2 Ŵakolinto 6
1 Nipele uweji ŵatukupanganya masengo pamo ni Akunnungu, tukunchondelela nkautenda ntuuka wa Akunnungu mpela nganiukola masengo kukwenu.
But working together we indeed intreat you not to have received the grace of God in vain:
2 Pakuŵa Mmalembelo Gamaswela Akunnungu akuti, “Pa katema kangu ka chanasa nampikene, ni pa lyuŵa lya ukulupusyo nankamuchisye.” Nnole, sambano kali katema ka chanasa cha Akunnungu ni lelo lili lyuŵa lya ukulupusyo!
(for he says, At a set time I heard you, and in the day of salvation I assisted you; behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation);
3 Uweji ngatukusaka kuŵa chakukuŵasya chakwatenda ŵandu akasankulupilila Kilisito, kuti masengo getu ganalalatilwe.
giving no occasion of stumbling in anything, in order that the ministry may not be blamed;
4 Nambo mu indu yose itukuipanganya tukulosya kuti, uweji tuli achikatumetume ŵa Akunnungu, kwa upililiu katema ka masausyo ni katema ka kusoŵekwa ni indu ni katema ka kulaga.
but in everything commending ourselves, as the ministers of God, in much patience, in tribulations, in straits, in difficulties,
5 Twaputikwe ni twataŵikwe ni twasokolekwe pa ŵandu ni twapangenye masengo gakulimba, ni katema kakajinji twachesisye ni twatemi pangalya.
in stripes, in prisons, in tumults, in labors, in vigils, in fastings;
6 Tukulosya kuti uweji tuli achikatumetume ŵa Akunnungu kwa kutama chambone ni kwa umanyilisi ni kwa upililiu ni kwa umbone. Tukunkulupilila Mbumu jwa Akunnungu ni tukwanonyela ŵandu kwausyene.
by purity, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
7 Twalalichile utenga wa usyene kwa machili ga Akunnungu. Yakuputilana yetu yakulichenjela ni yakwaputila ili kupanganya yambone paujo pa Akunnungu.
by the word of truth, by the power of God; through the arms of righteousness right and left,
8 Tuli chile kuchimbilichikwa ni kujaluswa, kutukanwa ni kulapikwa. Tukuwoneka nti ŵaunami nambo tukuŵecheta usyene.
through glory and dishonor, through evil report and good report; as deceivers, and true;
9 Tukuwoneka mpela ŵangatukumanyika nambo tukumanyika nnope, twaputikwe nambo nganituwa, mpela inkuti pakulola uweji tuli ŵajumi.
as being unknown, and perfectly known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and not killed;
10 Nachiŵamuno tukuwoneka mpela ŵakusupuka nambo tukusengwa moŵa gose. Nachiŵamuno tukuwoneka mpela ŵakulaga nambo tukwasichisya ŵajinji. Nachiŵamuno tukuwoneka mpela ŵangali chindu nambo tukwete indu yose.
as sorrowing, and always rejoicing; as poor, and making many rich; as having nothing, and possessing all things.
11 Achalongo achinjangu ŵa ku Kolinto, tukungulwiche ni ŵanyamwe pangasisika, ni tukunnonyela ŵanyamwe kwa mitima jetu jose.
Our mouth is open unto you, O Corinthians, our heart is enlarged.
12 Nganitulisiŵila kunnonyela ŵanyamwe, nambo ŵanyamwe mpungwisye kutunonyela.
Be not straitened in reference to us, but be straitened in your own affections.
13 Sambano nguŵecheta ni ŵanyamwe mpela achiŵanangu nipele ŵanyamwe ntunonyele uweji mpela itutesile.
But as I speak to children, you indeed receive this reward.
14 Nkakamulana ni ŵandu ŵangakwakulupilila Kilisito pakuŵa kwana uganja chi pasikati ja umbone ni ungalumbana? Ana lulanga ni chipi komboleka kutama pamo?
Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what participation is there to righteousness and unrighteousness? or what fellowship has light unto darkness?
15 Ana kwana kwilana pasikati ja Kilisito ni Shetani? Ana ŵandu ŵakukulupilila ni ŵangakukulupilila akukombola kutama pamo ni kwilana?
What concord of Christ unto Belial? or what part has a faithful man with an infidel?
16 Sooni ana kwana kwilana pasikati ja Nyuumba ja Akunnungu ni kuipopelela inyago? Pakuŵa uweji tuli Nyuumba ja Akunnungu, Akunnungu ŵaali ŵajumi mpela iŵatite asyene, “Chindame mwa ŵelewo, ni chinjijenda pasikati jao. Chinjiŵa Akunnungu ŵao, nombewo chaŵe ŵandu ŵangu.”
And what harmony has the temple of God with idols? for we are the temple of the living God; as God said; I will live in them, and walk about among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Kwapele Ambuje akuti, “Ntyoche pasikati jao, nkalisepusye nawo. Nkakwaya chachili cha usakwa, noneji chinampochele.
Therefore come out from the midst of them, and be ye separate, says the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 Ambuje jwali ni ukombole akuti yele, Chinjiŵa Atati ŵenu, ŵanyamwe chinchiŵa achiŵanangu.”
and I will be to you for a Father, and you shall be unto me for sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.
