Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the guard, saying,
2 Hno kasakkung BAWIPA, kacakcalah ka sak e BAWIPA, a min teh BAWIPA doeh.
"Thus says the LORD who made the earth, and who formed it to establish it; the LORD is his name:
3 Na kaw haw, na pato han, hnokalen hoi hrolawk na panue boihoeh e na hmu sak han.
'Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and hidden things, which you do not know.'
4 Isarel BAWIPA Cathut ni hete khopui dawk e imnaw hoi Judah siangpahrang imnaw tahloi hoi talai kacoum thung ringnae sak hanelah a kayei awh teh, a raphoe awh e kong dawk hettelah a dei.
For thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are broken down to make a defense against the mounds and against the sword;

while men come to fight with the Chaldeans, and to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have killed in my anger and in my wrath, and for all whose wickedness I have hidden my face from this city:
6 Khenhaw! damnae hoi hawinae ka pha sak han, ka damsak vaiteh kacakpounge roumnae hoi lawkkatang hah ka kamnue sak han.
'Look, I will bring it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth.
7 Judah nuencang hoi Isarel nuencang hah ka thung pouh han, ahmaloe pasuek e patetlah bout kangdue sak han.
I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first.
8 Kai taranlahoi a sak awh e sak payonnae naw thung hoi kathoung sak han, a sak awh e payonnae hoi kâtapoenae naw pueng ka ngaithoum han.
I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, by which they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, by which they have sinned against me, and by which they have transgressed against me.
9 Hahoi, hete khopui heh talai van e miphunnaw pueng ahnimouh hanlah hawinae ka sak e kahmawtnaw e hmalah, kai hanlah nawmnae hoi pholennae hoi bawilennae lah ao awh vaiteh hawinae hoi roumnae ahnimouh lathueng ka phasak e naw pueng taki laihoi a pâyaw awh han.
This city shall be to me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory, before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do to them, and shall fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I procure to it.'
10 BAWIPA ni hettelah a dei, hete hmuen, Judah khopui patenghai tami hoi saring awm laipalah kingdi e hoi Jerusalem lamthungnaw dawk hai tami hoi saring kho kasaknaw awm laipalah he a rawk toe, telah ati awh dawkvah.
"Thus says the LORD: 'Yet again there shall be heard in this place, about which you say, "It is waste, without man and without animal," even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without animal,
11 Konawmnae lawk, oe, yu kâpaluen e pawlawk hoi ransahu BAWIPA koe lunghawilawk dei awh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, BAWIPA teh ahawi, lungmanae teh yungyoe a kangning ka tet e lawk hoi BAWIPA im dawk lunghawilawkdeinae thuengnae kathokhainaw e lawk hah bout ka thai han toe, telah BAWIPA ni a dei.
the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who say, "Give thanks to the LORD of hosts, for the LORD is good, for his loving kindness endures forever; who bring thanksgiving into the house of the LORD." For I will cause the captivity of the land to return as at the first,' says the LORD.

13 Mon dawk e khopuinaw hoi tanghling dawk e khopuinaw dawk, a ka lae khopui hoi Benjamin ram, Jerusalem tengpamnaw hoi Judah khopuinaw, ahnimouh ka parei e kut rahim vah tunaw a khoum awh han, telah BAWIPA ni a dei.
In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the Negev, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks again pass under the hands of him who numbers them,' says the LORD.

'Look, the days come,' says the LORD, 'that I will perform that good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and concerning the house of Judah.
15 Hatnae hnin hoi tueng dawk lannae ka dawn e a hna kanawca e hah Judah taminaw koe hoi ka tâcosak han, hote ram dawk kalancalah lawkceng han.
In those days, and at that time, will I cause a Branch of righteousness to grow up to David; and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.
16 Hote hnin dawk Judah teh rungngang lah ao vaiteh Jerusalem teh karoumcalah ao han. Hote BAWIPA teh lannae BAWIPA (Jehovah Tsikkenu) tie a min lah ao.
In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely; and this is the name by which she shall be called: "The LORD our righteousness."
17 Bangkongtetpawiteh, BAWIPA ni hottelah a dei, Devit ni Isarel imthung bawitungkhung dawk ka tahung hane vout mahoeh.
For thus says the LORD: "David shall never want a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel;
18 Vaihma Levih miphun ni hai ka hmalah sathei thuengnae poe hane hoi canei poe hane, thuengnae pou sak hanlah tami vout mahoeh, telah ati.
neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to burn meal offerings, and to do sacrifice continually."'"
19 BAWIPA e lawk Jeremiah koe a pha.
The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
20 BAWIPA ni hettelah a dei, kaie kanîthun lawkkam hoi tangmin lawkkam na raphoe thai awh teh kanîthun hoi tangmin ao hoeh nahan la na sak thai awh pawiteh,
"Thus says the LORD: 'If you can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so that there shall not be day and night in their season;
21 Ka thaw ka tawk e Devit koe, ka lawkkam hai a bawitungkhung dawk ka tahung han e capa a tawn hoeh nahanlah raphoe lah ao van han. Levih tami vaihma hoi ka thaw katawknaw koe hai,
then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
22 kalvan kaawm e touklek thai hoeh e hoi talî thung e sadi touklek thai hoeh e patetlah, ka thaw ka tawk e Devit catoun hoi Levih miphun thaw kakawknaw hah ka pung sak han telah ati.
As the host of heaven can't be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured; so will I multiply the offspring of David my servant, and the Levites who minister to me.'"
23 Hothloilah, BAWIPA e lawk Jeremiah koe a pha teh,
The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
24 imthung kahni touh BAWIPA ni a rawi e hah a raphoe, telah hete taminaw ni a dei awh e hah na pouk boimaw, ahnimouh mithmu vah miphun ti han kamcu hoeh totouh a hnephnap awh.
"Do not consider what this people has spoken, saying, 'The two families which the LORD chose, he has cast them off?' Thus do they despise my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.
25 BAWIPA ni hettelah a dei, kanîthun hoi tangmin lawkkam teh awm hoehpawiteh, talai hoi kalvan coungnae naw ka pouk hoeh pawiteh,
Thus says the LORD: 'If my covenant of day and night fails, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
26 Jakop capanaw hoi ka thaw ka tawk e Devit catounnaw hah ka raphoe han. Abraham, Isak hoi Jakop catounnaw lathueng vah lawkceng hanlah a catounnaw hah ka rawi vaiteh ka lah han. Bangkongtetpawiteh, ahnimouh nuencang kâthungsak teh a lathueng vah pahrennae ka tawn han, telah ati.
then will I also cast away the descendants of Jacob, and of David my servant, so that I will not take of his descendants to be rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and will have mercy on them.'"
