1 Hahoi kalvan katha hoi talai katha ka hmu. Bangtelah tetpawiteh apasueke kalvan hoi apasueke talai teh a kahma toe. Talîpui hai awm hoeh toe.
And I saw a new heaven, and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth were passed away: and the sea was no more.
2 Hahoi teh khopui kathoung Jerusalem katha teh Cathut koe, kalvan lahoi a kum e ka hmu. Vâ ka sak hane tangla ni a vâ nahane hoi kâhmo han nah a kamthoup e patetlah a kamthoup.
And I, John, saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem, descending from God, out of heaven, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband.
3 Hathnukkhu kalvan hoi ka tho e kacaipounge lawk ni, khenhaw! Cathut onae lukkareiim teh taminaw koe ao toe. Ama teh taminaw hoi reirei ao han. Ahnimanaw hai Ama e miphun lah ao awh vaiteh Cathut ma roeroe ahnimouh hoi rei o vaiteh ahnimae Cathut lah ao han.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he shall pitch his tent among them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be among them--their God.
4 Ama ni ahnimae mit dawk e mitphi pueng a hui pouh han. Duenae awm mahoeh toe. Lungmathoenae awm mahoeh toe. Khuikanae awm mahoeh toe. Patawnae awm mahoeh toe. Bangkongtetpawiteh ahmaloe e hno pueng teh a kahma toe tie lawk ka thai.
And he shall away wipe every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, nor grief, nor crying; nor shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 Bawitungkhung dawk ka tahung e ni, khenhaw! Kai ni hnocawngca pueng teh katha sak toe telah ati hnukkhu, thun haw! hete lawknaw teh yuemkamcu hoi katang e doeh telah a ti.
And he that sat upon the throne, said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said, Write, for these are true and faithful words.
6 Ka cum toe. Kai teh Alpha hoi Omega lah ka o. Kamtawngnae hoi poutnae lah ka o. Tui kahrannaw pueng hringnae tuiphuek ayawmlah hoi ka poe han.
And he said to me, It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End: I will give to him that is athirst, of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 Katâ e tami teh hete râwnaw hah a coe han. Kai teh ahnie Cathut lah ka o han. Ahnimouh teh ka ca lah ao awh han.
The conqueror shall inherit all things: and I will be to him a God, and he shall be to me my son.
9 Hathnukkhu runae phun sari touh hoi ka kawi e manang sari touh ka patuem e kalvantami sari touh thung dawk e buet touh ni a tho teh, kai hah na pato. Tho haw tuca ni a paluen hane tangla na patue vai a ti.
And there came one of the seven angels, who had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues; and spoke with me, saying, Come, and I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10 Hote kalvantami ni mon kalen niteh ka rasang e dawkvah Muitha lahoi kai na hrawi teh Cathut lentoenae hoi ka kawi e Jerusalem kho kathoung kalvan lahoi a kum e hah na patue.
And he brought me, in the Spirit, to a great and high mountain; and he showed me the city, the holy Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,

having the glory of God; (its luster was like that of a precious gem, even as a jasper stone, clear as crystal, )
12 Hote khopui dawk karasang poung e rapan ao teh longkha hlaikahni touh ao. Longkhakoe kalvantami hlaikahni touh ao teh hote longkhanaw dawkvah Isarel miphun hlaikahni touh e min a thut pouh.
having a great and high wall; having also twelve gates, and over the gates twelve angels, and names written upon them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel:
13 Imhmalah longkha kathum, Imhlei lah longkha kathum, Imtung lah longkha kathum, Imka lah longkha kathum touh ao.
on the east, three gates; on the north, three gates; and on the south, three gates; and on the west, three gates.
14 Kho kalupnae adu hlaikahni touh ao teh, hotnaw e a van vah tuca e guncei hlaikahni touh e min thut lah ao.
And the wall of the city had twelve foundations; and on them the names of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb.
15 Kai hoi lawk kapan e kalvantami koe hote khopui, kho longkha hoi a rapan bangnue nahanelah suicakui buet touh a sin.
And he that spoke with me, had a golden reed, that he might measure the city, and its gates and wall.
16 Hote khopui teh a takin suekâvan teh, ayung hoi adangka suekâvan. Kalvantami ni suicakui hoi khopui hah a bangnue boteh meng 1500 touh a pha. Ayung hoi adangka hoi a rasang e sue touh a kâvan.
And the city is square, and its length is equal to its breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs: and its length and its breadth, and its hight are equal.
17 Rapan hai a bangnue awh teh kalvantami e bangnuenae hoi tami e bangnuenae lahai kaawm e dong 144 touh a pha.
And he measured its wall, one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel.
18 Hote rapan teh Jasper talung hoi a sak teh khopui teh suituici hoi sak e lah ao teh, hlalang patetlah a cai roe.
And the wall was built of jasper, and the city was pure gold, like refined glass.
19 Kho tumdumnae rapan teh talung aphu kaawm e aphunphun hoi a pathoup. Apasuek vah jasper talung, apâhni vah safaiar talung, apâthum e teh chalcedony talung, apali e teh emerald talung,
And the foundations of the walls of the city, were adorned with every precious stone. The first foundation is jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, chalcedony; the fourth, emerald;
20 apanga e teh Onits talung, ataruk e teh kamelian talung. asari e teh, khrisolaih talung, ataroe e teh beril talung, atako e teh topaz talung, a hra e teh khalsedon talung, a hlaibun e teh Jacinth talung hoi a hlaikahni e teh amethyst talungnaw doeh.
the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprasus; the eleventh, hyacinth; and the twelfth, amethyst.
21 Kho longkha hlaikahni touh e teh, pale hlaikahni touh e lah ao. Longkha buet touh dawkvah pale buet touh hoi sak e lah ao. Khopui thung e lamthungpui hai suituici lah ao teh hlalang patetlah ao.
And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: each of the gates was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
22 Hote kho thungvah bawkim ka hmawt hoeh toe. Bangkongtetpawiteh, Bawipa Cathut Athakasaipounge hoi tuca teh hote khopui e bawkim lah ao.
And I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty, and the Lamb, are the temple of it.
23 Cathut e bawilennae ni khopui hah phengkaang lah a tue teh tuca teh khopui e angnae lah ao dawkvah, kanî, thapa angnae hai panki hoeh toe.
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it; for the glory of the Lord enlightened it, and the Lamb is the light of it.
24 Miphun pueng ni khopui e angnae lahoi a ceio awh han. Talai siangpahrangnaw nihai amamae a bawinae hoi barinae teh hote khopui thung a sin awh han.
And the nations of the saved shall walk in its light; and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and their honor into it.
25 Hote kho teh karum ao hoeh toung dawkvah khopui longkhanaw teh nâtuek hai khan mahoeh toe.
And the gates of it shall not be shut by day; (for there shall be no night there.)
26 Taminaw ni miphun pueng e bawilennae hoi barinae teh hote khopui thung a sin awh han.
And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it.
27 Kathounghoehe naw, panuet kathopoung niteh cawmpang kawilah kaawm hoeh e naw pueng teh khopui dawk kâen mahoeh. Tuca e hringnae cauk dawk min kaawm naw dueng ni doeh kâen awh han.
And nothing unclean shall enter into it, nor anything which practices abomination and falsehood; but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.
