申命記 27
1 梅瑟與以色列的長老吩咐人民說：「你們應遵守我今天吩咐你們的一切命令。
And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep the whole commandment which I command you this day.
2 在你們過約但河，進入上主你的天主賜給你的土地的那一天，應豎立幾塊大石，塗上石灰；
And it shall be on the day when ye pass over the Jordan unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set up for thyself great stones, and cover them with plaster;
3 在你過河進入上主你的天主賜給你的地方，即上主你祖先的天主許給你的流奶流蜜的地方之後，要立即將這法律的一切話刻在上面。
And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, so soon as thou art passed over; in order that thou mayest go in unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, a land flowing with milk and honey; as the Lord, the God of thy fathers, hath spoken unto thee.
4 所以，你們一過了約但河，就該照我今日吩咐你們的，在厄巴耳山上豎立這些石頭，塗上石灰；
And it shall be so soon as ye are gone over the Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, on mount 'Ebal; and thou shalt cover them with plaster.
5 並在那裏給上主你的天主建築一座祭壇，一座未用斧鑿的石頭修的祭壇；
And thou shalt build there an altar unto the Lord thy God, an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them.
6 應用未加入人工的石頭建築上主你的天主的祭壇，在上面給上主你的天主奉獻全燔祭，
Of whole stones shalt thou build the altar of the Lord thy God; and thou shalt offer thereupon burnt-offerings unto the Lord thy God;
7 祭獻和平祭，並在那裏設宴，在上主你的天主面前歡樂。
And thou shalt slay peace-offerings, and eat [them] there; and thou shalt rejoice before the Lord thy God.
8 在這些石頭上，應清清楚楚刻上這法律的一切話。」
And thou shalt write upon the statues all the words of this law, very plainly.
9 梅瑟和肋未司祭對全以色列人說：「以色列人! 你們應靜默細聽：你今天既成了上主你的天主的人民，
And Moses with the priests, the Levites, spoke unto all Israel, saying, Be attentive, and hearken, O Israel! this day art thou become a people unto the Lord thy God.
10 就應聽從上主你的天主的話，遵行我今日給你吩咐的上主的誡命和法令。」
Thou shalt therefore hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.
11 梅瑟在那一天又吩咐人民說：「
And Moses commanded the people on the same day, saying,
12 你們過了約但河以後，應站在革黎斤山上祝福人民的，是西默盎、肋未、猶大、依撒加爾、若瑟和本雅明；
These shall stand upon mount Gerizzim to bless the people, when ye are come over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
13 站在厄巴耳山上宣布詛咒的，是勒烏本、加得、阿協爾、則步隆、丹和納斐塔里。
And these shall stand for the sake of the curse upon mount 'Ebal: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14 肋未人應大聲向所有的以色列人喊說：
And the Levites shall commence, and say unto all the men of Israel with a loud voice,
15 那製造上主所憎惡的雕像或鑄像，並將匠人的作品，放在暗處的人，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be the man who maketh a graven or molten image, the abomination of the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place; and all the people shall answer, and say, Amen.
16 蔑視父親和母親的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that holdeth in light esteem his father or his mother; and all the people shall say, Amen.
17 移動鄰人地界的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that removeth the landmark of his neighbor; and all the people shall say, Amen.
18 領瞎子走錯路的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that causeth the blind to wander out of the way; and all the people shall say, Amen.
19 侵犯外方人、孤兒和寡婦權利的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that perverteth the cause of the stranger, of the fatherless, and of the widow; and all the people shall say, Amen.
20 與父親的妻子同寢的，是可咒罵的，因為他揭開了父親的衣襟。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; because he uncovereth his father's skirt; and all the people shall say, Amen.
21 與獸交合的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast; and all the people shall say, Amen.
22 與同父異母，或同母異父的姊妹同寢的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother; and all the people shall say, Amen.
23 與岳母同寢的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that lieth with his mother-in-law; and all the people shall say, Amen.
24 暗殺鄰人的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbor secretly; and all the people shall say, Amen.
25 接受賄賂去殺害無辜的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that taketh a bribe to slay a person, an innocent blood; and all the people shall say, Amen.
26 不堅持這法律的話而執行的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。
Cursed be he that executeth not the words of this law to do them; and all the people shall say, Amen.
