The Lord was furious with your ancestors.

7 Darius leng chan kumni lhinna shebath lha kehni somni leh ni li channin, themgao Iddo chapa Berachia chapa Zechariah komma Pakai thupeh ahung lhung in ahi.
In the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Shebat, in the second year of Darius, this message of the Lord came to the prophet Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo:
8 Keiman phaicham khatnah huisum thing laha sakol sankhat anadingin achung a pasal khat ana tou chu jan nin gaovin kanamun ahi. Anunglamma chun sakol asan, abuong chuleh akaang jong ana ummin ahi.
I saw in the night a man on a red horse, among the myrtle trees that were in the valley-bottom. Behind him there were horses, red, sorrel, and white.
9 Keiman kakomma thusei vantil komma chun “ka Pakai hiche sakol hoipenhi ipi vetsah naham katin ahileh vantil chun na hetsah nang’e ati.
Then said I, “My Lord, what are these?” And the messenger who was talking with me said, “I will show you what they are.”
10 Hichun huisum thing laha ding mipa hin adonbut in, hicheng pihi Pakaiyin leiset pumpi khol le dinga asohdoh ahiuve ati.
And the man who was standing among the myrtle trees answered, “They are those whom the Lord has sent to patrol the earth.”
11 Huisum phung laha ding Pakai vantil komma chun sakol chunga tou adangho chun aseijun, “keihon leiset pumpi ka khollun, leiset chunghi lungmong in aum nauve”atiuve.
And the riders answered the messenger of the Lord who was standing among the myrtle trees, “We have gone up and down through the world and behold, all the earth is still and at peace.”
12 Hichehi ajah phatnin Pakai vantil chu hitihin ataove. Vo hatchungnung Pakai kum som sagi sung ahi nangma Jerusalem leh Judah khopiho chunga hung lung hanga nahitam, itih chan gei hi amaho chunga khotona na musah loulai ding ham.
Then the messenger of the Lord said, “Lord of hosts, how long will you have no pity for Jerusalem and the cities of Judah with which you have been angry for seventy years?”
13 Keikoma thusei vantil komma chun Pakaiyin lungmonna thucheng in ana donbut in ahi.
And the Lord answered the messenger who was talking with me with kind and comforting words.
14 Hitichun kakihoulimpi vantil chun kakomma hitin anasei jin ahi. Hatchungnung Pakai chun hitin aseije. Keiman Jerusalem le Zion phatna dinghi gelkhoh naleh khotona kanei lheh jing in ahi.
So the messenger who was talking with me said to me, “Proclaim now that the Lord of hosts says: I am deeply concerned for Jerusalem.
15 Keiman tu tua chamna leh lungmonga um namdang ho komma kalung ahang lheh jeng in kamite chunga vang kaha lunghan pon ahi. Namdang hohin aha bolset val tauvin ahi.
But I am deeply angry with the arrogant, complacent nations. I was only a little angry with Israel but they made the suffering worse.
16 Hijeh chun Pakaiyin hitin aseiye, keima Jerusalema khotona neijin kahung kile tai. Kahouin kisa phading Chuleh Jerusalem kithah semphat ding ahi. tin hatchungnung Pakaiyin aseiye.
Therefore, says the Lord, I am turning to show mercy to Jerusalem. My temple will be rebuilt in it, says the Lord of hosts, and a measuring line will be stretched over Jerusalem.

Proclaim again: Thus says the Lord of hosts: My cities will again overflow with prosperity and the Lord will again comfort Zion and choose Jerusalem.”

Now I looked up and saw four horns.
19 Keima eiki houlimpi vantil kom achun hichehi ipi tina ham tia kadohleh, aman eidonbut in,” hiche saki hohin chitin namtin laha Judah, Israel chuleh Jerusalem ana lhocheh a chu ahiuve.
I said to the messenger who was talking with me, “What are these?” He answered, “These are the horns which scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem.”
20 Chuin Pakaiyin thihkheng them mili eivetsah e.
Then the Lord showed me four smiths.

I said, “What are these coming to do?” He answered, “The horns scattered Judah, so that no one dared lift their head. But the smiths have come to terrify them, to crush the horns of the nations which lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter its people.”
