路加福音 10
1 此後，主另外選定了七十二人，派遺他們兩個兩個地在祂在前面，到祂自己將要去的各城地去。
After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, where he himself would come.
2 祂對他們說：「莊稼多而工人少，所以你們應當求莊稼的主人，派遺工人來，收割祂的莊稼。
Therefore said he to them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
3 你們去吧! 看，我你們猶如羔羊往狼群中。
Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
4 你們不要帶錢囊，不要帶口袋，也不要帶鞋；路上也不要向人請安。
Carry neither purse, nor sack, nor shoes: and greet no man by the way.
5 不論進了那一家，先說：「願這一家平安! 」
And into whatever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.
6 那裡如有和和平之子，你們的平安就要停留在他身上；否則仍歸於你們。
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
7 你們要住在那一家，吃喝他們所供給的，因為工人自當有他的工資；你們不可從這一家挪到那一家。
And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
8 不論進了那座城，人若接納你們，給你們擺上什麼，你們就吃什麼。
And into whatever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:
9 要醫治城中的病人，並給他們說：天主國已經臨近你們了。
And heal the sick that are in it, and say to them, The kingdom of God is come near to you.
10 不論進了那座城，人如不接納你們，你們就出來，到街市上說：
But into whatever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go out into the streets of the same, and say,
11 連你們城中粘在我們腳上的塵土，我們也要給你們拂下來；但是你們當知道：天主的國已經臨近了。
Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: however be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come near to you.
12 我告訴你們：在那一日，索多瑪所受的懲罰，要比這座城容易忍受。」
But I say to you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
13 苛辣匝因啊，你是禍的了! 貝特賽達啊，你是禍的了! 因為在你們那裡所行的異能，如果行在提洛和漆冬，她們早已披上苦衣，坐在灰塵中，而改過自新了。
Woe to thee, Chorazin! woe to thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
14 但是在審判時，提洛和漆冬所受的懲罰，要比你們容易忍受。
But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shall be thrust down to hell. (Hadēs g86)
16 聽你們的，就是聽我；拒絕你們的，就是拒絕我；拒絕我的，就是拒絕那派遺我的。」
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
17 那七十二人歡喜地歸來，說：「主，因著你的名號，連惡魔都屈服於我們。」
And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us through thy name.
18 耶穌向他們說：「我看見撒旦如同閃電一般自天跌下。
And he said to them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
19 看我已經授於你們權柄，使你們踐踏在蛇蠍上，並能制伏仇敵的一切勢力，沒有什麼能傷害你們。
Behold, I give to you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
20 但是，你們不要因為魔鬼屈服於你們的這件事而喜歡，你們應當喜歡的，乃是因為你們的名字，已經登記在天上了。
However in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject to you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
21 就在那時刻，耶穌因聖神而歡欣說：「父啊! 天地的主宰，我稱謝你，因為你將這些事瞞往了智慧和明達的人，而啟示了給小孩子。是的，父啊! 你原來喜歡這樣做。
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
22 我父將一都交給我，除了父，沒有一個認識子是誰，除了子及子所願啟示的人外，也沒有一個認識父是誰的。
All things are delivered to me by my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
23 耶穌轉過身來私下對們徒說：「見你們所見的眼睛是有福的。
And he turned himself to his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:
24 我告訴你們：曾經有許多先知及君王希望看你們所見的，而沒有看見；聽你們所聽的，而沒有聽到。
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see the things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear the things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
26 耶穌對他說：「法律上記載了什麼﹖你是怎樣讀的﹖」
He said to him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 他答說：「你應當全心，全靈，全力，全意愛上上，你的天主；並愛近人如你自己。」
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 耶穌向他說：「你答應的對，你這樣做，必得生活。」
And he said to him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
29 但是，他願意顯示自己理直，又對耶穌說：「畢竟誰是我的近人﹖」
But he, wishing to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
30 耶穌答說：「有一個人從耶路撒冷下來，到了耶利哥，遭遇了強盜；他們剝去他的衣服，並加以擊傷，將他半死半活地丟下走了。
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 正巧有一個司祭那條上下來，看了看他，便從旁邊走過去。
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 又有一個肋未人，也是一樣；他到了那裡，看了看他，也從旁邊走過去。
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
33 但有一個撒馬利亞人，路過他那裏，一看見就動了憐憫的心，
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
34 遂上前，在他的傷處注上油與酒，包紮好了，又扶他騎上自己的牲口，把他帶客店裏，小心照料他。
And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 第二天，取出兩個銀錢交給店主說：請你小心看護他! 不論餘外花費多少，等我回來時，必要補還你。
And on the next day when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said to him, Take care of him; and whatever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
36 你以為這三個人中，誰是那遭遇那強盜的近人呢﹖
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour to him that fell among the thieves?
37 那人答說：「是憐憫他的那人。」耶穌遂給他說：「你去也照樣做吧! 」
And he said, He that showed mercy on him. Then said Jesus to him, Go, and do thou likewise.
38 他們走路的時候，耶穌進了一個村莊。一個名叫瑪爾大的女人，把耶穌接到家中。
Now it came to pass, as they were going, he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
39 她有一個妹妹，名叫瑪利亞，坐在主的腳前聽祂講話。
And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word.
40 瑪爾大為伺候耶穌，忙碌不已，便上前來說：「主! 我妹妹丟下我一個人伺候，你不介意嗎﹖請叫她來幫助我吧! 」
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
41 主回答她說：「瑪爾大，瑪爾大! 妳為了許多事操心忙碌，
And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art worried and troubled about many things:
42 其實需要的惟有一件。瑪利亞揀選了更好的份，一是不能從她奪去的。」
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
