詩篇 119
1 品行完美遵行上主法律的，這樣的人才算是真有福的，
Alleluia. Blessed are the immaculate in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 遵守上主誡命全心尋求祂的，這樣的人才算是真有福的。
Blessed are those who examine his testimonies. They seek him with their whole heart.
3 他們總不為非作惡，只按祂的道路生活。
For those who work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
4 您頒發了您的命令，叫他們嚴格去遵行。
You have ordered your commandments to be kept most diligently.
5 願我的行徑堅定，為遵守您的章程！
I wish that my ways may be directed so as to keep your justifications.
6 我若重視您的每條誡律，我就絕對不會蒙羞受辱。
Then I will not be confounded, when I will look into all your commandments.
7 我一學習您正義的判詞，就以至誠的心靈頌謝您。
I will confess to you with honesty of heart. In this way, I have learned the judgments of your justice.
8 我要遵守您的規矩，不要將我完全棄去！
I will keep your justifications. Do not utterly abandon me.
9 青年怎樣才能守身如玉？那就只有遵從您的言語。
By what does an adolescent correct his way? By keeping to your words.
10 我要用我整個心尋覓您，不要讓我錯行您的諭旨！
With my whole heart, I have sought you. Do not let me be driven away from your commandments.
11 我將您的話藏在我心裏，免得我犯罪而獲罪於您。
I have hidden your eloquence in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.
12 上主，您理應受讚頌，教訓我遵守您的誡命。
Blessed are you, O Lord. Teach me your justifications.
13 您所傳授的一切法度，我要以我的脣舌敘述。
With my lips, I have pronounced all the judgments of your mouth.
14 我喜愛您約法的道路，就如喜愛一切的財富。
I have been delighted in the way of your testimonies, as if in all riches.
15 我要默想上主的法度，要沉思您一切的道路。
I will be trained in your commandments, and I will consider your ways.
16 我喜歡您一切的章程，我永遠不忘您的聖言。
I will meditate on your justifications. I will not forget your words.
17 請恩待您的僕人我得以生存，這樣使我能夠服從您的綸音。
Repay your servant, revive me; and I will keep your words.
18 求您開明我的眼睛，透視您法律的奇能。
Reveal to my eyes, and I will consider the wonders of your law.
19 我原是寄居塵世的旅客，不要向我隱瞞您的規則。
I am a sojourner on the earth. Do not hide your commandments from me.
20 我因常常渴慕您的諭令，我的靈魂便為此而成病。
My soul has longed to desire your justifications at all times.
21 您已經怒責了驕矜橫蠻的人，背棄您誡命的，是可咒詛的人。
You have rebuked the arrogant. Those who decline from your commandments are accursed.
22 請除去我所受的淩辱與輕謾，因為我已經遵守了您的規範。
Take me away from disgrace and contempt, for I have sought your testimonies.
23 判官雖然反對我而開庭，您僕人仍然默思您的章程。
For even the leaders sat and spoke against me. But your servant has been trained in your justifications.
24 因為您的誡命是我的喜樂，您的典章是我的謀士。
For your testimonies are also my (meditation) and your justifications are my counsel.
25 我的靈魂雖已輾轉於灰塵，求你照你的諾言使我生存。
My soul has adhered to the pavement. Revive me according to your word.
26 我陳明我的行徑，您便垂聽了我；
I have declared my ways, and you have heeded me. Teach me your justifications.
27 請指給我您約法的路徑，我要沉思您的奇妙工程。
Instruct me in the way of your justifications, and I will be trained in your wonders.
28 我的靈魂因憂傷而滴滴流淚，請照您的諾言使我奮昂興起。
My soul has slumbered because of weariness. Confirm me in your words.
29 求您不要使我走錯誤的道路，求您賜我常遵守您的法度。
Remove the way of iniquity from me, and have mercy on me by your law.
30 我揀定真理的途徑，我矢志服從您的諭令。
I have chosen the way of truth. I have not forgotten your judgments.
31 我時常依戀著您的法度，上主不要叫我蒙受羞辱。
I have adhered to your testimonies, O Lord. Do not be willing to confound me.
