Moses/I gathered all the Israeli people together and said to them, “This is what Yahweh has commanded you to do:
2 Hnin taruk touh thung thaw na tawk awh toe. Asari hnin teh nangmouh hanelah hnin kathoung doeh. BAWIPA hanelah kâhatnae sabbath hnin doeh. Hot hnin vah thaw ka tawk e tami pueng teh na thei awh han.
[Each week] you may work for six days, but on the seventh day you must rest. It is a sacred day, dedicated to Yahweh. Anyone who does any work on the seventh day must be executed.
3 Sabbath hnin vah kho na sak awhnae koe hmai na patawi awh mahoeh.
Do not [even] light a fire in your homes on days of rest.”
4 Hahoi Mosi ni Isarel kamkhuengnaw pueng koevah, hetheh BAWIPA ni na poe e kâlawknaw doeh.
Moses/I also said to all the Israeli people, “This is [also] what Yahweh has commanded:

Make offerings to Yahweh. Everyone who wants to should bring to Yahweh an offering. [These are the things that they may offer]: Gold, silver, bronze,

fine white linen, blue or purple or red cloth, [cloth made from] goats’ hair,
7 paling bu e tu pho, saram pho, anri thing,
rams’ skins that are (tanned/dyed red), fine leather made from goatskins, wood from acacia [trees],
8 hmaiim hane satui hoi awi hane satui hoi hmaisawi hane hmuitui hoi,
oil for the lamps, spices to put in the olive oil for anointing and in the sweet-smelling incense,
9 ephod hoi saiphei nahanelah onyx talung hoi talungnaw sin hanelah poe awh naseh.
[valuable] onyx stones or [other] valuable stones to fasten onto the [priest’s] sacred apron and put on his sacred chest pouch.
10 Nangmouh thung dawk kutsak ka thoum e pueng tho awh naseh. BAWIPA ni sak hanelah kâ a poe e hah sak awh naseh.
“All the skilled workers among you should come and make all the things that Yahweh has commanded:
11 Lukkareiim hoi lukkarei, lemphu, pangkhek, thingphek, tapang, khom hoi ung nahane pacawpnae naw hai thoseh,
The Sacred Tent and its covering, its fasteners and its frames, its crossbars, its posts, its bases,
12 thingkong hoi kâkayawtnae acung, lungmanae tungkhung, hoi rakhan nahane yaphni hai thoseh,
the sacred chest with its poles and its lid, the curtain that will separate the Holy Place from the Very Holy Place,
13 caboi hoi kâkayawtnae acung hoi hnopainaw pueng hoi vaiyei tanae hai thoseh,
the table with the poles [for carrying it] and all the things that will be used with the table, the sacred bread that will be offered to God,
14 hmaiang hanlah hmaiimkhok hoi hnopainaw hoi hmaiim hoi paang hane satui hai thoseh,
the lampstand for the lamps with all the things that will be used to take care of them, the oil for the lamps,
15 hmuitui hmaisawinae khoungroe hoi kâkayawtnae acung hoi hluk e satui hoi hmaisawi hane hmuitui hoi lukkareiim takhang koe e yap hane yaphninaw hai thoseh,
the altar for [burning] incense, and the poles [for carrying that altar], the oil for anointing and the sweet-smelling incense, the curtain for the entrance of the Sacred Tent,
16 Hmaisawi thuengnae khoungroe rahum cuekkarue hoi kâkayawtnae acung hoi hnopainaw pueng, kawlung hoi pâhungnae hai thoseh,
the altar for offering [sacrifices that will be completely] burned and its bronze grating, the poles [for carrying] that altar and all the things that will be used with it, the washbasin and its base,
17 Lukkareiim thongma yaphni, khom hoi a tapang ungnae pacawpnae naw hoi kalupnae longkha yaphninaw hai thoseh,
the curtains [to surround] the courtyard and the posts and bases [for the posts from which to hang the curtains], the curtain for the entrance to the courtyard,
18 Lukkarei hetnae hoi thongma hetnae hoi ruinaw hai thoseh,
the pegs and ropes for the Sacred Tent and for the courtyard,
19 hmuen kathoung thaw tawknae koe, a meikahawicalah kawng e hnicu hoi vaihma thaw a tawk toteh kâkhu hane vaihma Aron hnicu kathoung hoi a capanaw hnicu hai thoseh BAWIPA ni lawk na thui e patetlah na sak awh han telah patuen a dei.
and the beautiful clothes that Aaron and his sons are to wear when they do their work in the Holy Place.”

Then all the Israeli people returned [to their tents].

