約翰一書 2
1 我小子們哪，我將這些話寫給你們，是要叫你們不犯罪。若有人犯罪，在父那裏我們有一位中保，就是那義者耶穌基督。
My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you won’t sin. If anyone sins, we have an Intercessor with the Father, the righteous Jesus Christ.
2 他為我們的罪作了挽回祭，不是單為我們的罪，也是為普天下人的罪。
He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.
3 我們若遵守他的誡命，就曉得是認識他。
This is how we know that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments.
4 人若說「我認識他」，卻不遵守他的誡命，便是說謊話的，真理也不在他心裏了。
The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and doesn’t keep His commandments is a liar, and the truth isn’t in him.
5 凡遵守主道的，愛上帝的心在他裏面實在是完全的。從此，我們知道我們是在主裏面。
But whoever keeps His word has the sincere love of God truly perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him:
6 人若說他住在主裏面，就該自己照主所行的去行。
whoever claims to live in Jesus ought to walk in the same way He walked.
7 親愛的弟兄啊，我寫給你們的，不是一條新命令，乃是你們從起初所受的舊命令；這舊命令就是你們所聽見的道。
Brothers and sisters, I’m not writing a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you have heard.
8 再者，我寫給你們的，是一條新命令，在主是真的，在你們也是真的；因為黑暗漸漸過去，真光已經照耀。
Yet, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining.
9 人若說自己在光明中，卻恨他的弟兄，他到如今還是在黑暗裏。
Whoever claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister, is still in darkness.
10 愛弟兄的，就是住在光明中，在他並沒有絆跌的緣由。
Whoever sincerely loves his brothers and sisters lives in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him.
11 惟獨恨弟兄的，是在黑暗裏，且在黑暗裏行，也不知道往哪裏去，因為黑暗叫他眼睛瞎了。
But whoever hates a brother or sister is in darkness and walks in darkness, and doesn’t know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
12 小子們哪，我寫信給你們， 因為你們的罪藉着主名得了赦免。
I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven for His name’s sake.
13 父老啊，我寫信給你們， 因為你們認識那從起初原有的。 少年人哪，我寫信給你們， 因為你們勝了那惡者。
I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, little children, because you have known the Father.
14 小子們哪，我曾寫信給你們， 因為你們認識父。 父老啊，我曾寫信給你們， 因為你們認識那從起初原有的。 少年人哪，我曾寫信給你們； 因為你們剛強， 上帝的道常存在你們心裏； 你們也勝了那惡者。
I have written to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the wicked one.
15 不要愛世界和世界上的事。人若愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裏面了。
Don’t sincerely love the world or the things in the world. If anyone sincerely loves the world, the sincere love of the Father isn’t in him.
16 因為，凡世界上的事，就像肉體的情慾、眼目的情慾，並今生的驕傲，都不是從父來的，乃是從世界來的。
For everything that is in the world - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life - isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s.
The world and its lusts are passing away, but whoever does the will of God stays forever. (aiōn g165)
18 小子們哪，如今是末時了。你們曾聽見說，那敵基督的要來；現在已經有好些敵基督的出來了，從此我們就知道如今是末時了。
Little children, we are in the end times. As you have heard the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. By this we know that we are in the end times.
19 他們從我們中間出去，卻不是屬我們的；若是屬我們的，就必仍舊與我們同在；他們出去，顯明都不是屬我們的。
They went out from us, but they didn’t belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have continued with us. Instead, they went out so that it might be revealed that none of them belonged to us.
20 你們從那聖者受了恩膏，並且知道這一切的事。
But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know the truth.
21 我寫信給你們，不是因你們不知道真理，正是因你們知道，並且知道沒有虛謊是從真理出來的。
I write to you, not because you don’t know the truth, but because you do know it, and because you know that no lie belongs to the truth.
22 誰是說謊話的呢？不是那不認耶穌為基督的嗎？不認父與子的，這就是敵基督的。
Who is a liar? Whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Whoever denies the Father and the Son is an antichrist.
23 凡不認子的，就沒有父；認子的，連父也有了。
Whoever denies the Son doesn’t have the Father either. Whoever acknowledges the Son also has the Father.
24 論到你們，務要將那從起初所聽見的，常存在心裏。若將從起初所聽見的存在心裏，你們就必住在子裏面，也必住在父裏面。
Therefore, let that which you heard from the beginning live in you. If what you heard from the beginning lives in you, you also will live in the Son and in the Father.
This is the promise that He has promised to us - eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
26 我將這些話寫給你們，是指着那引誘你們的人說的。
I have written these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you.
27 你們從主所受的恩膏常存在你們心裏，並不用人教訓你們，自有主的恩膏在凡事上教訓你們。這恩膏是真的，不是假的；你們要按這恩膏的教訓住在主裏面。
As for you, the anointing that you received from Him lives in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you. Yet as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and not a lie; just as it has taught you, you live in Him.
28 小子們哪，你們要住在主裏面。這樣，他若顯現，我們就可以坦然無懼；當他來的時候，在他面前也不至於慚愧。
Now, little children, live in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming.
29 你們若知道他是公義的，就知道凡行公義之人都是他所生的。
If you know that He is righteous, then know that everyone who also practices righteousness is born of Him.
