尼希米記 11
1 那時，人民的首長住在耶路撒冷；其餘的人民都拈鬮，抽出十分之一的人民，遷移到耶路撒冷聖城居住，其餘九分仍留在自己的城內。

3 以下是住在耶路撒冷的本省族長；其餘的以色列人、司祭、肋未人、獻身者和撒羅滿僕役的子孫，在猶大各城中，個人住在本城內自己的產業中。
