< Judah 1 >
1 Jisuh Khrih e a san, Jem e a nawngha kai Judah ni, Cathut ni a lungpataw teh Jisuh Khrih ni a kaw e taminaw ca na patawn awh.
Jude, Jesus Christ’s servant, and brother of James, unto, the called, by God the Father, beloved, and, by Jesus Christ preserved, —
2 Lungmanae, lungmawngnae, hoi lungpatawnae teh nangmouh koe pung lawiseh.
Mercy to you, and peace, and love, be multiplied!

Beloved! though I was using all diligence to be writing unto you concerning our common salvation, yet have I had necessity to write at once unto you, exhorting you to be earnestly contending for, the faith, once for all delivered unto the saints.
4 Bangkongtetpawiteh, Cathut e a lungmanae hah, amae ngainae koe lah a pakhuppathan teh, maimae Bawipa Jisuh Khrih hah ka hnoun niteh, apuengcue hoi yonphukhangnae, noutnae a ta tangcoung e tami kaponaw arulahoi duem a kâen awh.
For there have crept in unobserved certain men, who, from of old, have been publicly notified for this sentence, ungodly, men, the favour of our God, turning into wantonness, and, our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ, denying.
5 Hatdawkvah, na panue awh tangcoung e ei, na kâhruetcuet awh nahanelah bout ka dei ngai e teh, a yungyoe ka hring e Cathut ni Isarelnaw hah Izip ram hoi a tâcokhai nah ka yuem hoeh e naw hah bout a raphoe.
I am minded, therefore, to put you in remembrance, —though ye know all things once for all, That the Lord, when a people out of Egypt he had saved, in, the next place, them that believed not, destroyed.
6 Hothloilah, amamae hmuen dawk awm laipalah, amamae hmuen ka cettakhai awh e kalvantaminaw hah lawkcengnae hnin kalenpoung dawk lawkceng hanelah hmonae thungvah a yungyoe kateknae lahoi a paung. (aïdios )
Messengers also, even them who had not kept their own principality, but had forsaken their proper dwelling, unto the judgment of the great day in perpetual bonds under thick gloom, hath he reserved. (aïdios )
7 Hot patetvanlah, Sodom hoi Komorah kho koehoi kamtawng teh, a tengpam e khonaw pueng ni, ahmaloe dei tangcoung e tami kaponaw patetlah kamsoumhoehe yonnae hah a sak awh teh, mae yu hoeh e naw hoi a yon awh teh, a hring awh dawkvah, a yungyoe e hmai hoi reknae a khang awh teh khetsin hanelah sut a kamnue. (aiōnios )
As, Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, having in like manner to these given themselves over to fornication, and gone away after other kind of flesh, lie exposed as an example, a penalty of age-abiding fire, undergoing. (aiōnios )
8 Hot boiboe lah, hot patet e taminaw niteh, amamae a takthai a khin sak awh teh, kâtawnnae a oun awh. Bawilennae hoi kaawm e taminaw hah a pathoe awh.
In like manner, nevertheless, even these, in their dreamings, flesh indeed defile, while lordship they set aside, and dignities they defame.
9 Hatei, kalvantaminaw ukkung bawi Mikel niteh, Mosi e tak hah kahraimathout hoi a kâlawp roi navah, tha hoi oun laipalah, Cathut ni mah na yue lawiseh telah doeh atipouh.
Whereas, Michael, the chief-messenger, when, with the adversary, disputing, he was reasoning about the body of Moses, durst not impose on him a defamatory sentence, but said—The Lord rebuke thee!
10 Hote taminaw teh, amamouh ni a panue awh hoeh e hah a pathoe awh. Saringnaw patetlah amamouh ni a panue awh e hoi amahoima a kâparo awh.
But, these, whatsoever things, indeed, they know not, they defame; but, whatsoever things, naturally, like the irrational creatures, they well understand, by these, are they, bringing themselves to ruin.
11 Ahnimouh teh yawthoe lah ao awh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, Kain hnuk a kâbang awh. Aphu hmu hane ngai lahoi yah, Balaam a yon e patetlah a yon awh. Korah e a yon e lahoi rawknae koe a pha awh.
