1 BAWIPA ni Mosi koe bout a dei e teh,
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 Tami buetbuet touh ni a imri ni hnopai a kuem sak e dawk laithoe dei nakunghai thoseh, ayâ e hnopai a lawp nakunghai thoseh, laithoe a dei teh a imri a dum nakunghai thoseh,
“When any person sins, and has committed a trespass against YHWH, and has lied to his fellow concerning a deposit, or concerning fellowship, or concerning violent robbery, or has oppressed his fellow;
3 Kahmat e hno a hmu navah laithoe a dei teh thoe ka bo nakunghai thoseh, hot patet lae yonnae buetbuet touh a sak teh BAWIPA koe sakpayon pawiteh,
or has found a lost thing, and has lied concerning it, and has sworn to a falsehood, concerning one of all [these] which man does, sinning in them:
4 Hote tami teh a yon kecu dawkvah, a lawphno ayâ dum laihoi a hmu e hnopai, ayâ ni a kuem sak e hnopai, a pâphawng e hnopai,
then it has been, when he sins and has been guilty, that he has returned the plunder which he has violently taken away, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression, or the deposit which has been deposited with him, or the lost thing which he has found;
5 Kahmanhoeh lahoi thoe a kâbo e hnopai phu, a hmu e a phu hoi cungtalah, yon thuengnae hnin dawkvah katawnkung koe panga touh dawk pung touh, bout a poe sin han.
or all that concerning which he swears falsely, he has even repaid it in its principal, and he is adding to it its fifth; he gives it to him whose it [is] in the day of his guilt-offering.
6 Yonnae a sak e dawk thueng nahanelah, kacueme tutan hah BAWIPA koe, vaihma hmalah a thokhai han.
And he brings his guilt-offering to YHWH, a ram, a perfect one, out of the flock, at your valuation, for a guilt-offering, to the priest,
7 Vaihma ni hote tami hanelah, BAWIPA koe yonthanae sak pouh pawiteh, ahnie yonnae pueng teh ngaithoum lah ao han atipouh.
and the priest has made atonement for him before YHWH, and it has been forgiven him, concerning one thing of all that he does, by being guilty therein.”
8 BAWIPA ni Mosi koe bout a dei e teh,
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
9 Nang ni Aron hoi a capanaw koe, na dei pouh hane teh, hmaisawi thuengnae teh, sathei hah khoungroe hmai van karum tuettuet khodai totouh na o sak vaiteh, thuengnae khoungroe hmai teh pou na kamtawi sak han.
“Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This [is] a law of the burnt-offering: the burnt-offering on [the] burning pile [remains] on the altar all the night until the morning, and the fire of the altar is burning on it.
10 Vaihma ni lukkarei khohna a khohna vaiteh, khoungroe van e hraba a kawn vaiteh, khoungroe teng a ta han.
And the priest has put on his long robe of fine linen, and he puts his fine linen trousers on his flesh, and has lifted up the ashes which the fire consumes with the burnt-offering on the altar, and has put them near the altar;
11 A khohna e bout a kâhleng vaiteh, hote hraba hah alawilah kathounge hmuen koe a sin han.
and he has stripped off his garments, and has put on other garments, and has brought out the ashes to the outside of the camp, to a clean place.
12 Thuengnae khoungroe hmai teh dout laipalah pou a kamtawi han. Vaihma ni amom tangkuem hmai a racum vaiteh thing van sathei a hruek han. Hote khoungroe van roum thuengnae sathei hai hmai a sawi han.
And the fire on the altar is burning on it, it is not quenched, and the priest has burned wood on it morning by morning, and has arranged the burnt-offering on it, and has made incense on it [with] the fat of the peace-offerings;
13 Thuengnae khoungroe hmai teh roum sak laipalah pou kamtawi sak han.
fire is continually burning on the altar, it is not quenched.
14 Tavai thuengnae teh Aron e capanaw ni khoungroe hmalah BAWIPA koe a thokhai awh han.
And this [is] a law of the present: sons of Aaron have brought it near before YHWH to the front of the altar,
15 Tavai vai touh kasum, satui youn touh, frankinsen abuemlah a la vaiteh, BAWIPA koe hmuitui hanlah khoungroe van hmai a sawi han.
and [one] has lifted up of it with his hand from the flour of the present, and from its oil, and all the frankincense which [is] on the present, and has made incense on the altar of refreshing fragrance—its memorial to YHWH.
