1 ⲁ̅ ⲘⲀⲪⲘⲈⲨⲒ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲈⲐⲢⲞⲨϬⲚⲈϪⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲚⲒⲀⲢⲬⲎ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒⲈⲜⲞⲨⲤⲒⲀ ⲈⲨⲞⲒ ⲚⲢⲈϤϮⲘⲀϮ ⲚⲤⲈϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈⲨⲤⲈⲂⲦⲰⲦ ⲈϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲚⲈⲨ.
Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and authorities, to obey rulers, to be ready for every good work,
2 ⲃ̅ ⲚⲤⲈϪⲈⲞⲨⲀ ⲈϨⲖⲒ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲤⲈⲞⲒ ⲚⲢⲈϤⲘⲖⲀϦ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲨⲞⲒ ⲚⲈⲠⲒⲔⲎⲤ ⲈⲨⲞⲨⲰⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲘⲈⲦⲢⲈⲘⲢⲀⲨϢ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ.
to revile no one, not to be contentious, but gentle, showing all meekness to all men.
3 ⲅ̅ ⲚⲀⲚⲞⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ϨⲰⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲚⲀⲦⲈⲘⲒ ⲚⲞⲨⲤⲎⲞⲨ ⲈⲚⲞⲒ ⲚⲀⲦϮⲘⲀϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲚⲤⲞⲢⲈⲘ ⲈⲚⲞⲒ ⲘⲂⲰⲔ ⲚϨⲀⲚⲈⲠⲒⲐⲨⲘⲒⲀ ⲚⲈⲘ ϨⲀⲚϨⲨⲆⲞⲚⲎ ⲚⲞⲨⲘⲎ ϢⲚⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲚⲘⲞϢⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲔⲀⲔⲒⲀ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲪⲐⲞⲚⲞⲤ ⲈⲚⲘⲠϢⲀ ⲘⲘⲈⲤⲦⲰⲚ ⲈⲚⲘⲞⲤϮ ⲚⲚⲈⲚⲈⲢⲎ ⲞⲨ.
For we ourselves also were formerly foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various desires and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
4 ⲇ̅ ϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲀⲤⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚϪⲈϮⲘⲈⲦⲬⲢⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ϮⲘⲈⲦⲘⲀⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲠⲈⲚⲤⲰⲦⲎⲢ.
But when the kindness and philanthropy of God our Savior appeared, he saved us,
5 ⲉ̅ ⲚⲈ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲈⲚϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲦⲀⲚⲀⲒⲦⲞⲨ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲠⲈϤⲚⲀⲒ ⲀϤⲚⲀϨⲘⲈⲚ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲠⲒϪⲰⲔⲈⲘ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲞⲨⲀϨⲈⲘⲘⲒⲤⲒ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲒⲞⲨⲀϨⲈⲘⲂⲈⲢⲒ.
not by works of righteousness which we had done, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
6 ⲋ̅ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲀϤϪⲞϢϤ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲈϪⲰⲚ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲢⲀⲘⲀⲞ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲠⲈⲚⲤⲰⲦⲎ Ⲣ.
which he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior;
7 ⲍ̅ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲘⲀⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲚⲦⲈⲚϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲚⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲞⲤ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲞⲨϨⲈⲖⲠⲒⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲞⲨⲰⲚϦ ⲚⲈⲚⲈϨ. (aiōnios )
that, being justified by his grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (aiōnios )
8 ⲏ̅ ϤⲈⲚϨⲞⲦ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲀⲒⲔⲈⲬ ⲰⲞⲨⲚⲒ ϮⲞⲨⲰϢ ⲈⲐⲢⲈⲔⲦⲀϪⲢⲞⲔ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲤⲈϤⲒⲪⲢⲰⲞⲨϢ ⲈϮⲦⲞⲦⲞⲨ ⲚⲚⲒϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲚⲈⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲚⲀⲚⲈⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲤⲈⲞⲒ ⲚϨⲎⲞⲨ ⲚⲚⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ.
This saying is true, and in respect to these things, I will that you affirm strongly, in order that those who have believed in God may be careful to practice good works: these are the things that are honorable and profitable for men.
9 ⲑ̅ ⲚⲒⲔⲰϮ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲠⲈⲦⲤⲞϪ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒϪⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒϢϬⲚⲎⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒⲘⲖⲀϦ ⲚⲚⲞⲘⲒⲔⲞⲚ ϨⲈⲚⲔ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ϨⲀⲚⲀⲦϮϨⲎⲞⲨ ⲚⲈⲞⲨⲞϨ ϨⲀⲚⲈⲪⲖⲎⲞⲨ ⲚⲈ.
But foolish questions and genealogies and strifes and contentions about the law, avoid; for they are unprofitable and vain.
10 ⲓ̅ ⲞⲨⲈⲢⲈⲦⲒⲔⲞⲤ ⲚⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲘⲈⲚⲈⲚⲤⲀ ⲞⲨⲤⲞⲠ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲂⲚϮⲤⲂⲰ ⲚⲀϤ ⲀⲢⲒⲠⲀⲢⲀⲦⲒⲤⲐⲈ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.
A man that is a sectary, reject, after the first and second admonition,
11 ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ ⲈⲔⲈⲘⲒ ϪⲈ ⲀϤⲪⲰⲚϨ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϤⲈⲢⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲈⲀϤϨⲒⲦϤ ⲘⲠⲒϨⲀⲠ ⲘⲘⲀⲨⲀⲦϤ.
knowing that such a one is perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.
12 ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲚϢⲀⲚⲞⲨⲰⲢⲠ ⲚⲀⲢⲦⲈⲘⲀ ϨⲀⲢⲞⲔ ⲒⲈ ⲦⲒⲬⲒⲔⲞⲤ ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲘⲘⲞⲔ ⲈⲒ ϨⲀⲢⲞⲒ ⲈⲚⲒⲔⲞⲠⲞⲖⲒⲤ ⲀⲒⲐⲰϢ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲈⲢϮⲪⲢⲰ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ.
When I send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, hasten to come to me at Nicopolis; for I have determined to spend the winter there.
13 ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ ⲌⲎⲚⲀⲤ ⲠⲒⲚⲞⲘⲒⲔⲞⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲀⲠⲞⲖⲖⲰ ⲞⲨⲞⲢⲠⲞⲨ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲤⲈϢⲦⲈⲘϬⲢⲞϨ ⲚϨⲖⲒ.
Conduct Zenas the lawyer, and Apollos on their journey with care, that nothing may be wanting to them.
14 ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ ⲘⲀⲢⲞⲨⲤⲀⲂⲞ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲚ ⲈϤⲒⲪⲢⲰⲞⲨϢ ⲚϨⲀⲚϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲚⲈⲨ ⲈⲚⲒⲀⲚⲀⲄⲔⲈⲞⲚ ⲚⲬⲢⲒⲀ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲤⲈϢⲦⲈⲘϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈⲨⲞⲒ ⲚⲀⲦⲞⲨⲦⲀϨ.
Let our people also learn to practice good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.
15 ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ ⲤⲈϢⲒⲚⲒ ⲈⲢⲞⲔ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲈⲘⲎⲒ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ϢⲒⲚⲒ ⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲈⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϦⲈⲚⲪⲚⲀϨϮ ⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲈⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ.
