Hezekiah he became king a son of twenty and five year[s] and twenty and nine year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Abijah [the] daughter of Zechariah.

And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done David ancestor his.

And he brought the priests and the Levites and he gathered them to [the] open place of the east.
5 ahnimouh koevah, nangmouh Levihnaw ka lawk thai awh haw. Na mamanaw hmaloe kamthoung awh haw. Na mintoenaw e BAWIPA Cathut im thoung sak awh nateh, hmuen kathoung dawk e kakhinnaw hah tâkhawng awh.
And he said to them listen to me O Levites now consecrate yourselves and consecrate [the] house of Yahweh [the] God of ancestors your and bring out the impurity from the holy place.
6 Mamae mintoenaw ni kâ a tapoe awh teh, BAWIPA Cathut hmalah hawihoehnae a sak awh teh, a pahnawt awh. BAWIPA onae hmuen hah a hnamthun takhai awh.
For they acted unfaithfully fathers our and they did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh God our and they forsook him and they turned faces their away from [the] tabernacle of Yahweh and they gave a back.
7 Longkha takhang a khan awh. Hmaiim a padue awh teh, Isarel Cathut hmuen kathoung dawk hmuitui hai sawi awh hoeh. Hmaisawi thuengnae hai sak awh hoeh.
Also they shut [the] doors of the porch and they extinguished the lamps and incense not they made smoke and burnt offering[s] not they offered up in the holy place to [the] God of Israel.
8 Hatdawkvah, BAWIPA lungkhueknae teh Judahnaw hoi Jerusalem taminaw e lathueng a pha. Na mit hoi na hmu awh e patetlah ram tangkuem hoi hmuen tangkuem vah, rucatnae, lungpuennae, hoi pathoenae lah na coung awh han.
And it was [the] wrath of Yahweh towards Judah and Jerusalem and he has made them (into a terror *Q(K)*) into a horror and into a hissing just as you [are] seeing with own eyes your.
9 Khenhaw! maimae mintoenaw teh, tahloi hoi a due awh teh, maimae capanaw hoi canunaw hoi yunaw teh san a toung awh.
And there! they have fallen fathers our by the sword and sons our and daughters our and wives our [are] in captivity on this.
10 Hatdawkvah, puenghoi a lungkhueknae a roum thai nahanelah, BAWIPA Isarel Cathut koe lawkkamnae sak hanelah ka noe e doeh.
Now [is] with heart my to make a covenant to Yahweh [the] God of Israel and it may turn back from us [the] burning of anger his.
11 Ka canaw, rap awm awh hanh leih. Bangkongtetpawiteh, nangmouh teh BAWIPA ni, a hmalah na kangdue awh vaiteh, thaw tawk hane hoi ama koevah hmuitui sawi hanelah na rawi awh e doeh, telah atipouh.
O sons my now may not you be negligent for you he has chosen Yahweh to stand before him to serve him and to be of him servants and makers of smoke.

And they arose the Levites Mahath [the] son of Amasai and Joel [the] son of Azariah of [the] descendants of the Kohathite[s] and of [the] descendants of Merari Kish [the] son of Abdi and Azariah [the] son of Jehallelel and of the Gershonite[s] Joah [the] son of Zimmah and Eden [the] son of Joah.

