Amos 9
1 Kai ni bout ka khet navah, BAWIPA teh thuengnae khoungroe teng a kangdue e hah ka hmu. Ahni ni a dei e teh, kaawm e tami pueng e lû dawk takhang khom hah kâhuen nateh rawp sak hanelah, tho hah hem haw. Ahnimanaw hah tahloi hoi thet awh. Ka yawng e hai hlout mahoeh. Ka hlout e tami hai hring mahoeh.
I sawe the Lord standing vpon the altar, and he sayde, Smite the lintel of the doore, that the postes may shake: and cut them in pieces, euen the heads of them all, and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them, shall not flee away: and he that escapeth of them, shall not be deliuered.
Though they digge into the hell, thence shall mine hande take them: though they clime vp to heauen, thence will I bring them downe. (Sheol h7585)

And though they hide them selues in the toppe of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence: and though they be hid from my sight in the bottome of the sea, thence will I commande the serpent, and he shall bite them.
4 Taran ni ka man nakunghai, alouke hmuen koe tahloi kâ ka poe vaiteh, ka thei sak han. Hawinae ka sak mahoeh. Yon a sak nahanelah ka khet han.
And though they goe into captiuitie before their enemies, thence wil I commande the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes vpon them for euill, and not for good.
5 Ransahu Bawipa Jehovah ni talai kâbet vaiteh, talai teh atui lah awm vaiteh, talai taminaw pueng ni a khuika awh han. Nai palang patetlah ram pueng dawk thaw vaiteh, Izip palang dawk a muem e patetlah a muem awh han.
And the Lord God of hosts shall touch the land, and it shall melt away, and al that dwel therein shall mourne, and it shall rise vp wholy like a flood, and shall bee drowned as by the flood of Egypt.
6 Imrakhannaw hah kalvan vah sak vaiteh, a rahim lae im hah talai dawkvah a sak teh, tuipui hah kaw vaiteh, talai dawk a rabawk. A min teh Jehovah doeh.
He buildeth his spheres in the heauen, and hath laide the foundation of his globe of elements in the earth: hee calleth the waters of the sea, and powreth them out vpon the open earth: the Lord is his Name.
7 Oe Isarel miphunnaw, nangmouh teh kai koe Ethiopianaw patetlah na awm awh hoeh maw. Isarel miphunnaw teh Izip ram hoi kai ni ka hrawi e patetlah Filistin taminaw hah Kaptor ram hoi, Siria taminaw hah Kir ram hoi kai ni ka tâcokhai toe nahoehmaw, telah BAWIPA ni ati.
Are ye not as the Ethiopians vnto mee, O children of Israel, sayeth the Lord? haue not I brought vp Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistims from Caphtor, and Aram from Kir?
8 Bawipa Jehovah ni yon ka tawn e uknaeram hah a khet teh, hote ramnaw hah talai dawk hoi be ka raphoe han. Hateiteh Jakop imthung teh, ka raphoe mahoeh telah BAWIPA ni ati.
Beholde, the eyes of the Lord God are vpon the sinfull kingdome, and I will destroy it cleane out of the earth. Neuerthelesse I will not vtterly destroy the house of Iaakob, saith the Lord.
9 Hahoi kâ ka poe vaiteh cai karue e patetlah Isarel imthungnaw hah miphun pueng thung hoi cuekkarue hoi karue han. Cai huem touh boehai talai dawk bawt mahoeh.
For loe, I will command and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corne is sifted in a sieue: yet shall not the least stone fall vpon the earth.
10 Runae ni maimouh teh na phat mahoeh. Na ngang thai mahoeh telah ati awh teh, tamikayonnaw pueng teh tahloi hoi a due awh han.
But all the sinners of my people shall dye by the sword, which say, The euill shall not come, nor hasten for vs.
11 Kaawm rae Edom miphun koehoi kaie ka min lahoi ka phung e alouke miphunnaw pueng hah, man sak hanelah ka rawm e Devit e rim hah, hatnae tueng dawk kai ni bout ka sak han.
In that day will I raise vp the tabernacle of Dauid, that is fallen downe, and close vp the breaches therof, and I will rayse vp his ruines, and I will builde it, as in the dayes of olde,
12 Kâbawng e hnonaw hah ka bet han. Ka rawk e hnonaw hah ka pathoup vaiteh, hote rim teh ayan e ao e patetlah kangdue sak han telah hete hnonaw kasakkung BAWIPA e lawk teh ao.
That they may possesse the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, because my Name is called vpon them, sayeth the Lord, that doeth this.
13 BAWIPA ni a dei e teh, laikawk kanawk e tami teh, cang ka a e tami, misur paw kasû e tami teh cati ka patue e tami a pha teh, mon dawk hoi ka radip e misurtui a lawng sak teh, monruinaw pueng dawk hai atui lah a lawngnae tueng a pha han.
Behold, the dayes come, saith the Lord, that the plowman shall touche the mower, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seede: and the mountaines shall drop sweete wine, and all the hilles shall melt.
14 Ka tami Isarel san lah kaawm e naw hah kabankhai han. Hahoi ka rawk e khopuinaw hah bout ka pathoup vaiteh, hawvah ao awh han. Misurnaw hah ung awh vaiteh, misurtui a nei awh han. Takhanaw sak awh vaiteh a pawnaw a ca awh han.
And I will bring againe the captiuitie of my people of Israel: and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabite the, and they shall plant vineyardes, and drinke the wine thereof: they shall also make gardens, and eate the fruites of them.
15 Ahnimouh teh amamae ram koe ka ung han. Ka poe e ram dawk hoi pinihai bout phawng mahoeh toe telah Cathut ni ati.
And I wil plant them vpon their land, and they shall no more bee pulled vp againe out of their lande, which I haue giuen them, sayeth the Lord thy God.
