1 Yohana 1
1 Tukunlembela ŵanyamwe utenga wa Ngani ja ajula jwakuŵilanjikwa Liloŵe jwakwikanawo umi, juŵapali chitandile kundanda. Uwe twampikene ni kumbona kwa meeso getu twachinsyene, twammweni ni kunkwaya kwa makono getu twachinsyene.
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we for ourselves gazed upon, and our hands did handle, concerning the Word of Life, —
2 Jwele jwakwikanawo umi wo paŵaiche, twammweni, noweji tukuŵalanga umboni ni kunlalichila ŵanyamwe nkati umi wa moŵa gose pangali mbesi. Jwelejo ŵaliji kwa Atati ni sambano atukopochele uweji. (aiōnios g166)
And, the Life, was made manifest, and we have seen, and are bearing witness, and announcing unto you, the Age-abiding Life, which, indeed, was with the Father, and was made manifest unto us; (aiōnios g166)
3 Tukunlalichila nkati Che Yesu, jutwammweni ni kumpilikana, kuti nombe ŵanyamwe nlumbikane pamo noweji mu umo watukwete nkulumbikana kwetu ni Akunnungu Atati ŵetu ni Che Yesu Kilisito Mwanagwe.
That which we have seen and heard, are we announcing, even unto you, in order that, ye too, may have fellowship with us, and, our own fellowship also, may be with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
4 Tukunlembela ŵanyamwe indu yi kuti lukondwa lwenu ni lwetu lumalilwe.
And, these things, are we writing, in order that, our joy, may be made full.
5 Ngani jitwajipikene kutyochela ku Che Yesu ni jitukunlalichila ŵanyamwe jili: Akunnungu ali lulanga, ni ngapagwa chipi munkati mwakwe.
And this is the message which we have heard from him, and are reporting unto you, —that, God, is, light, and in him is, no darkness at all.
6 Twasalaga tulumbikene ni Akunnungu, akuno tuli nkupanganya ya chigongomalo ili mpela tukutama muchipi, tukusala unami ni indu yatukuitendekanya ngaŵa ya usyene.
If we say—We have, fellowship, with him! and, in darkness, are walking, we are dealing falsely, and not doing the truth;
7 Nambo twatamaga mu lulanga, mpela Akunnungu nsyene yakuti kutama mu lulanga, tukulumbikana pamo jwine ni jwine, ni miasi ji Che Yesu jwaali Mwanagwao, jikutuswejesya sambi syose.
Whereas, if, in the light, we are walking, as, he, is in the light, we have, fellowship one with another, and, the blood of Jesus his Son, is cleansing us from all sin.
8 Twajilaga nganitukola sambi, tukulilambusya twachinsyene, ni usyene nganiuŵa mwetuwe.
If we say—Sin, have we none! we are deceiving, ourselves, and, the truth, is not in us.
9 Nambo twajitichisyaga ni kusala kwa Akunnungu kuti tukwete sambi, ŵelewo ali ŵakulupilichika ni ali ŵambone moŵa gose, nombejo chatulechelesye sambi syetu ni kutuswejesya ni yakunyakasya yose.
If we are confessing our sins, faithful, is he and, righteous—that he should forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 Twajilaga nganitukola sambi tukuntenda Akunnungu ali jwaunani, ni liloŵe lyao nganilipagwa mwetuwe.
If we say—We have not sinned! false, are we making, him, and, his word, is not in us.
