詩篇 71
1 上主，我託庇於您，使我永不受羞恥！
IN thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
2 求您照您的正義解救我，求您側耳聽我，並拯救我。
Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
3 求您作我避難的石壁，獲救的堡壘；因為您是我的磐石，我的堡壘，
Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
4 我的天主，求您由邪惡人的手中將我救出，由兇蠻橫暴者的掌中將我救走。
Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
5 因為，我主上主，您是我的期望，您是我自幼唯一的仰仗。
For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.
6 我自從在母胎中，就仰賴您，尚在母懷中，您就是我的託庇；我全心的希望，時時寄托於您。
By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
7 許多人都把我視作妖怪，您卻作了我有力的仰賴。
I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.
8 我要滿口讚頌您，我要終日稱揚您。
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
9 在我年老時，求您不要拋棄我，在我氣力衰弱時，不要遠離我。
Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
10 不然，我的仇敵必要對我說，窺伺我命的人，互相私議說：
For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
11 天主已經捨棄了他，您們追擊他，捕捉他! 因為無人再來救他。
Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
12 天主，求您不要遠離我，我的天主，請快來救我。
O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
13 願那些謀殺我命的人，走頭無路，願那些設法害我的人，蒙受恥辱！
Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
14 我仍不斷地期望您，每日加倍地讚美您。
But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
15 我的口要傳述您的寬仁，終日不斷宣揚您的救恩，因為我不知它們的數額。
My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
16 我要稱揚我天主的偉大奇能，上主，我要傳述您獨有的寬仁。
I will go in the strength of the Lord God: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
17 天主，遠自我幼年時，您已教導了我。直至今日，我仍宣示您的微妙。
O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
18 天主，即我髮白年老，求您也不要離棄我，直至我將您的威力宣示給這一代，將您的奇能傳述給下一代。
Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
19 天主，您的仁慈直達天際，天主，您行大事誰可比您？
Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
20 您曾使我經歷許多困苦艱難，現今仍然是您使我生活安全，並提拔我脫離了地下的深淵。
Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
21 求您增加我的尊位，求您再來給我安慰。
Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
22 我的天主，我要彈琴，歌頌您的忠誠，以色列的聖者，我要鼓瑟，向您歌頌。
I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
23 當我歌頌您時，我的雙唇要歡騰，我那為您所救的靈魂，也要歡騰。
My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.
24 我的舌頭也要終日伸述您的仁慈，因為謀圖傷害我的人蒙受了羞恥。
My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
