詩篇 61

1 達味作，交與樂官，和以絃樂。 天主，求你俯聽我的哀號，求你細聽我的祈禱。

HEAR my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

2 當我心靈憂戚時，我由地極呼號你，求你領我上那崇高磐石，使我安息。

From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3 因為你是我的避難所，是我抗敵的堅固碉堡。

For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

4 願我常在你的帳幕內寄住，在你的翼護下隱居！

I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. (Selah)

5 天主，你果真滿全了我的志願，賜給了我敬愛你名者的財產。

For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.

6 願你使君王的壽命日增，並使他的年歲萬世無窮!

Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: and his years as many generations.

7 願他在天主前為王，直至永遠，求你廣施慈愛忠誠，使他安全！

He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.

8 因此，我要常常歌讚你的名號，為能使我日日償還我的誓約。

So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
