1 Aron e capa roi ni BAWIPA hmalah thuengnae a sak teh a due roi hnukkhu, BAWIPA ni Mosi koe a dei pouh e teh,

Fvrthermore the Lord spake vnto Moses, after the death of the two sonnes of Aaron, whe they came to offer before the Lord, and dyed:

2 Na hmau Aron ni a due hoeh nahanelah, hmuen kathoung dawk thingkong van, lungmanae tungkhung hmalah nâtuek hai kâen sak hanh. Kai teh thingkong van, lungmanae tungkhung hmalah tâmai dawk hoi ka kamnue han.

And the Lord sayd vnto Moses, Speake vnto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the Holy place within the vayle, before the Merciseate, which is vpon the Arke, that he dye not: for I wil appeare in the cloude vpon the Merciseate.

3 Aron ni lukkarei hmuen kathoung thung bangtelah hoi maw a kâen han tetpawiteh, yon thueng nahanelah, a kum kanaw e maitotan buet touh, hmaisawi thueng nahanelah tutan buet touh a thokhai han.

After this sort shall Aaron come into the Holy place: euen with a yong bullocke for a sinne offring, and a ramme for a burnt offring.

4 Kathounge lukkarei angki hoi hna a khohna vaiteh lukkarei taisawm a kâyeng han. Lukkarei lupawk hai a pawk han. Hote khohnanaw teh a thoung dawkvah, tui a kamhluk hnukkhu a khohna han.

He shall put on the holy linnen coate, and shall haue linnen breeches vpon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linnen girdle, and shall couer his head with a linnen miter: these are the holy garments: therefore shall hee wash his flesh in water, when he doeth put them on.

5 Isarel miphun tamimaya naw koe e, yon thueng nahanelah hmaeca kahni touh, hmaisawi thueng nahanelah tu buet touh a la han.

And hee shall take of the Congregation of the children of Israel, two hee goates for a sinne offring, and a ramme for a burnt offring.

6 Aron ni amae yon thueng nahanelah maito a thueng vaiteh, ama hoi a imthungkhunaw hanelah yonthanae a sak han.

Then Aaron shall offer the bullocke for his sinne offring, and make an atonement for himselfe, and for his house.

7 Hmae kahni touh hai a thokhai vaiteh, kamkhuengnae lukkareiim takhang koe, Cathut hmalah a poe han.

And he shall take the two hee goates, and present them before the Lord at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.

8 Aron ni hmae kahni touh hane kong dawk cungpam a rayu han. Buet touh e Cathut hanelah a rayu vaiteh, bout touh e teh kahrawngum tha hanelah a rayu han.

Then Aaron shall cast lots ouer the two hee goates: one lot for the Lord, and the other for the Scape goate.

9 Cathut e cungpam lah a rayu e hmae teh Aron ni a la vaiteh yon thueng nahanelah a thueng han.

And Aaron shall offer the goat, vpon which the Lords lot shall fal, and make him a sinne offring.

10 Tha hanelah cungpam a rayu e hmae teh a hring lahoi Cathut hmalah a poe vaiteh, a lathueng yonthanae a sak hnukkhu, kahrawngum a nganae koe a tha han.

But the goate, on which the lot shall fall to be the Scape goate, shalbe presented aliue before the Lord, to make reconciliation by him, and to let him go (as a Scape goate) into the wildernes.

11 Aron ni amae yon thueng nahanelah maito a thokhai hnukkhu, ama hoi a imthungkhunaw hanelah yonthanae a sak vaiteh, amae yon thuengnae maito a thei han.

Thus Aaron shall offer the bullocke for his sinne offring, and make a reconciliation for himselfe, and for his house, and shall kill the bullocke for his sinne offring.

12 Cathut hmalah khoungroe hmaisaan hoi kakawi e tongben buet touh a la vaiteh, kanui lah phawm e hmuitui kutvang touh hoi, lukkarei yap e athunglah kâenkhai han.

And he shall take a censer full of burning coles from off the altar before the Lord, and his handfull of sweete incense beaten small, and bring it within the vayle,

13 Aron ni duenae dawk hoi a hlout nahanelah hmuitui e hmaikhu ni lawkpanuesaknae thingkong khuem hmuitui sak hanelah BAWIPA hmalah hmuitui van a phuen han.