32 我必奔赴您誡命的路程，因為您舒展了我的心靈。
I have run by way of your commandments, when you enlarged my heart.
33 上主，給我指出您章程的道路，我要一直到死仔細遵守。
O Lord, place the law before me, the way of your justifications, and I will always inquire into it.
34 求您教訓我遵守您的法律，我要以整個心靈持守不逾。
Give me understanding, and I will examine your law. And I will keep it with my whole heart.
35 求您引導我走您誡命的捷徑，因為這捷徑使我非常高興。
Lead me according to the path of your commandments, for I have desired this.
36 使我的心傾慕您的律例，不要讓我的心貪財好利。
Bend my heart with your testimonies, and not with avarice.
37 求您轉回我的眼目免看虛榮，求您按照您的道路賜我生命。
Turn my eyes away, lest they see what is vain. Revive me in your way.
38 求您向您的僕人實踐您的許諾，即您向敬愛您的人所許的恩賜。
Station your eloquence with your servant, along with your fear.
39 求您除去我所怕的羞恥，因為您的約法是我的甘飴。
Cut off my disgrace, which I have taken up, for your judgments are delightful.
40 我如何渴慕您的規約，按照您的正義賜我生活。
Behold, I have longed for your commandments. Revive me in your fairness.
41 上主，願您的仁慈和救恩，照您的諾言臨於我身！
And let your mercy overwhelm me, O Lord: your salvation according to your eloquence.
42 對凌辱我的人，我有所答辯，因為我全寄望於你的聖言。
And I will respond to those who reproach me by word, for I have hoped in your words.
43 不要由我口撤去真理的訓言，因我一心一意渴望你的判斷。
And do not utterly take away the word of truth from my mouth. For in your judgments, I have hoped beyond hope.
44 我要常常遵守你的法典，時時不斷，一直要到永遠。
And I will always keep your law, in this age and forever and ever.
45 我要行走平坦寬闊的途徑，因為我常常追求你的誡命。
And I have wandered far and wide, because I was seeking your commandments.
46 我要傳述您的規律，在列王前也不畏懼。
And I spoke of your testimonies in the sight of kings, and I was not confounded.
47 我非常喜悅您的規誡，因為我對此有所鍾愛。
And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved.
48 我向您的誡命舉起我的手，對您的一切章程沉思不休。
And I lifted up my hands to your commandments, which I loved. And I was trained in your justifications.
49 求您莫把您給您的僕人的諾言遺忘，因為您在這諾言裏賜給我希望。
Be mindful of your word to your servant, by which you have given me hope.
50 在我的憂苦中，這是我的安慰，因為您的聖言，賜給了我生氣。
This has consoled me in my humiliation, for your word has revived me.
51 驕傲人雖加給我極度的侮辱，但我卻沒有偏離過您的法律。
The arrogant act altogether iniquitously, but I have not turned aside from your law.
52 我一思到您永怚的斷定；上主，我是多麼安慰而高興。
I called to mind your judgments of antiquity, O Lord, and I was consoled.
53 為了背棄您法律的罪人，我不知不覺地恕火焚心。
Faintness has taken hold of me, because of the sinners, those who abandon your law.
54 在我這客居不定的寓所，您的法令成了我的詩歌。
Your justifications were the subject of my worthy singing, in the place of my pilgrimage.
55 上主，夜間我想起您的聖名，我就決意遵守您的法令。
During the night, I remembered your name, O Lord, and I kept your law.
56 我之所以如此這般，因我遵守您的規範。
This has happened to me because I sought your justifications.
57 上主，我說：我的福分，就是遵守您的教訓。
O Lord, my portion, I have said that I would keep your law.
58 我全心仰膽著您的容貌，求您按您的諾言憐憫我。
I have beseeched your face with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
59 我一默想到我所走的道路，就把我的腳轉您的法度。
I have considered my ways, and I have turned my feet toward your testimonies.
60 爽爽快快，毫不躊躇，我常遵守您的法度。
I have been prepared, and I have not been disturbed, so that I may keep your commandments.
61 惡人的繩索雖將我纏起，我郤未將您的法律忘記。
The ropes of the impious have encircled me, and I have not forgotten your law.
