Nehemiah 3
1 Hottelah vaihma kacue Eliashib teh, a hmaunawngha vaihmanaw hoi a thaw awh teh, tu longkha a pathoup awh. Hote a thoungsak hnukkhu tho a sak awh. Meah imrasang hoi Hananel imrasang totouh a pathang awh teh, a thoungsak awh.
Then Eliashib the high priest arose with his brethren the priests, and they built the sheep-gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even to the tower of Meah they sanctified it, to the tower of Hananeel.
2 Hathnukkhu, Jeriko taminaw ni a pathoup awh. Hathnukkhu Imri capa Zakkur ni a pathoup.
And next to him built the men of Jericho. And next to them built Zaccur the son of Imri.
3 Tanga longkha teh Hassenaah capanaw ni a pathoup awh. A taren nahanelah takhang, takhang tâphai, a rawngkhan nahanelah sumtaboung a sak awh teh, a taren awh.
But the fish-gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who [also] laid its beams, and set up its doors, its locks and its bars.
4 Ahnimae hnukkhu, Uriah capa Hakkoz e cava Meremoth ni a pathoup. Hathnukkhu, Berekhiah capa, Meshezabel e cava Meshullam ni a pathoup. Hahoi Baana capa Zadok ni a pathoup.
And next to them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next to them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next to them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.
5 Hathnukkhu, Tekoanaw ni a pathoup awh. Hateiteh khothung e a lungkahanaw ni a bawipa e thaw, aloung dawk patue han ngai awh hoeh.
And next to them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their LORD.
6 Hothloilah, longkha karuem teh Paseah capa Jehoiada, hoi Besodeiah capa Meshullam ni a pathoup. A taren nahanelah tho lawng takhangnaw a sak awh.
Moreover, the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid its beams, and set up its doors, and its locks, and its bars.
7 Hathnukkhu, Gibeon tami Melatiah hoi Meronoth tami Jadon ni tui namran lah kaawm e Gibeonnaw Mizpah taminaw hoi pathoup awh.
And next to them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, to the throne of the governor on this side of the river.
8 Hathnukkhu, sui kahlun e thung hoi Harhaiah capa Uzziah ni a pathoup. Hahoi hmuitui ka sak e thung hoi Hananiah ni a pathoup teh rapan kakawpoung tie Jerusalem totouh a kalup awh.
Next to him repaired Uzziel the son of Harhaiah, of the goldsmiths. Next to him also repaired Hananiah the son of [one of] the apothecaries, and they fortified Jerusalem to the broad wall.
9 Hathnukkhu, Jerusalem khopui tangawn ka uk e Hur capa Rephaiah ni a pathoup.
And next to them repaired Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem.
10 Hahoi, Harumaph capa Jedaiah hoi a imhma lae ni pathoup. Hahoi Hashabneiah capa Hattush ni a pathoup.
And next to them repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, even over against his house. And next to him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabniah.
11 Harim capa Malkhijah hoi Pahathmoab capa Hasshub ni bout a pathoup teh imrasang dawk e takhuen hai a pathoup.
Malchijah the son of Harim, and Hashub the son of Pahath-moab, repaired the other piece, and the tower of the furnaces.
12 Hathnukkhu, Jerusalem khopui tangawn ka uk e, Hallohesh capa Shallum ni a canunaw hoi a pathoup awh.
And next to him repaired Shallum the son of Halohesh, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.
13 Ayawn dawk e longkha teh Hanun hoi Zanoah ni a pathoup. Tho taren nahane hoi longkha hai tawngtang a sak. Songnawng longkha totouh rapan a pathoup e dong 10, 000 touh a pha.
The valley-gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and a thousand cubits on the wall to the dung-gate.
14 Songnawng longkha teh Bethhakkerem khopui kaukkung Rekhab capa Malkhijah ni a pathoup. Tho a taren nahane naw hoi rawngkhan nahane naw hai tawngtang a sak.
But the dung-gate repaired Malchiah the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Beth-haccerem; he built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars.
15 Mizpah khopui kaukkung Kolhozeh capa Shallum ni tuikhu longkha a pathoup teh lemphu hai a padi hnukkhu, longkha taren nahane hai tawngtang a sak. Siangpahrang takha teng e Shiloh tuiim rapan teh Devit khopui hoi cathuknae lam totouh a pathoup.
But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king's garden, and to the stairs that go down from the city of David.
16 Ahni hnukkhu Bethzur khopui atangawn ka uk e, Azbuk capa Nehemiah ni Devit phuen tuiim hoi athakaawme taminaw e im totouh a pathoup.
