詩篇 22
1 大衛的詩，交與伶長。調用朝鹿。 我的上帝，我的上帝！為甚麼離棄我？ 為甚麼遠離不救我？不聽我唉哼的言語？
To the chief music-maker on Aijeleth-hash-shahar. A Psalm. Of David. My God, my God, why are you turned away from me? why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my crying?
2 我的上帝啊，我白日呼求，你不應允， 夜間呼求，並不住聲。
O my God, I make my cry in the day, and you give no answer; and in the night, and have no rest.
3 但你是聖潔的， 是用以色列的讚美為寶座的。
But you are holy, O you who are seated among the praises of Israel.
4 我們的祖宗倚靠你； 他們倚靠你，你便解救他們。
Our fathers had faith in you: they had faith and you were their saviour.
5 他們哀求你，便蒙解救； 他們倚靠你，就不羞愧。
They sent up their cry to you and were made free: they put their faith in you and were not put to shame.
6 但我是蟲，不是人， 被眾人羞辱，被百姓藐視。
But I am a worm and not a man; cursed by men, and looked down on by the people.
7 凡看見我的都嗤笑我； 他們撇嘴搖頭，說：
I am laughed at by all those who see me: pushing out their lips and shaking their heads they say,
8 他把自己交託耶和華，耶和華可以救他吧！ 耶和華既喜悅他，可以搭救他吧！
He put his faith in the Lord; let the Lord be his saviour now: let the Lord be his saviour, because he had delight in him.
9 但你是叫我出母腹的； 我在母懷裏，你就使我有倚靠的心。
But it was you who took care of me from the day of my birth: you gave me faith even from my mother's breasts.
10 我自出母胎就被交在你手裏； 從我母親生我，你就是我的上帝。
I was in your hands even before my birth; you are my God from the time when I was in my mother's body.
11 求你不要遠離我！ 因為急難臨近了，沒有人幫助我。
Be not far from me, for trouble is near; there is no one to give help.
12 有許多公牛圍繞我， 巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我。
A great herd of oxen is round me: I am shut in by the strong oxen of Bashan.
13 牠們向我張口， 好像抓撕吼叫的獅子。
I saw their mouths wide open, like lions crying after food.
14 我如水被倒出來； 我的骨頭都脫了節； 我心在我裏面如蠟鎔化。
I am flowing away like water, and all my bones are out of place: my heart is like wax, it has become soft in my body.
15 我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片； 我的舌頭貼在我牙床上。 你將我安置在死地的塵土中。
My throat is dry like a broken vessel; my tongue is fixed to the roof of my mouth, and the dust of death is on my lips.
16 犬類圍着我，惡黨環繞我； 他們扎了我的手，我的腳。
Dogs have come round me: I am shut in by the band of evil-doers; they made wounds in my hands and feet.
17 我的骨頭，我都能數過； 他們瞪着眼看我。
I am able to see all my bones; their looks are fixed on me:
18 他們分我的外衣， 為我的裏衣拈鬮。
They make a division of my robes among them, by the decision of chance they take my clothing.
19 耶和華啊，求你不要遠離我！ 我的救主啊，求你快來幫助我！
Do not be far from me, O Lord: O my strength, come quickly to my help.
20 求你救我的靈魂脫離刀劍， 救我的生命脫離犬類，
Make my soul safe from the sword, my life from the power of the dog.
21 救我脫離獅子的口； 你已經應允我，使我脫離野牛的角。
Be my saviour from the lion's mouth; let me go free from the horns of the cruel oxen.
22 我要將你的名傳與我的弟兄， 在會中我要讚美你。
I will give the knowledge of your name to my brothers: I will give you praise among the people.
23 你們敬畏耶和華的人要讚美他！ 雅各的後裔都要榮耀他！ 以色列的後裔都要懼怕他！
You who have fear of the Lord, give him praise; all you seed of Jacob, give him glory; go in fear of him, all you seed of Israel.
24 因為他沒有藐視憎惡受苦的人， 也沒有向他掩面； 那受苦之人呼籲的時候，他就垂聽。
For he has not been unmoved by the pain of him who is troubled; or kept his face covered from him; but he has given an answer to his cry.
25 我在大會中讚美你的話是從你而來的； 我要在敬畏耶和華的人面前還我的願。
My praise will be of you in the great meeting: I will make my offerings before his worshippers.
26 謙卑的人必吃得飽足； 尋求耶和華的人必讚美他。 願你們的心永遠活着！
The poor will have a feast of good things: those who make search for the Lord will give him praise: your heart will have life for ever.
27 地的四極都要想念耶和華，並且歸順他； 列國的萬族都要在你面前敬拜。
All the ends of the earth will keep it in mind and be turned to the Lord: all the families of the nations will give him worship.
28 因為國權是耶和華的； 他是管理萬國的。
For the kingdom is the Lord's; he is the ruler among the nations.
29 地上一切豐肥的人必吃喝而敬拜； 凡下到塵土中－不能存活自己性命的人 －都要在他面前下拜。
All the fat ones of the earth will give him worship; all those who go down to the dust will make themselves low before him, even he who has not enough for the life of his soul.
30 他必有後裔事奉他； 主所行的事必傳與後代。
A seed will be his servant; the doings of the Lord will be made clear to the generation which comes after.
31 他們必來把他的公義傳給將要生的民， 言明這事是他所行的。
They will come and make his righteousness clear to a people of the future because he has done this.