62 為了您正義的判語，我半夜起身讚美您。
I arose in the middle of the night to confess to you, over the judgments of your justification.
63 我常向敬愛您的人為友，與遵守您誡命的人為侶。
I am a partaker with all those who fear you and who keep your commandments.
64 上主，您的慈愛充滿大地，求您教我遵守您的律例。
The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy. Teach me your justifications.
65 上主，您依照您的言詞，善待了您的僕役。
You have done well with your servant, O Lord, according to your word.
66 您以知識和聰慧教訓我，我要一心信賴您的誡條。
Teach me goodness and discipline and knowledge, for I have trusted your commandments.
67 我在受苦以前徘徊岐途，但我現今順從您的訓語。
Before I was humbled, I committed offenses; because of this, I have kept to your word.
68 您是慈善的，好施仁惠，求您給我教授您的規矩。
You are good, so in your goodness teach me your justifications.
69 驕傲人捏造謊言陷害我，我要全心遵守您的規約。
The iniquity of the arrogant has been multiplied over me. Yet I will examine your commandments with all my heart.
70 他們的心遲純如蒙脂肪，然而我卻喜歡您的典章。
Their heart has been curdled like milk. Truly, I have meditated on your law.
71 為叫我能學習您的法度，受若遭難於我確有好處。
It is good for me that you humbled me, so that I may learn your justifications.
72 您頒的法律對我的利益，連千萬的金銀也不能比。
The law of your mouth is good for me, beyond thousands of gold and silver pieces.
73 您的雙手創造了我，形成了我；求您賜我智力，為學您的誡條。
Your hands have created me and formed me. Give me understanding, and I will learn your commandments.
74 敬愛您的人，見我就喜歡；因為我常仰望您的聖言。
Those who fear you will see me, and they will rejoice. For I have greatly hoped in your words.
75 上主，我知道您的審判是公正無私的，您叫我遭受磨難是理所當然的。
I know, O Lord, that your judgments are fairness. And in your truth, you have humbled me.
76 照您給您僕人的許諾，按您的仁慈來安慰我。
Let it be your mercy that consoles me, according to your eloquence to your servant.
77 願您的仁愛臨於我，使我生活，因為您的法律就是我的喜樂。
Let your compassion draw near to me, and I will live. For your law is my (meditation)
78 願無端難為我的驕傲人蒙羞！但是我要默想沉思您的法律。
Let the arrogant be confounded, for unjustly they have done iniquity to me. But I will be trained in your commandments.
79 願那些敬愛您的人歸向我，願關心您的人依附我！
Let those who fear you turn to me, along with those who know your testimonies.
80 願我全心遵守您的法典，這樣我便不致自覺羞赧。
Let my heart be immaculate in your justifications, so that I may not be confounded.
81 我靈渴慕您的救援而衰弱，我熱切地盻望著您的許諾。
My soul has faltered in your salvation, yet in your word, I have hoped beyond hope.
82 我對您的諾言望眼欲穿，究竟您何時才賜我慰安？
My eyes have failed in your eloquence, saying, “When will you console me?”
83 我雖然相似煙熏的皮囊，我仍然不忘卻您的典章。
For I have become like a wineskin in the frost. I have not forgotten your justifications.
84 您僕人的歲月還能有多久？您何時處罰迫害我的惡徒？
How many are the days of your servant? When will you bring judgment against those who persecute me?
85 不按您法律生活的驕傲人，暗中給我挖掘了陷阱深坑。
The iniquitous have spoken fables to me. But these are unlike your law.
86 您所有的一切誡命全是真道；他們無理迫害我，求您協助我。
All your commandments are truth. They have been persecuting me unjustly: assist me.
87 我們幾乎將我由地上滅絕，但我卻沒有背棄您的規誡。
They have nearly consumed me on earth. Yet I have not forsaken your commandments.
88 您按照您的仁慈使我生活，這樣我必遵守您口中的條約。
Revive me according to your mercy. And I will keep the testimonies of your mouth.
89 上主您的聖言，永遠存留，它堅固而不移，好似蒼天。
O Lord, your word remains firm in heaven, for all eternity.
