Ezekiel 11

And the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me into the east gate of the house of Yahweh which looketh eastward, and lo! in the opening of the gate, twenty-five men, —and I saw in their midst Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah princes of the people.
2 Kai koe a dei e lawk teh tami capa, hetnaw heh hete khopui dawk payonnae ka thokhai e hoi ka payon e khokhannae katâcawtsakkung hoi ka yon e khokhannae ka tâcawtsakkungnaw doeh.
Then said he unto me, Son of man, These, are the men who are devising iniquity, and who are counselling wicked counsel in this city;
3 Im saknae tueng nahoeh rah. Hete khopui heh ka tangdawk e moi hlaam lah ao. Kaimanaw heh a moi lah ka o awh telah katetkungnaw doeh.
who are saying, Not near! let us build houses, — It, is the caldron, and, we, are the flesh!
4 Hatdawkvah, Oe tami capa, ahnimouh koe lah profet lawk dei loe telah ati.
Therefore, prophesy against them, —prophesy. Son of man.
5 Hatnavah, BAWIPA e Muitha kaie lathueng a pha teh, kai koevah, BAWIPA ni hettelah a dei telah dei pouh. Hettelah ouk na dei awh, Oe Isarel imthungnaw, na muitha e lakhout hai ka panue.
Then fell upon me the Spirit of Yahweh, and he said unto me Say—Thus, saith Yahweh, Thus have ye said O house of Israel, Yea, the things that come up on your spirit, I, know every one.
6 Nangmouh ni hete khopui dawk thei e lahoi na pung sak awh teh, khothung lamnaw hah thei e naw hoi na kawi sak awh toe.
Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, - And have filled her streets with slain.
7 Hatdawkvah, Bawipa Jehovah ni hettelah a dei, na thei e a lungui na hruek e hah a moi doeh. Hete khopui teh moi hlaam ka tangdawk e doeh, hateiteh khopui thung hoi rasa lah na o han.
Therefore Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Your slain. whom ye have laid in her midst, They are the flesh, and She is the caldron, —when ye are taken out of her midst.
8 Na takipoung e tahloi hah na lathueng ka pha sak han. Bawipa Jehovah ni ati.
A sword, have ye feared, — And a sword, will I bring in upon you, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
9 Kai ni nangmouh teh khopui thung hoi na rasa vaiteh, Jentelnaw e kut dawk na poe han, lawk na ceng awh han.
So will I take you forth out of her midst, and will deliver you into the hand of foreigners, —and will execute upon you judgments.
10 Nangmouh teh tahloi hoi na due awh vaiteh, Isarel khori koe lawk na ceng awh han, Kai teh BAWIPA doeh tie na panue awh han.
By the sword, shall ye fall, Upon the boundary of Israel, will I judge you, —So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh.
11 Hete khopui teh ka tangdawk e hlaam nahoeh, nangmouh hai a thung e moi na hoeh, Isarel khori dawk lawk na ceng awh han.
This city shall not serve you for a caldron, Neither shall, ye, serve in the midst thereof for flesh, —Near the boundary of Israel, will I judge you,
12 BAWIPA doeh tie na panue awh han. Bangkongtetpawiteh, ka phunglam na tarawi awh hoeh. Ka lawk ka dei e hai na tarawi awh hoeh. Na tengpam e Jentelnaw phunglam law teh na tarawi awh telah ati.
So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh. In whose statutes, ye have not walked And whose appointments, ye have not executed, — But according to the appointments of the nations that are round about you, have ye done.
13 Lawk ka pâpho lahun nah Benaiah capa Pelatiah hah a due. Hottelah hoi pakhup lah ka rawp teh, kacaipounglah ka hram. Aya! Bawipa Jehovah kacawirae Isarelnaw hah na pâmit han na maw telah ka ti.
And it came to pass as I prophesied, that Pelatiah son of Benaiah died, —so then I fell down upon my face and made outcry with a loud voice and said— Alas! My Lord Yahweh! A full end, art thou making of the remnant of Israel?
14 Hahoi, BAWIPA e lawk hah kai koe a pha.
Then came the word of Yahweh unto me saying:
15 Tami capa na hmaunawngha, na imthung, na miphun hoi Isarel imthung abuemlahoi Jerusalem karingkungnaw hah BAWIPA koehoi kahlat lah cet awh. Hete ram heh kai koe na poe toe, katetnaw doeh.
Son of man Thine own brethren, thine own brethren the men of thy kindred, even all the house of Israel all of it are they to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far away from Yahweh, To us, it is that the land, hath been given, for a possession!
16 Hatdawkvah, Bawipa Jehovah ni hettelah a dei, ka hlatpoung lah Jentel miphun koehoi na puen teh ram tangkuem kahei nakunghai, a phanae ram dawkvah, ahnimouh han kathounge hmuen kathoung lah dongdeng ka o han.
Therefore, say, Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh, Although I have removed them far away among the nations, And although I have dispersed them throughout the lands Yet have I become to them a sanctuary for a little while, in the lands which they have entered
17 Hatdawkvah, Bawipa Jehovah ni hettelah a dei. Jentelnaw koe bout na pâkhueng han, na kâkaheinae hmuen koehoi na pâkhueng vaiteh, Isarel ram hah na poe awh han.
Therefore say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Therefore will I assemble you from among the peoples, And gather you out of the lands wherein ye have been dispersed, - And will give you the soil of Israel.
18 Hawvah, a tho awh vaiteh, kamhnawng e hoi panuettho e pueng teh haw e hmuen koehoi koung a raphoe han.
So shall they come in thither, — and take away all her detestable things, and all her abominations, out of her;
19 Lungthin buet touh na poe awh vaiteh, nangmouh thung muitha ka hruek han, na takthai thung e talung patetlah kate e lungthin hah ka la vaiteh, tak patetlah kanem e lungthin hah na poe han.
And I will give them another heart, And a new spirit, will I put within you, —And will take away the heart of stone out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh:
20 Ka phunglam a tarawi teh lawkcengnae a coe awh teh, a sak thai awh nahan, hottelah ka tami lah ao awh vaiteh, kai hai a Cathut lah ka o han.
To the end that in my statutes, they may walk, And mine appointments, they may keep, and do them, — So shall they become my people, And I will become their God.
21 Hateiteh, panuetthopounge ngainae koe lungthin hoi katarawinaw e yon hah ahnimae a lû dawk ka pha sak han telah Bawipa Jehovah ni ati.
But as for them who having a heart for their detestable things and for their abominations after their own heart, do walk, Their way upon their own heads, will I render, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
22 Hatnavah, Cherubim ni a rathei a kadai awh teh, lengkhoknaw ni hai ahnimouh koe ao awh. Isarel Cathut a bawilennae teh ahnimae lathueng ao.
Then did the cherubim lift up their wings, the wheels also going in unison with them, — the glory of the God of Israel, being over them above.
23 BAWIPA a bawilennae teh, khopui lungui hoi a luen teh, khopui kanîtholah ka rasang e mon dawk a kangdue.
Thus went up the glory of Yahweh, out from the midst of the city, —and stood on the mountain, which is on the east of the city.
24 Muitha ni vision lahoi na tawm teh, Cathut e Muitha ni Khaldean ram e sankatoungnaw koevah na phakhai. Kai ni ka hmu e vision hah kai koehoi luen.
And, the spirit lifted me up, and brought me to Chaldea unto them of the captivity, in the vision by the Spirit of God, —thus went up from me, the vision which I had seen.
25 BAWIPA ni na patue e naw pueng hah sankatoungnaw koe ka dei pouh.
So I spake unto them of the captivity, —all the words of Yahweh which he had shewed me.
