詩篇 146

1 我的靈魂，您要讚美上主，

Praise ye YHWH. Praise YHWH, O my soul.

2 在我一生，我要讚美上主，一息尚存，我要歌頌天主。

While I live will I praise YHWH: I will sing praises unto my Elohim while I have any being.

3 您們不要全心依賴王侯大臣，也不要依賴不能施救的世人；

Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

4 他的氣息一斷，就歸於灰土，他的一切計劃立刻化為烏有。

His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5 凡是以雅各伯的天主為自己扶助的人，上主天主為自己希望的，是有福的人。

Joyful is he that hath the El of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in YHWH his Elohim:

6 上主創造了上天與下土，海洋和其中的所有一切。他持守信實，一直到永久。

Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

7 上主為被欺的人作辯護，上主給饑餓的人賜食物，上主使被囚的人得自由。

Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. YHWH looseth the prisoners:

8 上主開啟瞎子的眼睛，上主使傴僂的人直身，上主愛慕那正義的人。

YHWH openeth the eyes of the blind: YHWH raiseth them that are bowed down: YHWH loveth the righteous:

9 上主對旅客加以保護，上主支持孤兒和寡婦，上主迷惑惡人的道路。

YHWH preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

10 願上主永永遠遠為君王！熙雍，您的天主萬壽無疆！

YHWH shall reign for ever, even thy Elohim, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye YHWH.
