⲛⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲛⲥⲁϣϥⲉ ⲙⲫⲓⲁⲗⲏ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲃ ⲉⲩⲙⲉϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡϭⲱⲛⲧ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲉⲧⲟⲛϩ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲛⲉⲛⲉϩ (aiōn )
One of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever. (aiōn )
8 ⲏ̅ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲡⲉⲣⲡⲉ ⲙⲟⲩϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡⲕⲁⲡⲛⲟⲥ ⲙⲡⲉⲟⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲙⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ ⲧⲉϥϭⲟⲙ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲙⲡⲉⲗⲁⲁⲩ ⲉϣϭⲙϭⲟⲙ ⲉⲃⲱⲕ ⲉϩⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲣⲡⲉ ϣⲁⲛⲧⲟⲩϫⲱⲕ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϭⲓ ⲧⲥⲁϣϥⲉ ⲙⲡⲗⲏⲅⲏ ⲙⲡⲥⲁϣϥ ⲛⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ
The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power. No one could enter it until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.