Alas for them! because—in the way of Cain have they gone, and, in the error of Balaam’s wage, have they run riot, and, in the gainsaying of Korah, have they perished.
12 Lungpatawnae pawi koe rei kacatnaw hah barinae tawn laipalah, a kâsokâroum awh teh min mathoenae hoi ao awh. Kahlî ni a palek e tui laipalah e tâmai patetlah ao awh. Kawt ka kamyai niteh, a paw paw laipalah, vai hni touh kadout niteh, phawk lah kaawm e thingkung patetlah ao awh.
These are they—who, in your love-feasts, are hidden rocks, as they fare sumptuously together, fearlessly, themselves, shepherding, —clouds without water, by winds swept along, trees autumnal, fruitless, twice dead, uprooted,
13 Kayanae ka phuen sak e tuicapa patetlah Âsi kamleng e patetlah ao awh. Hote Âsi kamleng e naw hanelah a yungyoe hmonae teh sut ta e lah ao. (aiōn )
Wild waves of sea, foaming out their own infamies, wandering stars, for whom the gloom of darkness age-abiding hath been reserved. (aiōn )
14 Adam e a catoun, a se sarinae, Enok ni Cathut teh touklek thai hoeh e a tami kathoungnaw hoi a tho a han ti teh profet lawk lahoi a dei.
But the seventh from Adam, Enoch, prophesied, even of these, saying—Lo! the Lord hath come with his holy myriads, —
To execute judgment against all, and to convict all the ungodly—of all their works of ungodliness, which they committed in ungodliness, and of all the hard things which they have spoken against him—sinners, ungodly!
These, are murmurers, complainers, according to their covetings, going on, —and, their mouth, speaketh great swelling words, —holding persons in admiration, for profit’s sake.
17 Ka lungpataw e naw, a hnukteng e atueng dawkvah, mae cathutlaipa radueknae dawk ka hring awh niteh,
But, ye, beloved! remember the things which were foretold by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ,
18 ka pacekpahlek e taminaw teh a tho awh han titeh, maimae Bawipa Jisuh Khrih e gunceinaw ni sut a dei awh e lawk hah pâkuem awh.
How that they used to say to you—In the last time, there shall be mockers, —according to their own ungodly covetings, going on.
19 Ahnimouh teh nangmouh na kapek hane tami, takngainae dawk dueng ka hring a niteh, kathounge muitha tawn awh hoeh.
These, are they who make complete separation, mere men of soul, Spirit, not possessing.
20 Ka lungpataw e ka huinaw, ka thoung poung e yuemnae dawkvah, namahoima roung awh nateh, Kathoung Muitha lahoi ratoum awh.
But, ye, beloved! building yourselves up in your most holy faith, in Holy Spirit, praying,
21 Cathut lungpatawnae dawk awm awh nateh, a yungyoe hringnae koe na hrawi han ti hoi Bawipa Jisuh Khrih e a lungmanae hah ngaihawi awh. (aiōnios )
Yourselves, in God’s love, keep, —awaiting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, unto age-abiding life. (aiōnios )
22 Lunghringnae hoi kaawmnaw hah pahren awh.
And, on some, indeed, have mercy, —such as are in doubt, be saving, out of the fire, snatching them;
23 Takthai ngainae lahoi kakhine khohna hah panuet awh. Tami tangawn hah hmai thung hoi rasat awh nateh rungngang awh, takinae hoi pahren awh.
But, on others, have mercy with fear, hating even, the garment, spotted by the flesh.
24 Rawpnae dawk hoi a hlout awh teh nangmouh na khenyawn thai e, yonnae awm laipalah, lunghawinae hoi kakawi e nangmouh hah bawilennae hmalah na ka thak thai e,
Now, unto him who is able—to guard you from stumbling, and to set you in the presence of his glory, without blemish, with exultation, —
25 Maimouh na ka Rungngangkung, Bawi buet touh dueng e Cathut ni, maimae Bawipa Jisuh Khrih lahoi bawilennae, taluenae, uknae, hoi bahu teh atu hoi a yungyoe ditouh awm yungyoe lawiseh! Amen. (aiōn )
Unto God alone our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, greatness, dominion, and authority, before all the [by-gone] age, and now, and unto all the [coming] ages. Amen! (aiōn )