And of [the] descendants of Elizaphan Shimri (and Jeiel *Q(K)*) and of [the] descendants of Asaph Zechariah and Mattaniah.
14 Heman capa thung dawk e Jehiel hoi Shimei, Jeduthun capa thung dawk e Shemaiah hoi Uzziel, ahnimanaw a kangdue awh.
And of [the] descendants of Heman (Jehiel *Q(K)*) and Shimei. And of [the] descendants of Jeduthun Shemaiah and Uzziel.
15 A hmaunawngha a pâkhueng awh teh, a kamthoung awh. BAWIPA e lawk hoi kâvan lah siangpahrang ni kâ a poe e patetlah BAWIPA imthung thoung sak hanelah a kâen awh.
And they gathered relatives their and they consecrated themselves and they went according to [the] command of the king by [the] words of Yahweh to cleanse [the] house of Yahweh.
16 Hottelah vaihmanaw teh thoung sak hanelah BAWIPA im a thung lae rakhan dawk a kâen awh. BAWIPA im dawk kakhin e a hmuennaw pueng hah BAWIPA im hmalah a tâcokhai awh teh, Levihnaw ni a la awh teh Kidron palang lah a ceikhai awh.
And they went the priests to within [the] house of Yahweh to cleanse [it] and they brought out all the uncleanness which they found in [the] temple of Yahweh to [the] court of [the] house of Yahweh and they received [it] the Levites to bring [it] out to [the] wadi of Kidron [the] outside towards.
17 Thapa yung pasuek, apasuek hnin a kamtawng awh teh, hote thapa hnin taroe hnin vah, BAWIPA im alawilah totouh, a thoung sak awh. Hathnukkhu, BAWIPA im hnin taroe touh thung a thoung sak awh teh, thapa yung pasuek e hnin hlaitaruk hnin a cum awh.
And they began on [day] one of the month first to consecrate and on day eight of the month they came to [the] porch of Yahweh and they consecrated [the] house of Yahweh for days eight and on day six-teen of the month first they finished.
18 Hottelah siangpahrang Hezekiah koe, siangpahrang im a kâen awh teh, BAWIPA im e hmaisawi thuengnae khoungroe hoi hawvah, hno e hnopai pueng vaiyei pâhungnae caboi hoi hnopai pueng koung ka thoung sak awh toe.
And they went within to Hezekiah the king and they said we have cleansed all [the] house of Yahweh [the] altar of the burnt offering and all utensils its and [the] table of the row and all utensils its.
19 Hahoi siangpahrang Ahaz a bawi navah, yonnae a sak teh, a hnoun e hnopai pueng hai koung ka thoung sak awh. Khenhaw! BAWIPA e thuengnae khoungroe hmalah ao awh, telah atipouh awh.
And all the utensils which he had rejected the king Ahaz in reign his in unfaithfulness his we have prepared and we have consecrated and there they [are] before [the] altar of Yahweh.

And he rose early Hezekiah the king and he gathered [the] officials of the city and he went up [the] house of Yahweh.

