马可福音 1
1 这里讲述了上帝之子耶稣基督福音的初始。
The beginning of the gospel of Jesus (the) Messiah, the Son of God.
2 正如以赛亚先知所写：“我派遣使者提前来到，备好你要走的道路。
As it is written in Isaiah the prophet, "Look, I send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.
3 在荒野中有人在呼喊：‘预备主的道，修直他的路！’”
The voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'Prepare the way of the Lord. Make his roads straight.'"
4 施洗约翰出现在荒野中，宣讲悔改的洗礼，因此救赎罪行。
John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching a baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.
5 犹太和全耶路撒冷的人都来到他身边，承认自己的罪，在约旦河里接受他的洗礼。
And all the country of Judea went out to him and all those from Jerusalem, and they were baptized by him in the Jordan river, confessing their sins.
6 约翰身穿驼毛衣服，腰束皮带，以蝗虫和野蜜为食。
And John was clothed with camel's hair and a leather belt around his waist. He ate locusts and wild honey.
7 他这样宣讲：“在我之后将有一人到来，能力远比我强大，我甚至连弯腰给他提鞋的资格都没有。
And he preached, saying, "After me comes he who is mightier than I, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and loosen.
8 我用水给你们施洗，他却会用圣灵给你们施洗。”
I baptized you in water, but he will baptize you in the Holy Spirit."
9 这时耶稣从加利利的拿撒勒前来，在约旦河里接受约翰的洗礼。
And it happened in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
10 他从水中出来的那一刻，天裂开了，圣灵如鸽子般落在他身上。
Immediately coming up from the water, he saw the heavens parting, and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.
11 天空传来一个声音：“你是我的爱子，你让我喜悦。”
And a voice came out of the sky, "You are my beloved Son, with you I am well pleased."
12 圣灵随即将耶稣派到荒野。
And immediately the Spirit drove him out into the wilderness.
13 他在那里将待上四十天，受到撒旦的诱惑，身边是各种野兽，还有天使来看护他。
He was in the wilderness forty days tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals; and the angels were serving him.
14 之后，耶稣在约翰被捕后来到加利利，宣讲上帝的福音。
Now after John was taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the gospel of God,
15 他说：“预言的时间已到，上帝之国已来临，要悔改并相信福音。”
and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is near. Repent, and believe in the gospel."
16 耶稣沿着加利利海边行走，看见西门和他弟弟安得烈在海上撒网，他们靠打鱼过活。
And passing along by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.
17 耶稣对他们说：“跟从我吧，我要让你们成为获得人的渔夫。”
Jesus said to them, "Come, follow me, and I will make you into fishers of people."
18 他们立刻丢下渔网，跟从了他。
And immediately they left the nets, and followed him.
19 耶稣稍往前走了几步，看见西庇太的儿子雅各和弟弟约翰，正在船上整理渔网，
And going on a little further, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John, his brother, who were also in the boat mending the nets.
20 耶稣召唤他们，他们立刻离开父亲西庇太和雇工，跳下船跟从耶稣而去。
And immediately he called them, and they left their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.
21 他们去往迦百农，耶稣随即在安息日进入会堂向民众宣讲。
And they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath day he entered into the synagogue and taught.
22 民众对他的教导感到惊讶万分，因为他宣讲的方式非常权威，不像是其他的宗教老师。
And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes.
23 忽然，会堂中一个被恶灵附体之人开始喊叫：
And just then there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he shouted,
24 “拿撒勒人耶稣，你为什么要来打扰我们？你是来毁灭我们的吗？我知道你是谁，你是上帝的圣者。”
saying, "What do we have to do with you, Jesus, Nazarene? Have you come to destroy us? I know you who you are: the Holy One of God."
25 耶稣打断恶灵的话：“住口！从他身上出来！”
And Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be quiet, and come out of him."
26 恶灵嘶叫着，附体之人陷入惊厥，恶灵从他身体被驱赶出来。
And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying with a loud voice, came out of him.
27 众人都很惊讶，对彼此说：“这是什么？这新教义的权威太大了！即使恶灵也服从于他的命令！”
And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, "What is this? A new teaching? For with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him."
28 耶稣的名声立刻传遍加利利一带。
And at once the news of him went out everywhere into all the region of Galilee and its surrounding area.
29 他们走出会堂，与雅各和约翰一起去往西门和安得烈的家。
And Immediately, when they had come out of the synagogue, they came into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
30 西门的岳母此刻正发烧躺在床上，众人把这件事告诉了耶稣。
Now Simon's mother-in-law was sick in bed with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.
31 耶稣走到她面前，拉着她的手，扶她起来，高烧立刻退去，于是她开始为众人做饭。
And he came and took her by the hand, and raised her up. The fever left her, and she served them.
32 黄昏过后，有人不断把生病和被鬼附体之人带到耶稣面前。
At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to him all who were sick, and those who were possessed by demons.
33 全城的人都聚集在门外。
And all the city was gathered together at the door.
34 耶稣医好了很多人的疾病，驱走很多恶鬼。他命令恶鬼不要说话，因为鬼知道他是谁。
And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew him.
35 次日凌晨，天还没有亮，耶稣便起身来到荒郊野外进行祷告。
And early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.
36 西门和其他人去寻找耶稣。
And Simon and those who were with him followed after him;
37 找到他后就对他说：“大家都在找你呢！”
and they found him, and told him, "Everyone is looking for you."
38 耶稣对他们说：“我们必须到附近的其他城镇去，这样我就可以在那里传授福音，我就是为此而来。”
And he said to them, "Let us go somewhere else into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because I came out for this reason."
39 于是他走遍加利利各地，在会堂里传道，进行驱鬼。
And he went into their synagogues throughout all Galilee, preaching and casting out demons.
40 有一个麻风病人前来寻求帮助。他跪在耶稣面前说：“主啊！如果你愿意，就能治愈我。”
And a leper came to him, begging him, and knelt down and said to him, "Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean."
41 耶稣动了怜悯的心，便伸手摸他，说：“我愿意，你治愈了！”
And being moved with compassion, he stretched out his hand, and touched him, and said to him, "I am willing. Be cleansed."
42 这人的麻风病立刻消失了，他痊愈了。
And immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was made clean.
43 在那人离开以前，耶稣认真地警告他说：
And he strictly warned him, and immediately sent him out,
44 “不要向任何人讲述这件事。去祭司那里，让他看看你的样子，然后按照摩西的要求，为这洁净献祭，向大家作证。”
and said to him, "See you say nothing to anyone, but go show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing the things which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them."
45 但那人离开后仍然到处宣讲，把这事传开了，这也让耶稣无法再公开走进城市，只好留在外面的荒野。可仍有很多人从各处赶到他这里。
But he went out, and began to proclaim it freely, and to spread about the matter, so that Jesus could no more openly enter into a city, but was outside in desert places: and they came to him from everywhere.
