詩篇 58

1 達味金詩，交與樂官。調寄「莫要毀壞」。 判官們！你們是否真正出言公平？世人們！你們是否照理審斷案情？

“To the chief musician Al-tashcheth, by David, a Michtham.” Do you indeed, who are dumb, speak righteously? do ye judge in uprightness, O ye sons of men?

2 可惜你們一心只想為非作惡，在地上你們的雙手只行宰割。

Even in [your] heart ye work injustice: on the earth do ye weigh out the violence of your hands.

3 作惡者一離母胎，即背離正路；說謊者一出母腹，即走入歧途。

The wicked are estranged [from goodness] from the womb: those who speak lies go astray from their very birth.

4 他們滿懷的毒素有如蛇毒；他們又像塞住耳朵的聾蝮，

They have poison like the poison of a serpent: [they are] like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;

5 不聽巫士的言語，不隨靈妙的妖術。

Which will not hearken to the voice of conjurers, yea, that of the wisest of all charmers.

6 天主，求你把他們口中的牙齒搗爛，上主，求你把少壯獅子的牙床打斷。

O God, break out their teeth in their mouth: the jaw-teeth of the young lions tear thou out, O Lord.

7 他們有如奔湍的急水流去，他們有如被踏的青草枯萎；

Let them melt away as water [which] runneth off: when each one bendeth [his bow to shoot] his arrows, let them be as if cut in pieces.

8 他們有如蝸牛爬過溶化消失，又如流產的胎兒不得親見天日！

As a snail which melteth, let him pass away; like the untimely birth of a woman which hath not seen the sun.

9 他們的鍋在未覺到荊火以前，願狂怒的烈風將他們全部吹散！

Before your pots can feel the thorns, will he take them away with a whirlwind, both the green and the burning.

10 義人看見大仇己報時，必然喜樂，他要在惡人的血中洗自己的腳。

The righteous will rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he will bathe his steps in the blood of the wicked.

11 如此，眾人都說：「義人果然獲得了好的報酬，世上確有執行審判的天主！

So that a man shall say, Verily fruit will come for the righteous: verily there is a God that judgeth on the earth.