And shall put the incense vpon the fire before the Lord, that the cloude of the incense may couer the Merciseat that is vpon the Testimonie: so he shall not dye.

14 Maito thi youn touh a la vaiteh, Kanîtholah thingkong khuem van a kutdawn hoi a kahei han. Thingkong khuem a hmalah hai vai sari touh a kutdawn hoi a kahei han.

And hee shall take of the blood of the bullocke, and sprinkle it with his finger vpon the Merciseat Eastward: and before the Merciseate shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seuen times.

15 Hathnukkhu, taminaw hanelah yon thuengnae hmae a thei vaiteh, a thi hah lukkarei yap e athunglah a kâenkhai hnukkhu, maito thi a kahei e patetlah thingkong khuem van thoseh, a hmalah hai thoseh, a kahei han.

Then shall he kill the goate that is the peoples sinne offring, and bring his blood within the vaile, and doe with that blood, as he did with the blood of the bullocke, and sprinckle it vpon the Merciseate, and before the Merciseate.

16 Isarel miphunnaw e thounghoehnae yon dawk thoseh, kâtapoenae yon pueng dawk thoseh, hmuen kathoung hanelah yonthanae a sak han. Hottelah, Isarel miphunnaw thounghoehnaw yon thung kaawm e naw kamkhuengnae lukkareiim hanelah a sak han.

So he shall purge the Holy place from the vncleannes of the children of Israel, and from their trespasses of all their sinnes: so shall he do also for the Tabernacle of the Cogregation placed with them, in the middes of their vncleannesse.

17 Hmuen kathoung koe yonthanae sak hanelah, a kâen nah, ama hanelah a imthungnaw hanelah, Isarel miphun abuemlah hanelah, yonthanae a sak teh, a tâco hoehroukrak kamkhuengnae lukkareiim thung apihai awm mahoeh.

And there shalbe no man in the Tabernacle of the Congregation, when he goeth in to make an atonement in the Holy place, vntill hee come out, and haue made an atonement for himselfe, and for his housholde, and for all the Congregation of Israel.

18 BAWIPA hmalah khoungroe koe bout a tâco vaiteh, yonthanae a sak hanelah, maito thi, hmae thi, a la vaiteh khoungroe kinaw dawk a hlun han.

After, he shall goe out vnto the altar that is before the Lord and make a reconciliation vpon it, and shall take of the blood of the bullocke, and of the blood of the goate, and put it vpon the hornes of the Altar round about:

19 Thuengnae khoungroe van hai hote thi hah a kutdawn hoi vai sari touh a kahei vaiteh, Isarel miphunnaw e thounghoehnae a thoung sak han.

So shall hee sprinkle of the blood vpon it with his finger seuen times, and clense it, and halowe it from the vncleannes of the children of Israel.

20 Hottelah, hmuen kathoung hanelah, kamkhuengnae lukkareiim hanelah, khoungroe hanelah, yonthanae a sak hnukkhu, hmae a hring lah a thokhai han.

When he hath made an ende of purging the Holy place, and the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and the altar, then he shall bring the liue goate:

21 Aron ni kahring e hmae lû van a kut kahni touh hoi a toung vaiteh, Isarel miphunnaw e yonnae naw hoi a sakpayonnae pueng yonpâpho vaiteh, hmae lû van a toung pouh hnukkhu, a rawi e tami buet touh ni kahrawngum a ceikhai han.

And Aaron shall put both his handes vpon the head of the liue goate, and confesse ouer him al the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their trespasses, in all their sinnes, putting them vpon the head of the goate, and shall sende him away (by the hand of a man appointed) into the wildernes.

22 Ahnimae yonnae pueng tami ohoehnae hmuen koe ka cetkhai e hote hmae hah kahrawngum a tha han.

So the goate shall beare vpon him all their iniquities into the land that is not inhabited, and he shall let the goate go into the wildernesse.