90 您所有的忠誠，代代流傳，您所造的大地，屹立不變。
Your truth is from generation to generation. You have founded the earth, and it remains firm.
91 天地時常遵守您的旨意，因為萬物都是您的僕役。
By your ordinance, the day perseveres. For all things are in service to you.
92 我如果不喜愛您的法令，我早已在我苦患中喪命。
If your law had not been my (meditation) then perhaps I would have perished in my humiliation.
93 我永遠不忘卻您的法令，因為您藉此賜給我生命。
I will not forget your justifications, for eternity. For by them, you have enlivened me.
94 我全屬於您，求您救拔我，因為我尋求了您的法約。
I am yours. Accomplish my salvation. For I have inquired into your justifications.
95 惡人窺視我，忌把我殺害，然而我仍細想您的規誡。
The sinners have waited for me, in order to destroy me. I have understood your testimonies.
96 我看任何齊全的都有界限，唯您的誡命卻廣闊無邊。
I have seen the end of the consummation of all things. Your commandment is exceedingly broad.
97 上主，我是多麼愛慕您的法律，它是我終日對默想的題目。
How have I loved your law, O Lord? It is my meditation all day long.
98 您的誡命永遠存在於我心，它使我比我的仇敵聰明。
By your commandment, you have made me able to see far, beyond my enemies. For it is with me for eternity.
99 我比我所有的教師更聰明，因為我常默想您的法令。
I have understood beyond all my teachers. For your testimonies are my (meditation)
100 我比老年的人更有智慧，因為我恪守您的律例。
I have understood beyond the elders. For I have searched your commandments.
101 我使我的腳迴避一切惡路，為叫我能夠遵守您的言語。
I have prohibited my feet from every evil way, so that I may keep your words.
102 我不偏離您的約法，因為是您教訓了我。
I have not declined from your judgments, because you have stationed a law for me.
103 您的教言對我上顎多麼甘美！在我的口中比蜂蜜更要甘美！
How sweet is your eloquence to my palate, more so than honey to my mouth!
104 由您的誡命，我獲得了聰明，因我憎惡一切欺詐的途徑。
I obtained understanding by your commandments. Because of this, I have hated every way of iniquity.
105 上主，您的言語是我腳步的明燈，是我路途上的光明。
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my paths.
106 我今起誓，我要定志，堅守您正義的諭令。
I have sworn it, and so I am determined to keep the judgments of your justice.
107 上主，我已經受苦很重，照您的諾言，保我生命。
I have been altogether humbled, Lord. Revive me according to your word.
108 上主，請悅納我口中的祭獻，請教訓我明白您的審斷。
Make the willing offerings of my mouth well pleasing, Lord, and teach me your judgments.
109 我的生命常處於危險中，但我仍不忘記您的法典。
My soul is always in my hands, and I have not forgotten your law.
110 惡人雖然給我設下陷阱，我仍然不偏離您的章程。
Sinners have set a snare for me, yet I have not strayed from your commandments.
111 您的誡命永做我的家產，因為這是我心中的喜歡。
I have acquired your testimonies as an inheritance unto eternity, because they are the exultation of my heart.
112 我要傾心遵守您的法典，千秋萬世，一直到永遠。
I have inclined my heart to do your justifications for eternity, as a recompense.
113 我惱恨心懷二意的人，對您的法律，我喜愛萬分。
I have hated the iniquitous, and I have loved your law.
114 您是我的庇護我的盾牌，因此我唯您的聖言是賴。
You are my helper and my supporter. And in your word, I have greatly hoped.
115 作惡的人，您們應離我遠去！因為我要遵守天主的法度。
Turn away from me, you malignant ones. And I will examine the commandments of my God.
116 照您的諾言，扶持我的生命，不要讓我的希望成成為泡影。
Uphold me according to your eloquence, and I will live. And let me not be confounded in my expectation.
117 求您扶持我得蒙拯救，能時常留意您的制度。
Help me, and I will be saved. And I will meditate always on your justifications.
118 凡背棄您法令的，您都鄙棄，因為他們的思念全是詐欺。
You have despised all those who fell away from your judgments. For their intention is unjust.
