撒迦利亞書 6
1 [第八個神視：四輛馬車]我再舉目觀望，看，有四輛馬車由兩山間出來；這兩座山都是銅山。
And again I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.
2 第一輛車套著栗色的馬，第二輛車套著黑色的馬，
In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses;
3 第三輛車套著白色的馬，第四輛車套著雜色的馬，都很雄壯。
and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled bay horses.
4 我問那我談話的使者說：「我主，這是什麼意思﹖」
Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?
5 使者答應我說：「這些是侍立在全地的主宰之前，而今向丌下四出發的：
And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four winds of heaven, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.
6 那套著黑馬的，向北方出發，白馬則跟在後面出發，雜色的向南方出發。」
[The chariot] wherein are the black horses goeth forth toward the north country; and the white went forth after them; and the grisled went forth toward the south country.
7 這些雄壯的馬出來，切願在地上往來巡邏。他於是說：「你們去，在地上巡邏吧! 」牠們就在地上巡邏。
And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.
8 以後，他呼喚我，對我說：「你看，向北方出發的，己在北方平息了上主的怒氣。」
Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, they that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
9 上主的話又傳給我說：「
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
10 你該由歸來者的手中取些禮物，就在今天，到巴比倫回來的責法尼雅的兒子約史的家裏去。
Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah; and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah, whither they are come from Babylon;
11 你要拿銀子和金子，做一頂冠冕，戴在大司祭約匝達克的兒子耶叔亞的頭上，
yea, take [of them] silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest;
12 然後對他說：萬軍上主這樣 看，有一個人名叫「苗芽」，他自動萌芽，他要建築上主的殿宇。
and speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold, the man whose name is the Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
13 是要建築上主的殿，是他要承受尊榮，坐在寶座上執政；並且有一位司祭立在他右邊，他們二人之間必和平相處。
even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
14 這頂冠冕要存在上主的殿內，作為赫爾待、托彼雅、耶達雅和責法尼雅的兒子約史雅的記念。
And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the LORD.
15 遠方的人必來共同建築上主火殿；如此，你們便知道：是萬軍上主派遺了我到你們這裏來。如果你們真聽從上主你們天主的聲音，這事必要實現。」
And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And [this] shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God.