Everyone who wanted to brought an offering to Yahweh. They brought some of the things that would be used to make the Sacred Tent and all the other items that would be used in the rituals, and the materials to make the sacred clothes [for the priests].
22 Napui hoi tongpa hoi poe ngainae lung ka tawn e pueng a tho awh teh, laikaw, hnâpacap, kuthrawt, hnawngpacap, sui hoi sak e hnopai pueng hah a sin awh. Sui poe hane ka tawn e pueng ni BAWIPA hanelah a poe awh.
All the men and women who wanted to brought gold ornaments, earrings, rings, necklaces, and many other kinds of things made of gold, and they dedicated them to Yahweh.
23 Tami pueng ni, kamthim hni, âthi hni, paling hni, loukloukkaang hni, hmaemuen hoi tutan pho paling bu e hoi saram pho ka tawn e pueng ni a thokhai awh.
And many [HYP] people who had blue, purple, or red cloth or fine white linen or cloth made from goats’ hair or rams’ skins that were (tanned/dyed red) or leather made from goatskins brought some of these things.
24 Hahoi tangka hoi rahum ka thokhai e tami pueng ni, BAWIPA hanelah poe hane hah a thokhai awh. Tami pueng ni anri thing, hnopai hanelah hno kamcu e hah a thokhai awh.
All those who had silver or bronze brought them as offerings to Yahweh. All those who had some acacia wood that could be used for any of the work brought it.
25 Kutsakkathoume napui pueng ni, pahla a san awh teh, a pakhit awh e pahla, kamthim, âthi hni, paling hni, Loukloukkaang e hah a thokhai awh.
All the women who were skilled to make cloth brought fine linen thread and blue, purple, or red yarn/thread that they had made/spun.
26 Kutsakkathoume napui a lung a kathonaw ni hmaemuen hah a kawng awh.
And all the women who wanted to made/spun thread from goats’ hair.
27 Vaihma angki hoi angki akalae patawp hanelah ukkungnaw ni onyx talung hoi talung phu kaawmnaw hah a thokhai awh.
All the leaders brought valuable onyx stones and other valuable stones to be fastened to Aaron’s sacred apron and his sacred chest pouch.
28 Hmuitui hoi satui hoi, paang hane hoi hluk hane satui hoi hmuitui hmaisawi hane thoseh,
They also brought spices [to put in the sweet-smelling incense], and they brought olive oil for the lamps and for the oil for anointing and for putting in the sweet-smelling incense.
29 Isarel catounnaw ni BAWIPA hanelah ngainae hoi poe e hno hah a poe awh teh, napui hoi tongpa lungthonae ka tawn e pueng ni sak hanelah BAWIPA ni Mosi koe kâ a poe e patetlah tawk nahanelah hnopainaw thoseh a poe awh.
All the Israeli men and women who wanted to brought these things to offer them to Yahweh, for doing the work that he had commanded Moses/me to do.
30 Mosi ni Isarel catounnaw koevah, Khenhaw! BAWIPA ni Judah miphun thung hoi Hur capa Uri, a capa Bezalel hah
Moses/I said to the Israeli people, “Listen carefully. Yahweh has chosen Bezalel, the son of Uri and grandson of Hur, from the tribe of Judah.

Yahweh has enabled his Spirit to completely control Bezalel and has given him ability and enabled him to know how to do very skilled work.
32 Sak hane lungangcalah poukthainae, sui, ngun, rahum dêi thainae,
He can engrave skillful designs in gold, silver, and bronze.
33 talung phu kaawm pâthit hanelah bawng thainae, meikahawicalah thing a thainae, bangpueng dawk kutsak thoumnae tawn hanelah a kaw toe.
He can cut (jewels/valuable stones) and enclose them [in tiny gold frames]. He can carve things from wood and do other skilled work.
34 Hahoi ama hoi Dan miphun thung e Ahisamak capa Oholiab hoi ayâ cangkhai thainae hah a lungthung vah a ta pouh toe.
Yahweh has also given to him and to Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, from the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach their skills to others.
35 Ahni teh bangpueng dawk kutsak thoumnae, ca thut thainae, mei thuk thainae, imthung pathoup thainae, kamthim, paling, âthi, Loukloukkaangnaw carouk thainae, hnikawngthainae, phunkuep tawk thainae, hoi tawk hane kahawicalah poukthainae tawn hanelah lungangnae hoi akawi sak toe.
He has given to them the ability to do all kinds of work that is done by craftsmen—those who create artistic things, those who make fine white linen, those who embroider designs using blue or purple or red yarn/thread, and those who make other cloth. They are able to do many [HYP] kinds of skillful work.
