詩篇 6
1 【懺悔的懇禱】 達味詩歌，交與樂官，和以絃樂，八度低音。 上主，求你不要在震怒中責罰我，不要在氣憤中懲戒我。
“To the chief musician on Neginoth upon Sheminith, a psalm of David.” O Lord, correct me not in thy anger, and chastise me not in thy wrath.
2 上主，我的體力衰弱，求你憐恤我；上主，我的骨骸戰慄，求你醫治我；
Be gracious unto me, O Lord; for I am withering away; heal me, O Lord; for my bones are terrified.
3 我的靈魂萬分痛苦，上主，何時才能結束？
And my soul is greatly terrified; but thou, O Lord, how long yet—?
4 上主，請你回來援助我，因了你的慈愛解救我。
Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: help me for the sake of thy kindness.
For in death men do not remember thee: in the nether world, who shall give thee thanks? (Sheol h7585)
6 我已哭泣疲憊，每天夜裏，常以眼淚浸濕我的床鋪，常以鼻涕流透我的被褥。
I am weary with my sighing; I flood every night my bed; With my tears I moisten my couch.
7 我的眼睛因憂傷而昏盲，為了仇敵眾多甚感惆悵。
My eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all my assailants.
8 作奸犯科的人快快遠離我，因為上主聽見了我的悲號；
Depart from me, all ye workers of wickedness; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9 上主俯允了我的哀告，上主悅納了我的祈禱。
The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will accept my prayer.
10 我的仇敵必要受辱驚慌，轉瞬之間必會含羞逃亡。
Ashamed and greatly terrified shall become all my enemies; they will turn round, and be made ashamed in a moment.
