詩篇 135
1 阿肋路亞！上主的眾僕請讚頌，請讚頌上主的聖名！
Halleluyah ·praise Yah·! Praise Adonai’s name! Praise him, you servants of Adonai,
2 您們服役於上主聖殿的，您們侍立在我主前庭的，
you who stand in Adonai’s house, in the courts of our God’s house.
3 請歌頌上主，因為上主是美善的，歌詠祂的名，因祂的名是甘甜的。
Halleluyah ·praise Yah·, for Adonai is good. Sing zahmar ·musical praise· to his name, for that is pleasant.
4 雅各伯原是上主所選，以色列永遠作祂自己的家產。
For Yah has chosen Jacob [Supplanter] for himself; Israel [God prevails] for his own segulah ·special treasure·.
5 我確實知道，上主偉大無比！我們的上主，超越所有神祇！
For I know that Adonai is great, that our Lord is above all deities.
6 上天及下地，海洋深淵的任何化工，上主只要願意，無一不由祂造成。
Whatever Adonai pleased, that he has done, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;
7 祂使雲彩由地面現露，祂使電光閃爍而成雨，祂使清風由寶庫發出。
who causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth; who makes lightnings with the rain; who brings the wind out of his treasuries;
8 祂將埃及的人和牲畜，凡首生者都一起殺戮。
Who struck the firstborn of Egypt [Abode of slavery], both of man and animal;
9 埃及！祂在您內行了奇蹟異能，懲罰了法郎和他的萬眾臣。
Who sent signs and wonders into the middle of you, Egypt [Abode of slavery], on Pharaoh, and on all his servants;
10 祂擊敗了列國的萬民，祂殺死了強盛的國君：
who struck many nations, and killed mighty kings,
11 阿摩黎王息紅、巴商王敖格，以及客納罕地的王侯官吏。
Sihon king of the Amorites [Descendants of Talkers], Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan [Humbled],
12 祂將他們的土地變作產業，賜給了自己的人民以色列。
and gave their land for a heritage, a heritage to Israel [God prevails], his people.
13 上主，您的聖名千秋留存，上主，您的記念，萬世常新。
Your name, Adonai, endures forever; your renown, Adonai, throughout all generations.
14 因為上主護衛自己的百姓，對自己的僕人們表示憐憫。
For Adonai will judge his people, and have compassion on his servants.
15 異民的偶像，無非金銀，只是人手中的製造品：
The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
16 偶像有口，而不能言；偶像有眼，而不能看；
They have mouths, but they can’t speak. They have eyes, but they can’t see.
17 偶像有耳，而聽不見；偶像有鼻，而無氣喘。
They have ears, but they can’t hear; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18 鑄造偶像的人，將與偶像同亡，凡信賴偶像的人，也將是一樣。
Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them.
19 以色列家族，請讚頌上主！亞郎家族，請讚頌上主！
House of Israel [God prevails], praise Adonai! House of Aaron [Light-bringer], praise Adonai!
20 肋末的家族，請讚頌上主！敬愛上主的人讚頌上主！
House of Levi [United with], praise Adonai! You who fear Adonai, praise Adonai!
21 住在耶路撒冷的君王，願他由熙雍承受讚頌！
Blessed be Adonai from Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], Who dwells at Jerusalem [City of peace]. Halleluyah ·praise Yah·!
