詩篇 29

1 天主的眾子，請讚美上主，請將讚美光榮，歸於上主。

Give to the LORD, O you mighty, give to the LORD glory and strength.

2 請將主的榮耀，歸於上主，穿上聖潔華服，朝拜上主。

Give to the LORD the glory due to his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

3 上主的聲音響徹水面，天主雷鳴在顯示莊嚴，上主臨到澎湃的水面。

The voice of the LORD is on the waters: the God of glory thunders: the LORD is on many waters.

4 上主的聲音具有威權，上主的聲音具有莊嚴。

The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

5 上主的聲音劈斷香柏，上主折斷黎巴嫩香柏；

The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; yes, the LORD breaks the cedars of Lebanon.

6 使黎巴嫩像牛犢一樣舞蹈，使息爾翁像小牛一樣跳躍。

He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

7 上主的聲音放射出火舌。

The voice of the LORD divides the flames of fire.

8 上主的聲音震動了曠野，上主震動了卡士德曠野。

The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness; the LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

9 上主的聲音搖撼橡樹，剝光森林；凡在祂殿中的都齊聲高呼：光榮。

The voice of the LORD makes the hinds to calve, and discovers the forests: and in his temple does every one speak of his glory.

10 上主坐在洪水之上，上主永遠高坐為王。

The LORD sits on the flood; yes, the LORD sits King for ever.

11 上主必將勇力賜給祂的百姓，上主必以平安祝福祂的人民。

The LORD will give strength to his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
