Bless the LORD O my soul, O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
2 Khohna patetlah angnae na khohna teh, kalvannaw hah hni patetlah na yap.
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment; who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
3 Na onae im van adunaw hah tui dawk na pâhung teh, tâmai patet hah leng lah na coung sak teh kahlî rathei hoi na tho.
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters; who maketh the clouds his chariot; who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
4 Na patounenaw hah kahlî patetlah thoseh, thaw katawknaw hah hmaito patetlah thoseh na coung sak.
Who maketh winds his messengers; his ministers a flaming fire:
5 Talai adu hah nâtuek hai a kampuen hoeh nahanlah ka caksak e lah na o
Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved for ever.

Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a vesture; the waters stood above the mountains.

At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away;

They went up by the mountains, they went down by the valleys, unto the place which thou hadst founded for them.

He sendeth forth springs into the valleys; they run among the mountains:

They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild asses quench their thirst.
12 Ateng vah kalvan e tavanaw tabu a tuk awh teh, thingkungnaw dawk a cai awh.
By them the fowl of the heaven have their habitation, they sing among the branches.
13 A im van hoi monnaw tui a awi teh, na tawk e ni talai heh ka boum lah a kawk.
He watereth the mountains from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
14 Talai ni rawca a tâco sak nahanlah saringnaw hanlah pho a paw sak teh taminaw hanlah thingthairompo a paw sak.
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man; that he may bring forth food out of the earth:
15 Misur ni tami lungthin a nawm sak, satui ni mei a kâpi sak, rawca ni tha ao sak.
And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, [and] oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengtheneth man’s heart.
16 BAWIPA e thingkung lebanon mon vah a ung e sidar thingnaw hai a boum awh.
The trees of the LORD are satisfied; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;

Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
18 Lungha teh Athanaw o nahanelah ao teh, savehnaw teh talung koe a kâhro awh.
The high mountains are for the wild goats; the rocks are a refuge for the conies.
19 Ama ni thapa hah hnintha touk nahanlah a sak teh, kanî ni khup nahan tue a panue.
He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
20 Hmonae na sak teh hothateh karum doeh. ratu thung e saring pueng a tâconae tue lah ao.
Thou makest darkness, and it is night; Wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
21 Sendektanca ni kei hane a tawng teh, Cathut koehoi e rawca a tawng.
The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
22 Kanî a tâco toteh a onae a kâkhu dawk lengkaleng a tabo awh.
The sun ariseth, they get them away, and lay them down in their dens.
23 Tami teh thaw tawk hanelah a tâco teh, tangmin lah totouh a tawk.
Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
24 Oe BAWIPA, na sak e hno teh apap poung. Lungangnae hoi na sak e seng doeh. Talai teh na tawntanae hoi akawi.
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
25 Hete ka kaw ni teh kalen e talîpui dawkvah, touklek thai hoeh e saring kathoung kalen a kâhlai awh.
Yonder is the sea, great and wide, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
26 Haw e hmuen koe long a cei teh, hawvah ka paitun hanelah na sak e tangapui Leviathan hai ao.
There go the ships; there is leviathan, whom thou hast formed to take his pastime therein.
27 A tue a pha toteh, rawca na poe thai nahanlah abuemlahoi nang na ring awh.
These wait all upon thee, that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
28 Na poe e pueng a la awh teh, na kut na dâw teh hno kahawi hoi a kâkawk awh.
That thou givest unto them they gather; thou openest thine hand, they are satisfied with good.
29 Na minhmai na hro pouh toteh, a lungpuen awh. A kâha na lat pouh pawiteh a due awh teh vaiphu lah a coung awh.
Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled; thou takest away their breath they die, and return to their dust.
30 Na Muitha na tha toteh hotnaw teh sak e lah ao. Talai meilam hai bout na katha sak.
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created; and thou renewest the face of the ground.
31 BAWIPA bawilennae teh yungyoe kangning seh. BAWIPA teh a sak e dawk konawm naseh.
Let the glory of the LORD endure for ever; let the LORD rejoice in his works:
32 Talai a khet nah a pâyaw, mon a tek nah hmaikhu a tâco.
Who looketh on the earth, and it trembleth; he toucheth the mountains, and they smoke.
33 Ka hringyung thung BAWIPA koe la ka sak vaiteh, ka hringyung thung Cathut pholen hoi la ka sak han.
I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
34 Ka khopouknae hah ahni hanelah radip naseh. BAWIPA dawk ka konawm han.
Let my meditation be sweet unto him: I will rejoice in the LORD.
35 Tamikayon teh talai hoi raphoe lah awm naseh. Tamikathout awm hanh lawiseh. Oe kahringnae BAWIPA teh pholen haw. Hallelujah.
Let sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
