To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;

Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;

Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; (Selah)

Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.

5 Na rungngangnae dawk ka konawm awh vaiteh, Cathut min lahoi lukkarei a yap awh han. BAWIPA ni na hei e pueng kuep sak lawiseh.

We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up [our] banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.

6 BAWIPA ni satui awi e a rungngang tie atuvah panue awh toe. Kathounge kalvan hoi a rungngangnae aranglae kut, athakaawme hoi na pato han.

Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

7 Atangawn ni leng a kâuep awh teh, atangawn ni marang a kâuep awh. Hatei, kaimouh teh, BAWIPA Cathut min hah pou ka kâuep awh han.

Some [trust] in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

8 Ahnimouh teh tabut hoi a rawp awh. Hatei, kaimouh teh ka thaw awh teh, kalancalah ka kangdue awh.

They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.

9 BAWIPA rungngang haw. Ka kaw toteh siangpahrang ni na pato naseh.

Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
