And Moses and [the] elderly of Israel command the people, saying, “Keep all the command which I am commanding you today;
2 Nang ni Jordan palang na raka teh, BAWIPA Cathut ni na poe e ram dawk na pha toteh, kalen e talungnaw hah ung nateh, thungpangaw hoi na hluk han.
and it has been, in the day that you pass over the Jordan to the land which your God YHWH is giving to you, that you have raised up great stones for yourself, and plastered them with plaster,
3 Mintoenaw ni a bawk awh e Cathut BAWIPA ni a lawkkam ao e patetlah nang na poe e ram, khoitui hoi maitosanutui a lawngnae ram kâen hanelah na raka hnukkhu, hete kâlawk dawk e lawklung pueng hah hotnaw dawk na thut han.
and written on them all the words of this law in your passing over, so that you go into the land which your God YHWH is giving to you—a land flowing with milk and honey, as YHWH, God of your fathers, has spoken to you.
4 Jordan palang raka hnukkhu, sahnin kai ni lawk na thui e talungnaw hah, Ebal mon dawk na ung vaiteh, mirangtalai hoi na kanan han.
And it has been, in your passing over the Jordan, you raise up these stones which I am commanding you today, in Mount Ebal, and you have plastered them with plaster,
5 Hote hmuen koehai na BAWIPA Cathut hanelah,
and built an altar there to your God YHWH, an altar of stones; you do not wave iron over them.

You build the altar of your God YHWH [with] complete stones, and have caused burnt-offerings to ascend on it to your God YHWH,
7 Roum thuengnae hai na thueng vaiteh, hote hmuen koe na canei awh vaiteh, a hmalah nawmnae na sak awh han.
and sacrificed peace-offerings, and eaten there, and rejoiced before your God YHWH,
8 Hote talung dawkvah, hete lawknaw hah kamcengcalah na thut han.
and written on the stones all the words of this law, well engraved.”
9 Hathnukkhu, Mosi hoi vaihmanaw, Levihnaw niyah, Oe Isarel miphun, kâhruetcuet laihoi thai haw. Sahnin nang teh, BAWIPA Cathut e miphun lah na o toe.
And Moses speaks—the priests, the Levites, also—to all Israel, saying, “Keep silent and hear, O Israel: This day you have become a people for your God YHWH;
10 Hatdawkvah, na BAWIPA Cathut e lawknaw hah na tarawi han. Sahnin kaimouh ni patuen ka dei awh e kâpoelawknaw hoi phunglawknaw hah tarawi telah Isarelnaw pueng hah a dei pouh awh.
and you have listened to the voice of your God YHWH, and done His commands and His statutes which I am commanding you today.”

And Moses commands the people on that day, saying,
12 nangmouh ni Jordan palang na raka awh hnukkhu, taminaw yawhawi poe hanelah Gerizim mon dawk ka kangdout hane naw teh: Simeon, Levih, Judah, Issakhar, Joseph, hoi Benjamin tinaw doeh.
“These stand on Mount Gerizzim to bless the people, in your passing over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
13 Thoebo hanelah Ebal mon dawk ka kangdout hane naw teh: Gad, Reubeb, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, hoi Napthali tinaw doeh.
And these stand, for the reviling, on Mount Ebal: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.”
14 Hatnavah, Levihnaw ni Isarelnaw koe puenghoi a hramkhai hane lawk teh,
And the Levites have answered and said to every man of Israel [with] a loud voice:
15 BAWIPA ni a panuet e hno, kutsak hlun e meikaphawk ka sak niteh, a kamnuehoehnae koe ka tat e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] the man who makes a carved and molten image, an abomination [to] YHWH, work of the hands of a craftsman, and has put [it] in a secret place.” And all the people have answered and said, “Amen.”
16 Manu hoeh pawiteh na pa ka dudam e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is making light of his father and his mother.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
17 Imri e lawrilung ka puen e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is removing his neighbor’s border.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
18 Mitdawn lam ka phen sak e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is causing the blind to err in the way.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
19 Kalan lah lawkceng navah, miphun alouknaw, naranaw, lahmainunaw hah kamsoum hoeh lah ka sung sak e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is turning aside the judgment of fatherless, sojourner, and widow.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
20 Na pa hoi dueng kâkuen e na pa e a yu hah ka ipkhai e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with his father’s wife, for he has uncovered his father’s skirt.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
21 Saringnaw buetbuet touh ka ipkhai e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with any beast.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
22 Na pa e canu, manu e canu, mae tawncanu ka ipkhai e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is lying with his sister, daughter of his father or daughter of his mother.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”

“Cursed [is] he who is lying with his mother-in-law.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
24 Imri hah arulahoi ka thet e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is striking his neighbor in secret.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
25 Yon ka tawn hoehe tami thei hanelah aphu ka lat e tami teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who is taking a bribe to strike a person, innocent blood.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
26 Hete kâlawk dawk e lawklungnaw ka cak sak hoehe teh yawthoenae awm lawiseh telah thoe a bo awh vaiteh, tami pueng ni Amen ati awh han.
“Cursed [is] he who does not establish the words of this law, to do them.” And all the people have said, “Amen.”
