1 ⲁ̅ ⲪⲚⲀϨϮ ⲆⲈ ⲞⲨⲦⲀϪⲢⲞ ⲠⲈ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲈⲢϨⲈⲖⲠⲒⲤ ⲈⲢⲰⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲢⲈϤⲤⲞϨⲒ ⲠⲈ ⲚⲦⲈϨⲀⲚϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲚⲤⲈⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲢⲰⲞⲨ ⲀⲚ.
Fayth is a sure confidence of thynges which are hoped for and a certayntie of thynges which are not sene.
2 ⲃ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲀⲨⲈⲢⲘⲈⲐⲢⲈ ϦⲀ ⲚⲒⲠⲢⲈⲤⲂⲨⲦⲈⲢⲞⲤ.
By it ye elders were well reported of.
3 ⲅ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲦⲈⲚⲔⲀϮ ϪⲈ ⲀⲨⲤⲞⲂϮ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲒⲈⲚⲈϨ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ϪⲈ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲚⲤⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲀⲚ ⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲢⲞϤ. (aiōn g165)
Thorow fayth we vnderstonde that the worlde was ordeyned by the worde of god: and that thynges which are sene were made of thynges which are not sene. (aiōn g165)

By fayth was Enoch traslated yt he shuld not se deeth: nether was he founde: for God had taken him awaye. Before he was taken awaye he was reported of that he had pleased God:
6 ⲋ̅ ⲀⲦϬⲚⲈ ⲚⲀϨϮ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲈⲢⲀⲚⲀϤ ⲤϢⲈ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲎ ⲞⲨ ϨⲀ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ϪⲈ ϤϢⲞⲠ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϤⲚⲀϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲚⲢⲈϤϮⲂⲈⲬⲈ ⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲔⲰϮ ⲚⲤⲰϤ.
but with out fayth it is vnpossible to please him. For he that commeth to God must beleve that God is and that he is a rewarder of them that seke him.
7 ⲍ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚⲰⲈ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲦⲀⲘⲞϤ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲘⲠⲀⲦⲞⲨⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲢⲰⲞⲨ ⲀϤⲈⲢϨⲞϮ ⲀϤⲘⲞⲚⲔ ⲚⲞⲨⲔⲨⲂⲰⲦⲞⲤ ⲈⲨⲚⲞϨⲈⲘ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲈϤⲎⲒ ⲐⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲈⲢⲔⲀⲦⲀⲔⲢⲒⲚⲒⲚ ⲘⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲞⲦⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲚⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲀϨϮ.
By fayth Noe honored God after that he was warned of thinges which were not sene and prepared the arcke to the savinge of his houssholde thorowe the which arcke he condempned the worlde and became heyre of the rightewesnes which commeth by fayth.
8 ⲏ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲘⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ϪⲈ ⲀⲂⲢⲀⲀⲘ ⲀϤⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲈⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲈⲠⲒⲘⲀ ⲈⲚⲀϤⲚⲀϬ ⲒⲦϤ ⲚⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲒⲀ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚϤⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲀϤⲘⲞϢⲒ ⲈⲐⲰⲚ.

9 ⲑ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲢⲈⲘⲚϪⲰⲒⲖⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲔⲀϨⲒ ⲚⲦⲈϮⲈⲠⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲒⲀ ϨⲰⲤ ⲘⲪⲰϤ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲈⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ϦⲈⲚϨⲀⲚⲤⲔⲎⲚⲎ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲒⲤⲀⲀⲔ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲒⲀⲔⲰⲂ ⲚⲒϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲚⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲀⲒⲰϢ ⲢⲰ.

For he loked for a citie havinge a foundacio whose bylder and maker is God.
11 ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚⲐⲞⲤ ϨⲰⲤ ⲤⲀⲢⲢⲀ ϮⲀϬⲢⲎⲚ ⲀⲤϬⲒ ⲚⲞⲨϪⲞⲘ ⲈⲠⲦⲀⲞⲨⲞ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚⲦⲈⲞⲨϪⲢⲞϪ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲈⲠⲤⲎⲞⲨ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲤⲘⲀⲒⲎ ⲈⲠⲒⲆⲎ ⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈϤⲈⲚϨⲞⲦ ⲚⲦⲞⲦⲤ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲰϢ.

