詩篇 57
1 達味金詩，交與樂官，作於逃入洞中躲避撒烏耳時。調寄「莫要毀壞」。 求你憐憫我，天主，求你憐憫我，求你憐憫我，因為我的靈魂，一心向你投靠，投靠到你翅翼的蔭庇下，等待一切凶禍過去才罷。
For the Chief Musician; [set to] Al-tashheth. [A Psalm] of David: Michtam: when he fled from Saul, in the cave. Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me; for my soul taketh refuge in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I take refuge, until [these] calamities be overpast.
2 我誠心向至高者呼求，向施惠於我的天主求助；
I will cry unto God Most High; unto God that performeth [all things] for me.
3 願天主自天賜下慈愛，並賜下忠實恩惠援助我，卻對追趕我的人加以凌嗤。
He shall send from heaven, and save me, [when] he that would swallow me up reproacheth; (Selah) God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
4 我躺臥在群獅的中間，個個都想把人子吞咽；他們的牙齒是長矛銳箭，他們的舌頭是鋒刀利劍。
My soul is among lions; I lie among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
5 天主，您的尊高彰顯於天，您的光榮，普臨塵寰！
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
6 他們為我的腳設下了網羅，要我的性命；在我前面挖掘了陷阱，自己反跌入其中。
They have prepared a net for my steps; thy soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me; they are fallen into the midst thereof themselves. (Selah)
7 天主，我的心已準備妥當，我的心已準備妥當，我要彈琴歌唱。
My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing, yea, I will sing praises.
8 我的靈魂，你要醒起來，七絃和豎琴，要奏起來，我要喚起曙光。
Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake right early.
9 上主，我要在萬民中讚美您，上主，我要在列邦中歌頌您。
I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the peoples: I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
10 因為您的慈愛高越諸天，您的忠信直達宵漢。
For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the skies.
11 天主，您在天上備受舉揚，您在地上彰顯榮光！
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
