以西結書 4
1 「人子，你拿一塊磚，放在你面前，把一座耶路撒冷城刻劃在上面。
Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and pourtray upon it the city, [even] Jerusalem:
2 安排圍城的事；製造攻城的雲梯，堆起攻城的高台，擺列攻城的陣營，四周架起破城機。
And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set [battering] rams against it round about.
3 再拿一個鐵鏊，將它立在你和城的中間，當作鐵牆。然後朝著城板起面孔，使城好像被圍困，你好像在攻城：這樣給以色列家一個徵兆。」
Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it [for] a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This [shall be] a sign to the house of Israel.
4 你要向左側臥下! 我把以色列家的罪惡放在你身上。你臥多少日子，就多少日子承擔他們的罪惡。
Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.
5 我把他們犯罪的年數算為三百九十日，你要在這些日子內承擔以色列家的罪惡。
For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
6 滿了那些日子，你要向右側臥下，為承擔猶大家的罪惡，共四十日；我給你規定一日算一年。
And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.
7 你要朝著被圍困的耶路撒冷板起面孔，露出臂膊，向她預言。
Therefore thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and thine arm [shall be] uncovered, and thou shalt prophesy against it.
8 看，我要用繩索捆縛你，叫你不能輾轉反側，直到你被困的日子期滿。」「
And, behold, I will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy siege.
9 你要拿小麥、大麥、豆子、扁豆、黍米和粗麥，裝在一個器皿裏，用來為你做一些餅，在你三百九十日側臥的日子內，就吃這些餅。
Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
10 每天要按分量吃，每日二十「協刻耳，」按時食用。
And thy meat which thou shalt eat [shall be] by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
11 喝水也要有分量，每日喝六分之一「歆」的水，按時而飲。
Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink.
12 你吃那食物像吃烙的大麥餅，且用人糞在他們眼前烤。」
And thou shalt eat it [as] barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.
13 上主說：「以色列子民也要這樣在我趕他們所到的異民中，吃不潔之物。」
And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I will drive them.
14 我答說：「哎呀! 吾主上主! 我從來沒有受過玷污；從幼年到現在，沒有吃過自然死的，或被撕裂的獸肉；不潔的祭肉從未進過我的口。」
Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn in pieces; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.
15 他向我說：「好罷! 我許你用牛糞代人糞烤你的餅。」
Then he said unto me, Lo, I have given thee cow’s dung for man’s dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread therewith.
16 他又向我說：「人子! 看，我要斷絕耶路撒冷的糧源，叫他們懷著焦慮吃配給的飯，懷著恐怖喝限制的水；
Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
17 甚至缺少食糧和水，個個消瘦，因自己的罪惡而歸於消滅。」
That they may want bread and water, and be astonied one with another, and consume away for their iniquity.