119 地上的惡人您都看作渣滓，因此我非常喜愛您的法制。
I have considered all the sinners of the earth to be transgressors. Therefore, I have loved your testimonies.
120 我的肉身因敬愛您而戢戰憟，對您的諭令失也知所敬愛。
Pierce my flesh with your fear, for I am afraid of your judgments.
121 我行正義及合法律的事情，別把我交於壓迫我的壞人。
I have accomplished judgment and justice. Do not hand me over to those who slander me.
122 求您保證您僕人的安全，沒有驕傲心將我磨難。
Uphold your servant in what is good. And do not allow the arrogant to slander me.
123 對您的救助和正義的諾言，我熱切渴盻已經望眼欲穿。
My eyes have failed in your salvation and in the eloquence of your justice.
124 求您照您的仁慈恩待您的僕人，也求您教訓我能明白您的章程。
Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your justifications.
125 我是您的僕人，求賜我明達，為使我能夠通曉您的約法。
I am your servant. Give me understanding, so that I may know your testimonies.
126 現今是上主行動的時候，因他們違反了您的法度。
It is time to act, O Lord. They have dissipated your law.
127 所以我愛慕您的誡律，遠勝各種黃金和寶玉。
Therefore, I have loved your commandments beyond gold and topaz.
128 我尊重您的一切誡命，憎惡所有的欺詐途徑。
Because of this, I was directed toward all your commandments. I held hatred for every iniquitous way.
129 您的約法誠然是美妙神奇，因此我的靈魂要遵守不離。
Your testimonies are wonderful. Therefore, my soul has been examined by them.
130 您的言語經過解釋必會發亮光照，連知識淺薄的人也可以通達知曉。
The declaration of your words illuminates, and it gives understanding to little ones.
131 我張開我的口嗟嘆唏嚧，因為我極渴慕您的誡律。
I opened my mouth and drew breath, for I desired your commandments.
132 求您回身向我，垂憐我，如素常對待愛您名者然。
Gaze upon me and be merciful to me, according to the judgment of those who love your name.
133 引導我的腳步履行您的訓誥，不要允許任何邪惡來主宰我。
Direct my steps according to your eloquence, and let no injustice rule over me.
134 求您救我擺挩人的欺壓，為使我能遵守您的律法。
Redeem me from the slanders of men, so that I may keep your commandments.
135 求您給您的僕人顯示您的慈顏，同時也您們給我教導您的規範。
Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your justifications.
136 我的眼淚滴滴下流有如溪水，因為他們全不遵守您的法規。
My eyes have gushed like springs of water, because they have not kept your law.
137 上主，您原是公義的，您的判決是正直的。
You are just, O Lord, and your judgment is right.
138 您以正義和至誠，立定了您的誡命。
You have commanded justice: your testimonies and your truth even more so.
139 我的熱火快要將我消耗殆盡，因為我的敵人忘了您的聖訓。
My zeal has caused me to pine away, because my enemies have forgotten your words.
140 您的教言經過千捶百鍊，您的僕人對它愛不知倦。
Your eloquence has been greatly enflamed, and your servant has loved it.
141 我雖然年記幼小，被人輕看，可是我總不忘卻您的法範。
I am young and treated with contempt. But I have not forgotten your justifications.
142 您的正義永遠公正，您的法律永遠堅定。
Your justice is justice for all eternity, and your law is truth.
143 困苦和壓迫雖然來臨我身，但您的誡命仍是我的歡欣。
Tribulation and anguish have found me. Your commandments are my (meditation)
144 您的約法永遠公允，賜我智慧，使我生存。
Your testimonies are fairness unto eternity. Give me understanding, and I will live.
145 我全心呼號，並求您俯聽，上主，我要遵守您的法令。
I cried out with my whole heart. Heed me, O Lord. I will ask for your justifications.
146 我呼號您，求您救護，我必遵守您的法度。
I cried out to you. Save me, so that I may keep your commandments.
147 天還未亮，我就起來求助，熱切期待您的訓語，
I arrived first in maturity, and so I cried out. For in your words, I have hoped beyond hope.