12 ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲀⲨⲘⲀⲤⲞⲨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲔⲈ ⲦⲀⲨⲦⲀ ⲈⲀϤⲰϪϤ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲒⲤⲰⲘⲀ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲚⲒⲤⲒⲞⲨ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲪⲈ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲞⲨⲀϢⲀⲒ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲘⲠⲒϢⲰ ⲈⲦϦⲀⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲈⲚⲤⲪⲞⲦⲞⲨ ⲘⲪⲒⲞⲘ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲘⲠⲀⲨϬⲒⲎⲠⲒ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.
And therfore spronge therof one (and of one which was as good as deed) so many in multitude as the starres of ye skye and as the sond of the see shore which is innumerable.
13 ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲀⲨⲘⲞⲨ ⲘⲠⲞⲨϬⲒ ⲚⲚⲒⲈⲠⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲒⲀ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲨⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲢⲰⲞⲨ ϨⲒⲪⲞⲨⲈⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲨⲈⲢⲀⲤⲠⲀⲌⲈⲤⲐⲈ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲨⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϪⲈ ϨⲀⲚϢⲈⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲈⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲢⲈⲘⲚϪⲰⲒⲖⲒ ϨⲒϪⲈⲚ ⲠⲒⲔⲀϨⲒ.
And they all dyed in fayth and receaved not the promyses: but sawe them a farre of and beleved them and saluted them: and confessed that they were straungers and pilgrems on the erthe.
14 ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ ⲚⲎ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲦϪⲰ ⲚⲚⲀⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ⲤⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϪⲈ ⲀⲨⲔⲰϮ ⲚⲤⲀⲞⲨⲂⲀⲔⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲞⲨⲘⲀ ⲚϢⲰⲠⲒ.
They that saye soche thinges declare that they seke a coutre.
15 ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲘⲈⲚ ⲚⲀⲨⲒⲢⲒ ⲘⲪⲘⲈⲨⲒ ⲚⲐⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚϦⲎⲦⲤ ⲒⲈ ⲚⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲞⲨ ⲤⲎⲞⲨ ⲠⲈ ⲈⲦⲀⲤⲐⲞ ⲈⲢⲞⲤ.
Also yf they had bene myndfull of that countre from whence they came oute they had leasure to have returned agayne.
16 ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ ϮⲚⲞⲨ ⲆⲈ ⲤⲈⲈⲢⲈⲠⲒⲐⲨⲘⲒⲚ ⲈⲐⲎ ⲈⲦⲤⲞⲦⲠ ⲚϨⲞⲨⲞ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲐⲀ ⲦⲪⲈ ⲦⲈ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲚϤϢⲒⲠⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲀⲚ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲐⲢⲞⲨⲘⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲚⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲀϤⲤⲞⲂϮ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲞⲨⲂⲀⲔⲒ.
But now they desyre a better that is to saye a hevenlye. Wherfore God is not ashamed of them even to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a citie.
17 ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀⲂⲢⲀⲀⲘ ⲀϤⲒⲚⲒ ⲚⲒⲤⲀⲀⲔ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲈⲨⲈⲢⲠⲒⲢⲀⲌⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲀϤⲒⲚⲒ ⲘⲠⲈϤϢⲎ ⲢⲒ ⲘⲘⲀⲨⲀⲦϤ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤϢⲈⲠ ⲚⲒⲰϢ ⲈⲢⲞϤ
In fayth Abraham offered vp Isaac whe he was tempted and he offered him beinge his only begotten sonne which had receaved the promyses
18 ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲀϤ ϪⲈ ϦⲈⲚⲒⲤⲀⲀⲔ ⲈⲨⲈⲐⲀϨⲈⲘ ⲞⲨϪⲢⲞϪ ⲚⲀⲔ.
of who it was sayde in Isaac shall thy seed be called:
19 ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲘⲞⲔⲘⲈⲔ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲚⲞⲤϤ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲰⲞⲨⲦ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲀϤϬⲒⲦϤ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲠⲀⲢⲀⲂⲞⲖⲎ.
for he cosidered that God was able to rayse vp agayne fro deeth. Wherfore receaved he him for an ensample.
20 ⲕ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲀϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲀϤⲤⲘⲞⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲒⲤⲀⲀⲔ ⲈⲒⲀⲔⲰⲂ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲎⲤⲀⲨ.
In fayth Isaac blessed Iacob and Esau concerninge thinges to come.
