1 當以色列出離埃及時，雅各伯家離開蠻夷時，

2 猶大成了上主的聖所，以色列成了祂的王國；

3 海洋見了，頓時逃溜，約旦立即回轉倒流。

4 山嶽跳躍如公羊，丘陵舞蹈似羔羊。

5 海洋，什麼使您逃溜。約旦，什麼叫您倒流？

6 山嶽，您們為什麼跳躍像公羊？丘陵，您們為什麼舞蹈似羔羊？

7 大地，您應該在上主的面前，在雅各伯的天主面前搖撼，

8 祂使磐石變為水潭，祂使礁石變成水泉。