148 夜裏每更，我都睜開眼睛，全是為了您的聖訓。
My eyes preceded the dawn for you, so that I might meditate on your eloquence.
149 上主，請照您的仁慈俯聽我的呼聲，上主，請照您的正義使我得以重生。
Hear my voice according to your mercy, O Lord. And revive me according to your judgment.
150 非法迫害我的人已經臨近，他們都遠離了您的法令。
Those who persecute me have drawn near to iniquity, but they have been brought far from your law.
151 上主，願您時常與我親近，您一切的誡命全屬忠信。
You are near, O Lord, and all your ways are truth.
152 我早就已由您的約法得知，那都是您從永遠所立定。
I have known from the beginning about your testimonies. For you founded them in eternity.
153 求您垂視我的苦難而救拔我、因為我媲沒有忘記您的約法。
See my humiliation and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your law.
154 求您辯護我的案件而拯救我，並請依照您的諾言，使我生活。
Judge my judgment and redeem me. Revive me because of your eloquence.
155 恨不得救恩達達離開惡徒，因為他們不理睬您的法度。
Salvation is far from sinners, because they have not inquired about your justifications.
156 上主，您的仁愛何其廣闊，按照您的諭旨，賜我生命。
Many are your mercies, O Lord. Enliven me according to your judgment.
157 迫害與磨難我的人確實眾多，然而我卻不曾偏離您的法約。
Many are those who persecute me and who trouble me. I have not turned away from your testimonies.
158 奸黨惡輩我一看見就會生厭，因為他們都不遵守您的規範。
I saw the prevaricators, and I pine away. For they have not kept your word.
159 上主，請您看我如何愛您的訓令，上主，照您的仁慈保全我的生命。
O Lord, see how I have loved your commandments. Revive me in your mercy.
160 您聖言的總綱確是真實無欺，您正義的一切判斷永遠不移。
The beginning of your words is truth. All the judgments of your justice are for eternity.
161 王侯雖然無緣無故加我苦難，我的心靈仍舊敬愛您的教言。
The leaders have persecuted me without cause. And my heart has been awed by your words.
162 我對您的諾言實在歡喜若狂，像得到許多勝利品的人一像。
I will rejoice over your eloquence, like one who has found many spoils.
163 奸詐邪惡是我所恨所愛的，您的法令是我所喜所愛的。
I have held hatred for iniquity, and I have abhorred it. Yet I have loved your law.
164 為了您那正義的判詞，我一要讚美您七次。
Seven times a day, I uttered praise to you about the judgments of your justice.
165 愛慕您法律的必飽享平安，沒有一點失足跌倒的危險。
Those who love your law have great peace, and there is no scandal for them.
166 上主，我期待您的助佑，上主，我遵守您的法度。
I have waited for your salvation, O Lord. And I have loved your commandments.
167 我的靈魂恪守您的規誡，因為我對規誡十分喜愛。
My soul has kept to your testimonies and has loved them exceedingly.
168 我必要遵守您的規誡和勸言，因我的一切道路在您的面前。
I have served your commandments and your testimonies. For all my ways are before your sight.
169 上主，願我呼聲上達於您，求您照您的約言使我明理。
O Lord, let my supplication draw near in your sight. Grant understanding to me according to your eloquence.
170 願我的祈求到達您的面前，求您照您的諾言救我脫險。
Let my petition enter before you. Rescue me according to your word.
171 願我的雙脣湧溢讚美歌曲！因為您給我教授您的法律。
A hymn will burst forth from my lips, when you will teach me your justifications.
172 願我的舌頭歌詠您的訓令！因您的一切誡命盡屬公正。
My tongue will pronounce your eloquence. For all your commandments are fairness.
173 願您伸出您的手救助我！因為我揀選您的法約。
Let it be your hand that saves me. For I have chosen your commandments.
174 上主，我渴望您的救援，您的法律是我的喜樂。
O Lord, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my (meditation)
175 願我的靈魂活著讚美您，願您的斷語來支持我！
My soul will live and will praise you, and your judgments will assist me.
176 我像迷路的亡羊，請尋回您的僕人，因為我總沒有忘記您任何的誡命。
I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost. Seek out your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