23 Aron ni kamkhuengnae lukkareiim thung bout a kâen vaiteh, hmuen kathoung koe apasuek a kâen navah, a kho e loukloukkaang e khohna a kho e hah a rading vaiteh, hmuen kathoung koe a ta han.

After, Aaron shall come into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and put off the linnen clothes, which he put on when he went into the Holy place, and leaue them there.

24 Hmuen kathoung koe tui a kamhluk vaiteh amae khohna a khohna hnukkhu, bout a tâco vaiteh, Ama hoi taminaw hanelah hmaisawi thuengnae sathei hah a thueng vaiteh, Ama hoi ayânaw hanelah yonthanae a sak han.

Hee shall wash also his flesh with water in the Holy place, and put on his owne rayment, and come out, and make his burnt offring, and the burnt offring of the people, and make an atonement for himselfe, and for the people.

25 Yon thuengnae sathei thaw teh khoungroe van vah hmai a sawi han.

Also the fatte of the sinne offring shall he burne vpon the altar.

26 Kahrawngum hmae ka tha e tami hai amae khohna a pâsu vaiteh tui a kamhluk hnukkhu, a onae rim dawk bout a kâen han.

And he that caried forth the goat, called the Scape goat, shall wash his clothes, and wash his flesh in water, and after that shall come into the hoste.

27 Yon thuengnae maito hoi yon thuengnae hmae thi yonthanae sak hanelah hmuen kathoung koe kâenkhai e hah rim alawilah a ceikhai han. A pho, a moi, hoi a ei hah hmaisawi han.

Also the bullocke for the sinne offring, and the goate for the sinne offring (whose blood was brought to make a reconciliation in the Holy place) shall one carie out without the hoste to be burnt in the fire, with their skinnes, and with their flesh, and with their doung.

28 Hmai ka sawi e tami hai amae khohna a pâsu vaiteh, tui a kamhluk han. Hathnukkhu, roenae rim koe a cei han.

And hee that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and wash his flesh in water, and afterward come into the hoste.

29 Nangmouh ni na tarawi awh hane phung teh Isarelnaw thoseh, nangmouh koe kaawm e imyinnaw thoseh, Asari e thapa, hnin hra hnin vah, thaw na tawk awh mahoeh. Na kâhat awh han.

So this shalbe an ordinance for euer vnto you: the tenth day of the seuenth moneth, yee shall humble your soules, and do no worke at all, whether it be one of the same countrey or a strager that soiourneth among you.

30 Bangkongtetpawiteh, BAWIPA hmalah nangmanaw yonnae pueng dawk hoi na thoung awh nahanelah, hote hnin dawk vaihma ni nangmouh na thoung a nahanelah yonthanae a sak han.

For that day shall ye Priest make an atonement for you to clense you: ye shalbe cleane from all your sinnes before the Lord.

31 Hote hnin teh nangmouh na kâhat nahanelah sabbath hnin lah ao dawkvah duem na kâhat awh han.

This shall be a Sabbath of rest vnto you, and ye shall humble your soules, by an ordinance for euer.

32 A na pa e yueng lah vaihma thaw ka tawk hanelah, apasueke vaihma kut dawk hoi satui awi lah kaawm e tami ni yonthanae a sak han. Hote vaihma teh kathounge lukkarei khohna a khohna han.

And the Priest whom he shall anoynt, and whom he shall cosecrate (to minister in his fathers steade) shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linnen clothes and Holy vestments,

33 Hmuen kathoung hanelah, kamkhuengnae lukkareiim hanelah, khoungroe hanelah, vaihmanaw hanelah, tami pueng hanelah yonthanae a sak han.

And shall purge the Holy Sanctuarie and the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and shall clense the altar, and make an atonement for the Priests and for all the people of the Congregation.

34 Hete phung teh Isarel miphunnaw ni a yonnae kaawm pueng dawk, kum touh dawk vai touh, yonthanae sak hanelah, nangmouh ni pou na tarawi a hanelah, kâpoe e lah ao telah Cathut ni Mosi koe lawkthui e patetlah Aron ni a sak.

And this shalbe an euerlasting ordinance vnto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sinnes once a yeere: and as the Lord commanded Moses, he did.
