2 Na taminaw e payonnae hah na ngaithoum teh, a yonnae pueng na ramuk pouh toe.
You have forgiven the iniquity of your people. You have covered all their sin. (Selah)
3 Na lungkhueknae pueng hai na dam sak teh, na lungkâannae pueng hai na kamlang takhai toe.
You have taken away all your wrath. You have turned from the fierceness of your anger.
4 Oe ka rungngangnae Cathut, bout na roung sak haw, ka lathueng na lungkhueknae teh na takhoe pouh haw.
Restore us, God of our salvation, and cause your indignation toward us to cease.
5 Kaimouh koe na lung pou a khuek han maw. Na lungkhueknae teh se pueng dawk na caksak han na maw.
Will you be angry with us forever? Will you draw out your anger to all generations?
6 Nang dawk na taminaw a konawm thai awh nahan, bout na pâhlaw mahoeh toung na maw.
Won't you revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?
7 BAWIPA, na lungmanae na hmawt sak nateh, na rungngangnae na poe haw.
Show us your loving kindness, Jehovah. Grant us your salvation.
8 BAWIPA Cathut ni a dei hane lawk hah ka tarawi han. Bangkongtetpawiteh, a taminaw hoi a tamikathoungnaw koevah, lungmawngnae lawk hah a dei han. Hatei, pathunae koe lah teh kamlang awh hanh.
I will hear what God, Jehovah, will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, his faithful ones; but let them not turn again to folly.
9 Maimae ram dawk bawilennae ao thai nahan, a rungngangnae teh ama ka taketnaw hoi a hnai tangngak.
Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that glory may dwell in our land.
10 Lungmanae hoi lawkkatang a kâhmo teh, lannae hoi lungmawngnae a kâpahnuep.
Mercy and truth meet together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
11 Lawkkatang teh talai dawk hoi a dâwn teh, lannae ni kalvan hoi a khet.
Truth springs out of the earth. Righteousness has looked down from heaven.
12 Bokheiyah, BAWIPA ni hnokahawi a poe. Maimae ram ni a tâcokhai e a pawhik teh a pung han.
Yes, Jehovah will give that which is good. Our land will yield its increase.
13 A hmalah lannae a cei vaiteh, khokhnuk teh lamthung lah a sak han.
Righteousness goes before him, And prepares the way for his steps.