After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of the half part of Beth-zur, to [the place] over against the sepulchers of David, and to the pool that was made, and to the house of the mighty.
17 Hathnukkhu, Levih tami Bani capa Rehum ni a pathoup. Hahoi Keilah khopui tangawn ka uk e Hasabiah ni amae khopui hanelah a pathoup.
After him repaired the Levites Rehum the son of Bani. Next to him repaired Hashabiah the ruler of the half part of Keilah, in his part.
18 Hahoi Keilah khopui tangawn kaukkung Henadad capa Bavvainaw ni a pathoup awh.
After him repaired their brethren, Bavai the son of Henadad, the ruler of the half part of Keilah.
19 Ahni hnukkhu, Mizpah kho kaukkung Jeshua capa Ezer ni kâtuknae puengcang hrueknae koelah luennae a pathoup.
And next to him repaired Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, another piece over against the ascent to the armory, at the turning [of the wall].
20 Hathnukkhu, Zabbai capa Baruk ni lungthocalah hoi, alouk lae hmuen, kho takin koehoi vaihma kacue Eliashib e im takhang totouh a pathoup.
After him Baruch the son of Zabbai, earnestly repaired the other piece, from the turning [of the wall] to the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
21 Ahni hnukkhu vah Koz capa, Uriah capa Meremoth ni Eliashib im takhang koehoi Eliashib im apout totouh a pathoup.
After him repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz another piece, from the door of the house of Eliashib, even to the end of the house of Eliashib.
22 Ahni hnukkhu atengpam e vaihmanaw ni a pathoup awh.
And after him repaired the priests, the men of the plain.
23 Ahni hnukkhu Benjamin hoi Hasshub ni a imhma totouh a pathoup roi. Hathnukkhu teh Ananiah capa, Maaseiah capa Azariah ni a im hma han a pathoup.
After him repaired Benjamin and Hashub, over against their house. After him repaired Azariah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ananiah, by his house.
24 Ahni hnukkhu Henadad capa Binnui ni Azariah im koehoi khopui rapan longkawinae koehoi khopui takin totouh a pathoup.
After him repaired Binnui, the son of Henadad, another piece, from the house of Azariah to the turning [of the wall], even to the corner.
25 Uzzai capa Palal ni imrasang longkawinae koehoi thongim teng siangpahrang im sak e im totouh a pathoup. Hathnukkhu Parosh capa Pedaiah ni a pathoup.
Palal, the son of Uzai, over against the turning [of the wall], and the tower which lieth out from the king's high house, that [was] by the court of the prison. After him Pedaiah, the son of Parosh.
26 Hothloilah, Nethinim tami Ophel vah kho ka sak e taminaw ni kanîtholah e tui longkha totouh hoi imrasang totouh a pathoup awh.
Moreover, the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel, to [the place] over against the water-gate towards the east, and the projecting tower.
27 Hathnukkhu, Tekoa taminaw ni alawilah kadangka lae rapan koehoi Ophel imrasang totouh a pathoup awh.
After them the Tekoites repaired another piece, over against the great projecting tower, even to the wall of Ophel.
28 Marang longkha a lathueng lae teh, vaihmanaw ni a imhma lae lengkaleng a pathoup awh.
From above the horse-gate repaired the priests, every one over against his house.
29 Ahni hnukkhu, Immer capa Zadok ni a imhma lae a pathoup. Kanîtholae longkha ramvengkung Shekaniah capa Shemaiah ni a pathoup.
After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his house. After him repaired also Shemaiah the son of Shechaniah, the keeper of the east gate.
30 Hahoi, Shelemiah capa Hananiah hoi Zalaph capa ataruk e Hanunnaw ni alouklouk lae a pathoup awh. Ahni hnukkhu, Berekhiah capa Meshullam ni a onae hmalae a pathoup.
After him repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another piece. After him repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah over against his chamber.
31 Hathnukkhu, sui kahlunkung thung hoi Malkhijah ni Miphkad longkha hmalae Nethinim taminaw e im hoi hno kayawtnaw e im totouh hoi, a takin koe lah ceinae tangkham totouh a pathoup awh.
After him repaired Malchiah the goldsmith's son, to the place of the Nethinims, and of the merchants, over against the gate Miphkad, and to the ascent of the corner.
32 Hahoi, a takin koe lah ceinae tangkham hoi Tu longkha rahak e teh suikahlunnaw hoi hno kayawtnaw ni a pathoup awh. -
And between the ascent of the corner to the sheep-gate repaired the goldsmiths and the merchants.
