1 ⲁ̅ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲚⲀⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲚⲀⲄⲒⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚϢⲪⲎ ⲢⲚⲦⲈ ⲠⲒⲐⲰϨⲈⲘ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲪⲈ ⲘⲀⲒⲀⲦⲈⲚ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲘⲠⲒⲀⲠⲞⲤⲦⲞⲖⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲀⲢⲬⲎⲈⲢⲈⲨⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲈⲚⲞⲨⲰⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ.
Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession: Jesus,
2 ⲃ̅ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲈⲚϨⲞⲦ ⲘⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲞϤ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲪⲢⲎϮ ϨⲰϤ ⲘⲘⲰⲨⲤⲎⲤ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲠⲈϤⲎⲒ.
who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also Moses was in all his house.
3 ⲅ̅ ⲀⲪⲀⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲘⲠϢⲀ ⲚϨⲞⲨⲞ ⲦⲀⲒⲞ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲘⲰⲨⲤⲎⲤ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲀϤ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲚϨⲞⲨⲞ ⲦⲀⲒⲞ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲠⲒⲎⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲞϤ.
For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, because he who built the house has more honor than the house.
4 ⲇ̅ ⲎⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈϢⲀⲨⲤⲈⲂⲦⲞⲦⲞⲨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲪⲎ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲈ ⲈⲚⲬⲀⲒ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲠⲈ.
For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God.
5 ⲉ̅ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲰⲨⲤⲎⲤ ⲘⲈⲚ ϤⲈⲚϨⲞⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲈϤⲎⲒ ⲦⲎⲢϤ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲞⲨⲂⲰⲔ ⲈⲨⲘⲈⲦⲘⲈⲐⲢⲈ ⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ.
Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken,
6 ⲋ̅ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲞⲨϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲠⲈϤⲎⲒ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲀⲚⲞⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲈϤⲎⲒ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲚϢⲀⲚⲀⲘⲞⲚⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲞⲨⲰⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲒϢⲞⲨϢⲞⲨ ⲚⲦⲈϮϨⲈⲖⲠⲒⲤ ⲈϤⲦⲀϪⲢⲎⲞⲨⲦ ϢⲀ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ.
but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house. We are his house, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end.
7 ⲍ̅ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲈϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲒⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲈⲐⲞⲨⲀⲂ ϪⲈ ⲘⲪⲞⲞⲨ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚϢⲀⲚⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲈⲦⲈϤⲤⲘⲎ
Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, “Today if you will hear his voice,
8 ⲏ̅ ⲘⲠⲈⲢϮⲚϢⲰⲦ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚϨⲎⲦ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒϪⲰⲚⲦ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲠⲒⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲠⲒⲢⲀⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲚϨⲢⲎⲒ ϨⲒ ⲠϢⲀϤⲈ
don’t harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of the trial in the wilderness,
9 ⲑ̅ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲈⲢⲠⲒⲢⲀⲌⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲚϦⲎⲦϤ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲒⲞϮ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨϬⲰⲚⲦ ⲀⲨⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲚⲀϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ
where your fathers tested me and tried me, and saw my deeds for forty years.
10 ⲓ̅ ⲚⲘ ⲚⲢⲞⲘⲠⲒ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲀⲒⲘⲈⲤⲦⲈ ⲠⲒϪⲰⲞⲨ ⲈⲦⲈⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲒϪⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲤⲈⲤⲰⲢⲈⲘ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲞⲨϨⲎⲦ ⲚⲤⲎⲞⲨ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲚⲐⲰⲞⲨ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲠⲞⲨⲤⲞⲨⲈⲚ ⲚⲀⲘⲰⲒⲦ
Therefore I was displeased with that generation, and said, ‘They always err in their heart, but they didn’t know my ways.’
11 ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲀⲒⲰⲢⲔ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲀϪⲰⲚⲦ ϪⲈ ⲀⲚ ⲤⲈⲚⲀϢⲈ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲠⲀⲘⲀ ⲚⲈⲘⲦⲞⲚ.
As I swore in my wrath, ‘They will not enter into my rest.’”
12 ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ ⲀⲚⲀⲨ ϪⲈ ⲚⲀⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲘⲎⲠⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲦⲈⲞⲨϨⲎⲦ ⲈϤϨⲰⲞⲨ ϢⲰⲠⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲦⲈⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲀⲐⲚⲀϨϮ ⲈⲐⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚϨⲈⲚ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲀ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲦⲞⲚϦ.
Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there might be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God;
13 ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲘⲀⲚⲞⲘϮ ⲚⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲢⲎⲞⲨ ⲘⲘⲎⲚⲒ ϢⲀ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲘⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ϪⲈ ⲪⲞⲞⲨ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈϢⲦⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲚϢⲰⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲀⲠⲀⲦⲎ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲂⲒ.
but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called “today”, lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
14 ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ ⲀⲚⲈⲢϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲠⲈ ⲈⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲚϢⲀⲚⲀⲘⲞⲚⲒ ⲚⲦⲀⲢⲬⲎ ⲚϮϨⲨⲠⲞⲤⲦⲀⲤⲒⲤ ϢⲀ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲈⲤⲦⲀϪⲢⲎⲞⲨⲦ.
For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end,
15 ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲠϪⲒⲚϪⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲘⲪⲞⲞⲨ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚϢⲀⲚⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲈⲦⲈϤⲤⲘⲎ ⲘⲠⲈⲢϮⲈⲚϢⲰⲦ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚϨⲎⲦ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚϦⲢⲎⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒϪⲰⲚⲦ.
while it is said, “Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion.”
16 ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ ϨⲀⲚⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲀⲨϮϪⲰⲚⲦ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲬⲎⲘⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲘⲰⲨⲤⲎⲤ.
For who, when they heard, rebelled? Wasn’t it all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses?
17 ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤϨⲢⲞϢ ⲈⲢⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲘⲚⲢⲞⲘⲠⲒ ⲘⲎ ⲚⲎ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲈⲈⲦⲀⲨⲈⲢⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀ ⲚⲞⲨⲔⲈⲖⲒ ϨⲈⲒ ϨⲒ ⲠϢⲀϤⲈ.
With whom was he displeased forty years? Wasn’t it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
18 ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲰⲢⲔ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲒ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲠⲈϤⲘⲀ ⲚⲈⲘⲦⲞⲚ ⲘⲎ ⲚⲎ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲈⲈⲦⲀⲨⲈⲢⲀⲦⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ.
To whom did he swear that they wouldn’t enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient?
19 ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲨ ϪⲈ ⲘⲠⲞⲨϢϪⲈⲘϪⲞⲘ ⲚⲒ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲦⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲀⲐⲚⲀϨϮ.
We see that they weren’t able to enter in because of unbelief.
