1 ⲁ̅ ϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲐⲞ ⲚⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲘⲎϢ ⲚⲤⲘⲞⲦ ⲒⲤϪⲈⲚ ϨⲎ ⲀⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲈⲚⲒⲞϮ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲒⲠⲢⲞⲪⲎⲦⲎⲤ.
God, who in ancient days spoke to our ancestors in the prophets, at many different times and by various methods,
2 ⲃ̅ ⲈⲠϦⲀⲈ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲀⲒⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲀϤⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲀⲚ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲬⲀϤ ⲚⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲞⲦϤ ⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲈ ⲚⲚⲒⲈⲚⲈϨ (aiōn g165)
has at the end of these days spoken to us in a Son whom he appointed heir of all things; through whom also he made the universe. (aiōn g165)
3 ⲅ̅ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲒⲘⲞⲨⲈ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲈϤⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲤⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈϤϨⲨⲠⲞⲤⲦⲀⲤⲒⲤ ⲈϤϤⲀⲒ ϦⲀ ⲠⲦⲎⲢϤ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈϤϪⲞⲘ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲞⲦϤ ⲀϤⲒⲢⲒ ⲚⲞⲨⲦⲞⲨⲂⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲒⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲀϤϨⲈⲘⲤⲒ ⲤⲀⲞⲨⲒⲚⲀⲘ ⲚϮⲘⲈⲦⲚⲒϢϮ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲦϬⲞⲤⲒ.
He being an emanation of God’s glory and stamp of his substance, and upholding the universe by the utterances of his power, after by himself making purification of our sins, has taken his seat on the right hand of the Majesty on High.
4 ⲇ̅ ⲈⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈϤⲤⲰⲦⲠ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲒⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲀⲒⲘⲀⲒⲎ ⲘⲠⲒⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲈⲢⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲒⲚ ⲚⲞⲨⲢⲀⲚ ⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚ ϢⲒⲂϮ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈⲢⲰⲞⲨ.
He is as much superior to the angels as the name that he has inherited surpasses theirs.
5 ⲉ̅ ⲈⲦⲀϤϪⲞⲤ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲚⲒⲘ ⲚⲐⲚⲀⲨ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲒⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲠⲈ ⲠⲀϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲀⲒϪⲪⲞⲔ ⲘⲪⲞⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲀⲖⲒⲚ ϪⲈ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲈⲒⲈϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲚⲀϤ ⲈⲨⲒⲰⲦ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲈϤⲈϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲚⲎⲒ ⲈⲨϢⲎⲢⲒ.
For to what angel did God ever say, Thou art my son; this day have I become thy Father? and again, I will be a father to him, and he shall be to me a son?
6 ⲋ̅ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲆⲈ ⲞⲚ ⲀϤϢⲀⲚⲒⲚⲒ ⲘⲠⲒϢⲞⲢⲠ ⲘⲘⲒⲤⲒ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈϮⲞⲒⲔⲞⲨⲘⲈⲚⲎ ⲈϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲘⲀⲢⲞⲨⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲒⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ.
And further, when he brought the firstborn into the habitable world, he said, Let all the angels of God worship him.
7 ⲍ̅ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲒⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲞ ⲚⲚⲈϤⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲚϨⲀⲚⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲈϤⲢⲈϤϢⲈⲘϢⲒ ⲚⲞⲨϢⲀϨ ⲚⲬⲢⲰⲘ.
While of the angels he said, He makes his angels into winds, His ministering servants into flames of fire.
8 ⲏ̅ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲠϢⲎⲢⲒ ⲆⲈ ϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲈⲔⲐⲢⲞⲚⲞⲤ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ϢⲀ ⲈⲚⲈϨ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲈⲚⲈϨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠϢⲂⲰⲦ ⲘⲠⲤⲰⲞⲨⲦⲈⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲠϢⲂⲰⲦ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲔⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ. (aiōn g165)
But to the Son he says. Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever, And the scepter of thy kingdom is the scepter of justice. (aiōn g165)
9 ⲑ̅ ϪⲈ ⲀⲔⲘⲈⲚⲢⲈ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲔⲘⲈⲤⲦⲈ ⲦⲞϪⲒ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲪⲀⲒ ⲀϤⲐⲀϨⲤⲔ ⲚϪⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲠⲈⲔⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲞⲨⲚⲈϨ ⲚⲐⲈⲖⲎⲖ ⲈϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦϦⲀⲐⲞⲨⲰⲔ.
Thou hast loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore did God, thy God, anoint thee with the oil of gladness beyond thy comrades.
10 ⲓ̅ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲒⲤϪⲈⲚ ϨⲎ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲀⲔϨⲒⲤⲈⲚϮ ⲘⲠⲔⲀϨⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲒϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲚⲈⲔϪⲒϪ ⲚⲈⲚⲒⲪⲎⲞⲨⲒ.
And, Thou, O Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundations of the earth, And the heavens are the work of thy hands.
11 ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ ⲚⲐⲰⲞⲨ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲦⲀⲔⲞ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲆⲈ ⲔϢⲞⲠ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲈⲢⲀⲠⲀⲤ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲞⲨϨⲂⲞⲤ.
They will perish, but thou remainest; They all will grow old like a garment,
12 ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲞⲨⲈⲢϢⲰⲚ ⲬⲚⲀⲔⲞⲖⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲤⲈⲚⲀϢⲒⲂϮ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲠⲈ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲈⲔⲢⲞⲘⲠⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲨⲘⲞⲨⲚⲔ.
Like a mantle thou wilt fold them up, And like a garment they will be changed. But thou art the same, And thy years will never fail.
13 ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ ⲈⲦⲀϤϪⲞⲤ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲚⲒⲘ ⲚⲐⲚⲀⲨ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲒⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ϨⲈⲘⲤⲒ ⲤⲀⲞⲨⲒⲚⲀⲘ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ϢⲀϮⲬⲀ ⲚⲈⲔϪⲀϪⲒ ⲤⲀⲠⲈⲤⲎⲦ ⲚⲚⲈⲔϬⲀⲖⲀⲨϪ.
To which of the angels has he ever said, Sit at my right hand, Till I make thy foes a footstool for thy feet?
14 ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ ⲘⲎ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ϨⲀⲚⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲚⲢⲈϤⲪⲰϢⲈⲚ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲈⲈⲨⲞⲨⲰⲢⲠ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲈⲨⲆⲒⲀⲔⲰⲚⲒⲀ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲈⲢⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲒⲚ ⲚⲞⲨⲚⲞϨⲈⲘ.
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth for service in behalf of those who are about to inherit salvation?
