诗篇 76
1 亚萨的诗歌，交与伶长。用丝弦的乐器。 在犹大， 神为人所认识； 在以色列，他的名为大。
IN Judah is God known: his name is great in Israel.
2 在撒冷有他的帐幕； 在锡安有他的居所。
In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.
3 他在那里折断弓上的火箭， 并盾牌、刀剑，和争战的兵器。 (细拉)
There brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. (Selah)
4 你从有野食之山而来， 有光华和荣美。
Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey.
5 心中勇敢的人都被抢夺； 他们睡了长觉，没有一个英雄能措手。
The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands.
6 雅各的 神啊，你的斥责一发， 坐车的、骑马的都沉睡了。
At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
7 惟独你是可畏的！ 你怒气一发，谁能在你面前站得住呢？
Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
8 你从天上使人听判断。 神起来施行审判， 要救地上一切谦卑的人； 那时地就惧怕而静默。 (细拉)
Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. (Selah)
10 人的忿怒要成全你的荣美； 人的余怒，你要禁止。
Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.
11 你们许愿，当向耶和华—你们的 神还愿； 在他四面的人都当拿贡物献给那可畏的主。
Vow, and pay unto the Lord your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
12 他要挫折王子的骄气； 他向地上的君王显威可畏。
He shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth.