21 ⲕ̅ⲁ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲒⲀⲔⲰⲂ ⲈϤⲚⲀⲘⲞⲨ ⲀϤⲤⲘⲞⲨ ⲈⲪⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲪⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲚⲚⲈⲚϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲚⲒⲰⲤⲎⲪ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ϨⲐⲎϤ ⲘⲠⲈϤϢⲪⲰⲦ.
By fayth Iacob when he was a dyinge blessed both the sonnes of Ioseph and bowed him selfe towarde the toppe of his cepter.
22 ⲕ̅ⲃ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲒⲰⲤⲎⲪ ⲈϤⲚⲀⲘⲞⲨ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲪⲘⲈⲨⲒ ⲘⲠϪⲒⲚⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚⲚⲈⲚϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲤⲖ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤϨⲞⲚϨⲈⲚ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲈϤⲔⲀⲤ.
By fayth Ioseph when he dyed remebred the departinge of the chyldren of Israel and gave commaundement of his bones.
23 ⲕ̅ⲅ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲘⲰⲨⲤⲎⲤ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲘⲀⲤϤ ⲀⲨⲬⲞⲠϤ ⲚⲄ ⲚⲀⲂⲞⲦ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲈϤⲒⲞϮ ϪⲈ ⲀⲨⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲠⲒⲀⲖⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨⲀⲤⲦⲒⲞⲤ ⲠⲈ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲠⲞⲨⲈⲢϨⲞϮ ϦⲀⲦϨⲎ ⲘⲠⲒϨⲰⲠ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ.
By fayth Moses when he was borne was hid thre monethes of his father and mother be cause they sawe he was a proper chylde: nether feared they the kynges commaundemet.
24 ⲕ̅ⲇ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲘⲰⲨⲤⲎⲤ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲈⲢⲚⲒϢϮ ⲀϤϪⲰⲖ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲈⲐⲢⲞⲨⲘⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ϪⲈ ⲠϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲚⲦϢⲈⲢⲒ ⲘⲪⲀⲢⲀⲰ.
By fayth Moses when he was great refused to be called ye sonne of Pharaos doughter
25 ⲕ̅ⲉ̅ ⲘⲀⲖⲖⲞⲚ ⲈⲀϤⲞⲨⲰϢ ⲈϢⲈⲠⲘⲔⲀϨ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲒⲖⲀⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲦⲈϤϬⲒⲘⲎ ϦⲈⲚⲪⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲠⲢⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲤⲎⲞⲨ.
and chose rather to suffre adversitie wt the people of God then to enioye the pleasurs of synne for a ceason
26 ⲕ̅ⲋ̅ ⲈⲀϤⲬⲀ ⲠϢⲰϢ ⲘⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲞⲦϤ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲢⲀⲘⲀⲞ ⲈⲚⲀⲀⲤ ⲦⲈ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲒⲀϨⲰⲢ ⲚⲦⲈⲬⲎⲘⲒ ⲈⲚⲀϤϪⲞⲨϢⲦ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲀⲦϨⲎ ⲘⲠⲒϢⲈⲂⲒⲈ ⲂⲈⲬⲈ.
and estemed the rebuke of Christ greater ryches then the treasure of Egypt. For he had a respect vnto ye rewarde.
27 ⲕ̅ⲍ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀϤⲬⲀ ⲬⲎⲘⲒ ⲚⲤⲰϤ ⲘⲠⲈϤⲈⲢϨⲞϮ ϦⲀⲦϨⲎ ⲘⲠⲒⲘⲂⲞⲚ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲠⲒⲀⲐⲚⲀⲨ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲚⲀϤⲘⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲈϤⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲢⲞϤ.
By fayth he forsoke Egypt and feared not the fearcenes of the kynge. For he endured even as he had sene him which is invisible.
28 ⲕ̅ⲏ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀϤⲒⲢⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲠⲀⲤⲬⲀ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲒⲪⲰⲚ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲤⲚⲞϤ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈϢⲦⲈⲘ ⲠⲒⲢⲈϤⲦⲀⲔⲞ ϬⲒ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲞⲨϢⲞⲢⲠ ⲘⲘⲒⲤⲒ.
Thorow fayth he ordeyned the ester lambe and the effusion of bloud lest he that destroyed the fyrst borne shuld touche them.
