The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: [which] three were born to him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the first-born of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.
4 A langa Tamar ni hai ahni hanlah Perez hoi Zerah a khe pouh dawkvah, Judah casak heh abuemlah panga touh a pha awh.
And Tamar his daughter-in-law bore him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah [were] five.

And the sons of Carmi; Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing accursed.
8 Ethan casak Azariah.
And the sons of Ethan; Azariah.
9 Khetsron casak Jerahmeel ni ahni hanlah Ram hoi Khelubai a sak pouh.
The sons also of Hezron, that were born to him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.

18 Khetsron capa Kaleb ni a yu Azubah hoi Jerioth koehoi ca a sak. Ahnie canaw teh: Jesher, Shobab hoi Ardon.
And Caleb the son of Hezron begat [children] of Azubah [his] wife, and of Jerioth: her sons [are] these; Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
19 Azubah a due hoi Kaleb ni Epharath hah ama koe a la teh ahni hanlah Hur a sak pouh.
And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took to him Ephrath, who bore to him Hur,

And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezaleel.

And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath and its towns, [even] sixty cities. All these [belonged to] the sons of Machir, the father of Gilead.
24 Hahoi Khetsron teh Kalebephratha kho dawk a due. Khetsron yu Abijah ni ahni hanlah Tekoa na pa Ashhur a sak pouh.
And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb-ephratah, then Abiah Hezron's wife bore him Ashur the father of Tekoa.
25 Khetsron e camin Jerahmeel casaknaw a camin Ram hoi Bunah, Oren hoi Ozem hoi Ahijah naw doeh.
And the sons of Jerahmeel the first-born of Hezron were, Ram the first-born, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, [and] Ahijah.
26 Jerahmeel teh a yu bout a la teh, a min teh Onam manu Atarah doeh.
Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name [was] Atarah; she [was] the mother of Onam.
27 Jerahmeel camin Ram casaknaw teh Maaz, Jamin hoi Eker naw doeh.
And the sons of Ram the first-born of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.
28 Onam casak teh Shammai hoi Jada lah ao teh Shammai casak teh Nadab hoi Abishur lah ao.
And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab, and Abishur.
29 Abishur e yu min teh Abihail doeh, ahni ni Ahban hoi Molid a sak pouh.
And the name of the wife of Abishur [was] Abihail; and she bore him Ahban, and Molid.
30 Nadab casak teh Seled hoi Appaimnaw doeh, Seled teh ca sak laipalah a due.
And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.
31 Appaim casak teh Ishi, Ishi casak teh Sheshan, Sheshan casak teh Ahlai.
And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.
32 Shammai e nawngha Jada casak teh Jether hoi Jonathan lah a o, Jether teh ca sak laipalah a due.
And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.
33 Jonathan casak teh Peleth, Zaza. Hetnaw teh, Jerahmeel casak lah ao awh.
And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
34 Sheshan teh ca tongpa awm hoeh, napuinaw dueng doeh kaawm. Sheshan koevah, Izip san, a min lah Jarha ao.
Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name [was] Jarha.
35 Sheshan ni a canu teh a san Jarha koevah a yu lah a poe dawkvah ahni hanlah Attai a sak pouh.
And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant for a wife; and she bore him Attai.
36 Attai ni Nathan a sak teh Nathan ni Zabad a sak.

And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,

And Azariah begat Helez, and Helez begat Eleasah,

And Eleasah begat Sisamai, and Sisamai begat Shallum,
41 Shallum ni Jekamiah a sak teh Jekamiah ni Elishama a sak.
And Shallum begat Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begat Elishama.

Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel [were], Mesha his first-born, who [was] the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.

And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem begat Shammai.

And the son of Shammai [was] Maon: and Maon [was] the father of Beth-zur.
46 Kaleb e ado Ephah ni Haran, Moza hoi Gazez a sak. Haran ni Gazez a sak.
And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.
47 Jahdai casak teh Regem, Jotham, Geshan, Pelet, Ephah hoi Shaaph doeh.
And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
48 Kaleb e ado Maakah ni Sheber hoi Tirhannah a sak.
Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber, and Tirhanah.
49 Madmannah na pa Shaaph, Makhbena na pa Sheva hoi Gibea na pa hai a sak. Aksah heh Kaleb canu doeh.
She bore also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb [was] Achsah.
50 Hetnaw heh Kaleb casak lah ao awh. Hur casak a camin lah Epharath lah ao teh, Kiriathjearim na pa Shobal.
These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the first-born of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim,
51 Bethlehem na pa Salma, Bethgader na pa Hareph hai ao.
Salma the father of Beth-lehem, Hareph the father of Beth-gader.
52 Kiriathjearim na pa Shobal casak thung hoi Manahati tangawn, Haroehnaw hai ao rah.
And Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim had sons; Haroeh, [and] half of the Manahethites.
53 Kiriathjearim casak dawkvah Ithrite hoi Puthit, Shumati, Mishraitinaw ao awh teh, hetnaw koehoi Zorath hoi Eshtaol lah a tâco.
And the families of Kirjath-jearim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zereathites, and the Eshtaulites.
54 Salma casak Bethlehem, Netophah, Atrothbethjoab hoi Manahati tangawn Zorithnaw hah doeh.
The sons of Salma; Beth-lehem, and the Netophathites, Ataroth, the house of Joab, and half of the Menahethites, the Zorites.
55 Cakathutkungnaw casak lah kaawm e teh Jabez, Tirathites, Shimeathi hoi Shukathi doeh. Hetnaw heh Rekhab imthung e a na pa Khammath koehoi ka tâcawt e Keninaw doeh.
And the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, [and] Suchathites. These [are] the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.