16 Kacawie naw teh Aron hoi a capanaw ni kamkhuengnae lukkareiim thung hmuen kathoung koe tonphuenhoehe a ca awh han.
And Aaron and his sons eat the remnant of it; it is eaten [with] unleavened things in a holy place—they eat it in the court of the Tent of Meeting.
17 Hote tavai dawk ton phuen vaiteh, vaiyei lah na sak mahoeh. Hmai hoi Kai koe thuengnae sak e thung dawk hote vaiyei hah ahnimouh hanlah kai ni ka poe toe. Yontha thuengnae, kâtapoe thuengnae patetlah kathoungpounge lah ao.
It is not baked [with] anything fermented; I have given it [for] their portion out of My fire-offerings; it [is] most holy, like the sin-offering, and like the guilt-offering.
18 Aron hoi a capanaw pueng ni a ca awh han. Hmai hoi BAWIPA koe thuengnae ka tawk e pueng teh a kamthoung awh han, telah nangmae miphun catounnaw totouh a sak hane kâlawk doeh telah ati.
Every male among the sons of Aaron eats it—a continuous statute throughout your generations, out of the fire-offerings of YHWH. All that comes against them is holy.”
19 BAWIPA ni Mosi koe bout a dei pouh e teh,
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
20 Aron hoi a capanaw ni satui a awinae hnin hoi, a yungyoe e thuengnae lah ao thai nahanlah, tavai ephah pung hra pung touh, amom lah tangawn tangduem lah tangawn BAWIPA koe thuengnae a sak awh han.
“This [is] an offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they bring near to YHWH in the day of his being anointed: a tenth of the ephah of flour [for] a continual present, half of it in the morning, and half of it in the evening;
21 Hote tavai hah satui a awi vaiteh, ukkang dawk a karê vaiteh, vaiyei lah a sak hnukkhu, a thokhai awh vaiteh, a raen hnukkhu a kanuikapin naw hah BAWIPA koe hmuitui hanlah thuengnae a sak han.
it is made on a griddle with oil—you bring it in stirred; you bring baked pieces of the present near [for] a refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
22 Aron e hmuen dawk satui awi lah kaawm e a capa ni hai hote thuengnae a sak han. BAWIPA hanelah a yungyoe e kâlawk lah ao.
And the priest who is anointed in his stead, from among his sons, makes it; [it is] a continuous statute of YHWH; it is completely burned as incense;
23 Vaihma hanelah tavai thuengnae kaawm pueng hmai koung a sawi han. Khoeroe cat mahoeh telah ati.
and every present of a priest is a whole burnt-offering; it is not eaten.”
24 BAWIPA ni Mosi koe bout a dei pouh e teh,
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
25 Nang ni Aron hoi a capanaw koe na dei pouh hane teh, yon thuengnae teh hmaisawi thuengnae sathei theinae hmuen koe, yonthanae sathei thei han. Hot teh, kathoungpounge lah ao.
“Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, This [is] a law of the sin-offering: in the place where the burnt-offering is slaughtered, the sin-offering is slaughtered before YHWH; it [is] most holy.
26 yontha nahanlah thuengnae na ka sak pouh e vaihma ni kamkhuengnae lukkareiim thung hmuen kathoung koe a ca han.
The priest who is making atonement with it eats it; it is eaten in a holy place, in the court of the Tent of Meeting;
27 Hote moi kâbet e pueng teh a thoung. Thi ni a tâcawn sin e khohnanaw hmuen kathoung koe a pâsu han.
all that comes against its flesh is holy, and when [any] of its blood is sprinkled on the garment, that on which it is sprinkled you wash in the holy place;
28 Hote moi thawngnae talai hlaam rek hem han. Rahum hlaam pawiteh, hma vaiteh tui hoi pâsu han.
and an earthen vessel in which it is boiled is broken, and if it is boiled in a bronze vessel, then it is scoured and rinsed with water.
29 Vaihma tongpa naw pueng ni a ca awh han.
Every male among the priests eats it—it [is] most holy;
30 Kathoung poung e lah ao. Yonthanae sathei thi hah hmuen kathoung koe yontha nahanelah, kamkhuengnae lukkareiim thung a sin vaiteh, hote sathei moi hah cat mahoeh. Hmai a sawi han.
and no sin-offering, [any] of whose blood is brought into the Tent of Meeting to make atonement in the holy place, is eaten; it is burned with fire.”