And they slaughtered the cattle and they took the priests the blood and they sprinkled [it] the altar towards and they slaughtered the rams and they sprinkled the blood the altar towards and they slaughtered the lambs and they sprinkled the blood the altar towards.
23 Hmaetannaw teh yon thueng nahanlah siangpahrang hoi rangpuinaw e hmalah a thokhai awh teh, a lathueng vah a kut a toung sin awh.
And they brought near [the] goats of the sin offering before the king and the assembly and they laid hands their on them.
24 Vaihmanaw ni a thei awh teh, thipaling hoi Isarelnaw pueng e yontha nahanelah thuengnae khoungroe dawk yon thuengnae a sak. Isarelnaw abuemlah hanelah hmaisawi thuengnae hoi yon thueng nahanelah siangpahrang ni kâ a poe.
And they slaughtered them the priests and they made a sin offering blood their the altar towards to make atonement on all Israel for for all Israel he had said the king the burnt offering and the sin offering.
25 Devit siangpahrang hoi ahnimae profet hah profet Nathan e kâpoelawk patetlah BAWIPA im dawk Levihnaw teh cecak, tamawi hoi ratoung, tumkhawng hanelah a hruek. Bangkongtetpawiteh, kâpoelawk teh BAWIPA ni profetnaw hno lahoi a poe e doeh.
And he stationed the Levites [the] house of Yahweh with cymbals with lyres and with harps by [the] command of David and Gad [the] seer of the king and Nathan the prophet for [was] by [the] hand of Yahweh the commandment by [the] hand of prophets his.
26 Levihnaw teh Devit ni sak e tumkhawngnaw hoi vaihmanaw teh mongkanaw patuep hoi a kangdue awh.
And they stood the Levites with [the] instruments of David and the priests with trumpets.
27 Hezekiah ni thuengnae khoungroe dawk hmaisawi thuengnae thueng hanelah, kâ a poe. Hahoi hmaisawi thuengnae a kamtawng awh navah, mongka hoi Devit ni a sak e tumkhawng khawng laihoi, BAWIPA a pholen awh.
And he said Hezekiah to offer up the burnt offering to the altar and at [the] time [when] it began the burnt offering it began [the] song of Yahweh and the trumpets and on [the] hands of [the] instruments of David [the] king of Israel.
28 Rangpuinaw ni Cathut a bawk awh teh, la kasaknaw ni la a sak awh. Mongka kauengnaw ni mongka a ueng awh. Hmaisawi thuengnae abaw hoehroukrak hottelah kâhat laipalah a sak awh.
And all the assembly [were] bowing down and the song [was] singing and the trumpets ([were] blowing a trumpet *Q(k)*) everything until was complete the burnt offering.
29 Hahoi, thuengnae abaw toteh, siangpahrang hoi ahni koe kaawm e pueng ni tabo laihoi Cathut a bawk awh.
And just as finished to offer up they bowed down the king and all those [who] were found with him and they bowed down.
30 Siangpahrang Hezekiah hoi kahrawikungnaw Levihnaw hah Devit hoi profet Asaph ni a phueng e pholen la sak hanlah kâ a poe. Hahoi lunghawinae hoi pholennae la sak laihoi a tabo awh teh Cathut a bawk awh.
And he said Hezekiah the king and the officials to the Levites to praise Yahweh with [the] words of David and Asaph the seer and they praised to to joy and they bowed low and they bowed down.
31 Hottelah, Hezekiah ni, BAWIPA hanelah na thoung awh toe, tho awh haw, BAWIPA im dawk thueng hane hoi lunghawi lawk dei thueng nahanelah poe awh haw, telah atipouh.
And he answered Hezekiah and he said now you have filled hand your to Yahweh draw near and bring sacrifices and thank-offerings to [the] house of Yahweh and they brought the assembly sacrifices and thank-offerings and every [person] willing of heart burnt offerings.
32 Hahoi rangpuinaw ni sathei thueng hane hoi lunghawi lawk dei thueng hane a poe awh. Poe han a lung ka tho pueng ni a poe e naw pueng teh, maitotan 70, tutan 100 touh hoi tuca 200 touh a pha.
And it was [the] number of the burnt offering[s] which they brought the assembly cattle seventy rams one hundred lambs two hundred [were] for a burnt offering to Yahweh all these.
33 Hno poe e abuemlah maitotan 600, tutan 3000 touh a pha.
And the holy offerings [were] cattle six hundred and sheep three thousand.
34 Hatei, vaihmanaw ayounca dawkvah, hmaisawi thuengnae sathei be thet thai awh hoeh. Hatdawkvah, a hmaunawngha Levihnaw ni pâbaw hoehroukrak, vaihmanaw kamthoung totouh a kabawp awh. Levihnaw teh vaihmanaw hlak kamthoung hane lungthin a lan awh.
Only the priests they were to fewness and not they were able to skin all the burnt offerings and they helped them relatives their the Levites until was complete the work and until they had consecrated themselves the priests for the Levites [were] upright of heart to consecrate themselves more than the priests.
35 Hmaisawi thuengnae apap poung dawkvah, hmaisawi thuengnae pueng koe, roum thuengnae sathei thaw hoi nei thueng nahane hai apap poung. Hottelah BAWIPA im dawk thaw tawknae hah a khuekhawcalah a tawk awh.
And also burnt offering[s] to abundance with [the] fat of the peace offerings and with the drink offerings of the burnt offering and it was arranged [the] service of [the] house of Yahweh.
36 Rangpuinaw hanelah Cathut ni a rakueng pouh e hno kecu dawk Hezekiah hoi taminaw pueng teh puenghoi a lunghawi awh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, pouk laipalah ka tho e hno doeh.
And he rejoiced Hezekiah and all the people on what he had prepared God for the people for in suddenness it had happened the thing.
