诗篇 121

1 上行之诗。 我要向山举目； 我的帮助从何而来？

A Song of degrees. I lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: whence shall my help come?

2 我的帮助 从造天地的耶和华而来。

My help [cometh] from Jehovah, who made the heavens and the earth.

3 他必不叫你的脚摇动； 保护你的必不打盹！

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4 保护以色列的， 也不打盹也不睡觉。

Behold, he that keepeth Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 保护你的是耶和华； 耶和华在你右边荫庇你。

Jehovah is thy keeper, Jehovah is thy shade upon thy right hand;

6 白日，太阳必不伤你； 夜间，月亮必不害你。

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

7 耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害； 他要保护你的性命。

Jehovah will keep thee from all evil; he will keep thy soul.

8 你出你入，耶和华要保护你， 从今时直到永远。

Jehovah will keep thy going out and thy coming in, from henceforth and for evermore.
