< Ezekiel 10 >
1 Hottelah, bout ka khet teh, cherubim e lû lathueng kalvan dawkvah Sapphire talung a phukaawm poung patetlah bawitungkhung hoi kâvan e arong a kamnue.
Then looked I and lo! in the expanse which was over the head of the cherubim as a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne, appeared over them.
2 Ahni ni loukloukkaang e hni kâkhu e koe, cherubim e rahak kaawm e hraba hah kut kahni touh hoi pham nateh, khopui thung kahei haw atipouh e patetlah ahni teh ka hmaitung vah a cei.
Then said he unto the man clothed in linen—then said he Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both thy hands with live coals of fire from between the cherubim, and throw over the city. So he went in before mine eyes.
3 Tami a kâen navah, cherubim teh, bawkim aranglah a kangdue awh. Im teh tâmai hoi a kawi teh, thongma teh tâmai hoi a kawi.
Now the cherubim were standing on the right side of the house when the man went in, —and, the, cloud filled the inner court,
4 BAWIPA bawilennae teh cherubim koehoi a luen teh, bawkim takhang van vah a kangdue. Im teh tâmai hoi akawi teh thongma teh BAWIPA bawilennae raeng hoi a kawi.
Then arose the glory of Yahweh from off the cherub, unto the threshold of the house, —and the house was filled with the cloud, and the, court, was filled with the brightness of the glory of Yahweh.
5 Cherubim rathei takhawng pawlawk teh, thongma alawilah Cathut Athakasaipounge ni tami a pato lahunnae lawk patetlah thai e lah ao.
And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard, as far as the outer court, —like the voice of the Almighty GOD when he speaketh,
6 Loukloukkaang e ka kho e koevah, lengkhok rahak hoi hmai hah lat haw telah a dei toteh, a kâen teh lengkhok teng a kangdue.
So then it came to pass— when he commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim, then went he in and stood beside the wheel.
And the cherub put forth his hand from between the cherubim unto the fire that was between the cherubim, and took up thereof and gave into the hands of him who was clothed with linen, —who took [it] and went forth,
8 Cherubim rathei rahim vah tami kut patet e a kamnue.
Now the cherubim appeared to have. the likeness of the hand of a man, under their wings.
9 Ka khet navah, cherubim e teng vah lengkhok buet touh lengkaleng ao. Lengkhoknaw teh, Beril talung phukaawm komthawm e patetlah ao.
Then looked I. and lo! four wheels by the cherubim—one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub, —and the appearance of the wheels was to look upon like a Tarshish stone;
10 Lengkhok pali touh teh sue a kâvan awh. Lengkhok buet touh e thung vah, alouke lengkhok kaawm e patetlah ao.
and as for their appearance, one likeness, had they four, -as might be a wheel in the midst of a wheel.
11 A cei awh navah pali touh lahoi rei a kangvawi e patetlah hmalah a cei awh teh, a cei awh nahai kamlang boi awh hoeh. Hatei pasuek kangvawi e koelah a cei awh. A cei awh navah kamlang boi awh hoeh.
When they went, upon their four sides, they went, they turned not when they went, for to the place whithersoever the head turned, after it, they went, they turned not when they went.
12 A tak abuemlah a hnukkhu lae a kut naw, a rathei hoi lengkhok hai mit hoi akawi awh.
And all their flesh, and their back, and their hands and their wings, and the wheels were full of eyes round about, even their wheels which they four had
13 Lengkhoknaw teh, a hnâthainae koe roeroe lengkhok telah tie lah ao.
To the wheels—to them, was made the cry— O whirling wheel! in mine ears.
14 Cherubim teh minhmai pali touh rip a tawn awh teh, apasueke minhmai teh cherubim minhmai, apâhni e minhmai teh tami minhmai, apâthum e minhmai teh sendek e minhmai, apali e minhmai teh mataw minhmai doeh.
And four faces had each one, —the first face, was the face of a cherub, and, the second face, was the face of a man and the third was the face of a lion. and the fourth, was the face of an eagle.
15 Cherubim teh a luen awh. Hethateh, Kebar palang teng e moithang ka hmu e hah doeh.
Then arose the cherubim, —the same, was the living one, which I had seen by the river Chebar.
16 Cherubim ni a cei awh toteh, lengkhok ni tang a kâbang sin. Cherubim ni talai hoi luen hanelah a rathei a pho awh navah, lengkhok ni hai cettakhai boihoeh.
When the cherubim went, then went the wheels beside them, —and when the cherubim lifted up their wings, to arise from off the earth, the wheels themselves turned not from beside them;
17 Kangdout awh pawiteh a kangdue awh van, luen awh pawiteh a luen awh van. Bangkongtetpawiteh, moithang muitha teh ahnimouh dawk ao.
when they stood, these stood, and when they arose, these arose with them, —for, the spirit of the living one, was in them.
18 BAWIPA bawilennae teh, bawkim takhang koehoi a tâco teh cherubim lathueng vah a kangdue.
And when the glory of Yahweh went forth from off the threshold of the house, —and stood over the cherubim,
19 Cherubim ni ka hmaitung vah a rathei a kadai awh teh, talai dawk hoi a luen awh. Alawilah a tâco awh navah, lengkhoknaw ni a kâbang sin. BAWIPA e im hmalah longkha tho koe a kangdue awh teh, Isarel imthung e Cathut bawilennae teh ahnimouh lathueng vah ao.
then the cherubim uplifted their wings and arose from the earth before mine eyes as they went forth, the wheels also in unison with them, —and it stood at the opening of the gate of the house of Yahweh that was toward the east, with the glory of the God of Israel over them, above.
20 Hetheh Kebar palang Isarel Cathut rahim e moithang ka hmu e doeh, Cherubim tie ka panue.
The same, was the living one which I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar, - then knew I that cherubim, they were.
21 Ahnimouh ni minhmai 4, rathei 4 lengkaleng a tawn awh teh, a rathei rahim vah tami kut hoi kâvan e ao.
Four faces severally, had each one, and four wings, had each one, —and the likeness of the hands of a man, was under their wings.
22 A meilam a kamnuenae teh Kebar palang e ka hmu e mei hoi a kâvan. a takthai hai rei a kâvan. Hote pali touh e naw teh a hmalah phouk a cei awh.
And as for the likeness of their faces, They were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves— every one straight before him, did they go.
